Hmm, I’ll take a stab at it. Cuba, Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, depending on who is in charge, maybe North Korea.

It sounds to me like this is pretty much out of the communist playbook, not surprising coming from a union boss, but still chilling to hear them admit it.
