Joe Biden Is Flying Family Members of Fake Refugees into the County Who Are Not Even Approved to Be Here

Because they can’t destroy America fast enough. There is a storm brewing. Do we think that millions will be allowed to keep pouring in? MS-13, drugs, trafficking of all kinds? Four years of this and we will not recognize America.

President Joe Biden is allowing Central American economic migrants with pending asylum claims — not just approved claims — to have the Department of State fly their families on the American taxpayer dime to live with them in the U.S.

On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times revealed:

The Biden administration on Tuesday announced the major expansion of a program that would allow many such youths into the country legally, part of its stated goal to increase “legal pathways” for immigration. The changes could boost the number of Salvadoran, Guatemalan and Honduran children joining their families in the U.S. from several hundred to tens of thousands.

The in-country processing will resume with Tuesday’s announcement, administration officials said. Advocates warned against allowing burdensome backlogs to form in El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras, with screening, interviews, vetting, and cross-border paperwork that delay and ultimately discourage applicants, some of whom feel too at risk to wait it out [and choose to take their shot trying to sneak into the U.S.]

AUSTIN — Texans can soon begin carrying a handgun in public without a license or training, after Gov. Greg Abbott signed legislation allowing permitless carry Thursday, calling it the “biggest and best” gun law this session.

The law takes effect Sept. 1. People 21 and older who can legally possess a handgun will no longer need a state-issued license to carry one outside their homes or vehicles.

There we have it. The best of the swamp.

The Mexican Border – a No Man’s Land

Basically, a no-man’s land

By Mustang

Mr. Jim Chilton is 89-years old. He’s a fifth-generation cattle rancher

who, in spite of his age, still runs the Chilton Ranch at Arivaca, Arizona. It is a 50,000-acre spread outside Tucson, much of which abuts the Mexican border. Chilton’s truck can be frequently seen heading in one direction or another on the ranch, but no matter on what day or what time of day, Mr. Chilton is likely to spot armed members of a dangerous Mexican drug cartel moving with impunity along a favored illegal-immigration track. “It’s still the wild west out here,” he said.

Chilton’s only barrier to illegal activity from Mexico is a three-strand barbed-wire fence, which is about as effective as screen-doors on a submarine. The rancher estimates that around 4,000 drug-packers cut across through his land each year. But its more than drugs —it is also illegal immigrants. They’re not just from Mexico; they come from all around the world. What makes his land dangerous to both himself and his wife is that these illegal aliens are desperate to seek out a new life in the United States, at the taxpayer’s expense.

A desperate man is a dangerous man. Jim said, “You used to get old fashioned coyotes who would bring people across. They’d get $200 or $300 from each of ‘em, the fee for guiding them into the US. Now the operation is run by a cartel. They have scouts on top of our mountains. They charge about $3,000 for Mexicans, $7,000 to $9,000 for Central Americans, and between $25,000 and $75,000 for Asians. Most of the people coming through are just looking for work; they come from Guatemala, Honduras, and other Central American states. We’ve also had Iraqis come through, people from states in the Middle East, but most of the arrests made by the Border Patrol are from Guatemala.”

Chilton —who manages the ranch with his wife— describes the illegal activity as a national security issue. He believes that the border wall proposed by President Trump should be built because with the nearest Border Patrol station 80 miles away, there is no security for the Chilton’s. “It looks like the government has given up the fight,” he said.

Chilton has long warned the US government that the few strands of fence that separate Mexico from the United States is overwhelmingly inefficient keeping anyone out of the United States. “The lack of a serious barrier, combined with the Border Patrol’s enforcement decisions have effectively ceded miles of US territory to the Sinaloa Cartel, which stations guards on the mountains overlooking the ranch.” It was precisely this lack of barriers and few border agents that resulted in the ambush of a federal officer.

Drugs and illegal immigrants are a lucrative business, and according to Mr. Chilton, armed members of the drug cartel in Mexico controls much of his land. “They carefully time their movements to avoid being seen. The Border Patrol don’t come out here —they’ve left this area basically available to the cartel. It’s basically a no-man’s land.” Federal officials labeled the ambush as “A shooting incident,” but according to Mr. Chilton, if it wasn’t for the agent’s bullet-proof vest, he wouldn’t be alive today.

Mr. Chilton opined that the shooting could have been averted had the government taken our border security more seriously. “President Trump needs to complete the wall and fill the 25-mile gap and move the Border Patrol to the international boundary rather than 80 miles from the boundary.”

Brandon Judd, a Border Patrol agent (who also serves as President of the National Border Patrol Council) said that the area of the Chilton Ranch “is one of our most dangerous stretches on the border. It cries out for Mr. Trump’s wall,” he added. “If we had a wall in this location, the shooting would never have taken place.”

In a statement to the Washington Times, Judd said, “Unfortunately, our agency is still run by the Obama holdovers that gave us the failed open-border policies and operations of the past. Until serious changes are made, we will not be able to secure the border with those that refused to embrace the president’s vision on border security.”

Personally, I think that if Mr. Trump isn’t serious about border security, he ought to say so. If he is serious about it, then by all means —let’s take Mr. Chilton’s and Mr. Judd’s advice to heart and build the damn thing,

FBI knew terrorist headed for Garland Texas, never told Organizers

This should make us sleep like babies. I am no fan of Shep Smith and his often arrogant display of his views. But he managed to report this. Pamela Geller when contacted indicated she was not told of a possible attack by the FBI. Why did the FBI hold a closed door meeting with reporters? Just asking.

The FBI knew Elton Simpson was heading to Garland, Texas.
But the event organizers WERE NOT Notified nor was their security team!

Shepard Smith reported on Thursday:

The FBI knew one of the gunmen in Sunday’s attack in Texas could be targeting the controversial Mohammad cartoon contest, anti-Islam conference… And they knew it hours before the attack occurred. That comes straight from the FBI director who just moments ago held a closed door meeting with reporters. The FBI put out a bulletin with suspect’s picture before the attack. He said it’s not clear if police in Garland, Texas knew about that bulletin.

BLM on the move, seizes Texas Rancher’s land. No compensation

Don’t say we didn’t warn you. In a unreported story that was dumped on Good Friday, we told you this was coming.

Obama proclaims National Park Week – highlights sticking it to us by creating ‘monuments’

Keep in mind that a so-called monument can amount to millions of acres confiscated.

During my time as President, I have been proud to build on this tradition by establishing 10 new National Monuments. These sites honor American heroes from Harriet Tubman to Cesar Chavez. They conserve the diverse wildlife and rugged landscapes that reflect our character as a people. And just as our parks nourish our spirits, they bolster our livelihoods, attracting tourists to communities across our country and bringing customers to local businesses. For every dollar we invest in our National Parks, America generates 10 dollars in economic value. (Oh Please).

BLM Seizes Texas Rancher’s Land – Without Compensation

After Breitbart Texas reported on the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) intent to seize 90,000 acres belonging to Texas landholders along the Texas/Oklahoma line, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott questioned the BLM’s authority to take such action.

“I am about ready,” General Abbott told Breitbart Texas, “to go to the Red River and raise a ‘Come and Take It’ flag to tell the feds to stay out of Texas.”

Gen. Abbott sent a strongly-worded letter to BLM Director Neil Kornze, asking for answers to a series of questions related to the potential land grab.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart Texas, General Abbott said, “This is the latest line of attack by the Obama Administration where it seems like they have a complete disregard for the rule of law in this country …And now they’ve crossed the line quite literally by coming into the State of Texas and trying to claim Texas land as federal land. And, as the Attorney General of Texas I am not going to allow this.”

Abbott challenged the BLM director directly stating in his letter, “Nearly a century ago, the U.S. Supreme Court determined that the gradient line of the south bank of the Red River—subject to the doctrines of accretion and avulsion—was the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma. Oklahoma v. Texas, 260 U.S. 606 (1923). More recently, in 1994, the BLM stated that the Red River area was “[a] unique situation” and stated that ‘[t]he area itself cannot be defined until action by the U.S. Congress establishes the permanent state boundary between Oklahoma and Texas.’  Further, the BLM determined that one possible scenario was legislation that established the ‘south geologic cut bank as the boundary,’ which could have resulted ‘in up to 90,000 acres’ of newly delineated federal land.  But no such legislation was ever enacted.”

Planned Parenthood paying $4.3 Million in Medicaid Fraud Settlement – more to come

Media That Clamored Against Komen Skips Planned Parenthood Paying $4.3 Million in Medicaid Fraud Case!

So reads the headline. Have you heard anything about what is becoming apparent? The overbilling of Medicaid by Planned Parenthood in  up to 12 States? Here we go:

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott’s office stated that its investigation into the fraud allegations “revealed that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast improperly billed the Texas Medicaid program for products and services that were never actually rendered, not medically necessary, and were not covered by the Medicaid program.”

The Texas Planned Parenthood allegedly “falsified material information in patients’ medical records” to bolster fraudulent claims for reimbursement.

Alliance Defending Freedom’s recent analysis of state and federal audits of family planning programs suggests that in 12 states, Planned Parenthood affiliates overbilled Medicaid for more than $8 million. One federal audit of New York’s Medicaid family planning program reported that certain providers, “especially Planned Parenthoods,” had engaged in improper practices resulting in overpayment.

Here is something to recall: Translation: Our tax dollars go to lobbying efforts.

From the Center for Responsive Politics:

In 2010, Planned Parenthood and a California affiliate together spent more than $700,000 on federal lobbying efforts, a Center for Responsive Politics analysis of federal lobbying records finds. By comparison, all other organizations that primarily advocate for abortion rights collectively spent $247,280 on federal lobbying efforts during the same period, according to the Center’s research.

In  the first week of February 2012, the Big Three networks lunged to the defense of Planned Parenthood when the Susan G. Komen Foundation (very temporarily) withdrew its donation to abortion giant (about $680,000 the previous year). Network reporters whacked Komen, promoting “outrage and disappointment engulfing the Internet.”
There’s a whopping four-paragraph story headlined “Planned Parenthood finalizes $4.3 million lawsuit settlement.” That was an update of the earlier story they ran — the seven-sentence AP story that said the settlement was $1.3 million. Way to put those local resources to work, fellas!

Planned Parenthood trotted out the usual corporate line that settlement wasn’t an admission of guilt — which might be the shriveled fig leaf the “mainstream media” would use to say it’s not newsworthy. But wait — Texas isn’t the only state where this fraud might be occurring, as the Heritage Foundation reported:

Alliance Defending Freedom’s recent analysis of state and federal audits of family planning programs suggests that in 12 states, Planned Parenthood affiliates overbilled Medicaid for more than $8 million. One federal audit of New York’s Medicaid family planning program reported that certain providers, “especially Planned Parenthoods,” had engaged in improper practices resulting in overpayment.

Despite mounting accusations of fraud, the organization that performs roughly one out of every four abortions in the U.S. has continued to ride the waves of taxpayer funding to annual surpluses. During its last reporting year alone, Planned Parenthood received over half a billion dollars in taxpayer government funding, all the while performing a record 333,964 abortions.

Hemingway summarized it perfectly:

Isn’t it just fascinating, though, that a private breast cancer charity choosing to not give money to a massively federally funded group (that provides 300,000 abortions a year but zero mammograms) is top of the news for weeks — complete with breathless advocacy from reporters and anchors — but Medicaid fraud in the millions of dollars barely registers even the tiniest of blips in the news cycle? What’s the journalistic defense, if any?

H/T:Newsbusters

WASHINGTON, D.C., March 30–A series of new undercover phone calls reveals that contrary to the claims of Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards and other supporters of the nation’s largest abortion chain, the organization does not provide mammograms for women.

Slick Rick Perry supports ‘Bi-National’ Health Insurance with Mexico UPDATE

UPDATE: Lew Rockwell

Perry Praised Hillary for Her Healthcare Scheme

Perry sent Clinton this letter found at the proof link below. Click on letter to enlarge!

Thanks to Eli Cryderman for the proof.

Ed Morrissey at Hot Air says the candidates are chosen.Could this become a two man race?  “Assuming that we see no other late entries, the subject of my prior post, and that Perry makes no major missteps that derail his bid, the Texas governor has a pretty clear shot at making himself into the alternative to Mitt Romney that grassroots Republicans have sought all year”. There is nothing like going to Governor Perry’s own words on various matters. Check out an earlier post of mine: Rick Perry-Watch out for the dishonest ‘tell’ -with much on NAFTA.

The following post is from his Speech entitled: Gov. Rick Perry’s Remarks to the Border Summit.

Office of the Governor Rick Perry of the State of Texas

http://governor.state.tx.us/news/speech/10688/

Bi-National Health:

“Legislation authored by border legislators Pat Haggerty and Eddie Lucio establishes an important study that will look at the feasibility of bi-national health insurance. This study recognizes that the Mexican and U.S. sides of the border compose one region, and we must address health care problems throughout that region. That’s why I am also excited that Texas Secretary of State Henry Cuellar is working on an initiative that could extend the benefits of telemedicine to individuals living on the Mexican side of the border”.

In Texas, we recently placed a strong emphasis on preventative care when we expanded access to Medicaid for more low-income children by making the Medicaid enrollment process simpler. We allocated an additional $4 billion to the Medicaid program, and more than $900 million to the Children’s Health Insurance Program. (See Post Script)

But the effort to combat disease and illness requires greater cooperative efforts between our two nations. It is a simple truth that disease knows no boundaries. An outbreak of drug-resistant tuberculosis, for example, endangers citizens of both our nations. We have much to gain if we work together to expand preventative care, and treat maladies unique to this region.

Education:

We must say to every Texas child learning in a Texas classroom, “we don’t care where you come from, but where you are going, and we are going to do everything we can to help you get there.” And that vision must include the children of undocumented workers. That’s why Texas took the national lead in allowing such deserving young minds to attend a Texas college at a resident rate. Those young minds are a part of a new generation of leaders, the doors of higher education must be open to them. The message is simple: educacion es el futuro, y si se puede.

NAFTA:

The fruits of NAFTA have just begun to ripen. At the same time, we must not allow the roots of the tree to become poisoned. The NAFTA agreement not only signaled a new era of economic possibility, but a new era of bi-national cooperation. That is why it is wrong, and inherently detrimental to our relationship with Mexico for the U.S. Congress to pursue a protectionist policy that forbids Mexican trucks from U.S. roadways. see Rick Perry-Watch out for the dishonest ‘tell’

Open Borders:

President Fox’s vision for an open border is a vision I embrace, as long as we demonstrate the will to address the obstacles to it. An open border means poverty has given way to opportunity, and Mexico’s citizens do not feel compelled to cross the border to find that opportunity.

We share a bond as neighbors, and we find our culture north of the Rio Grande to be increasingly defined by the strong traits of people of Hispanic descent.

Today, as we look to the south, we see a rising sun. It is perched above a people whose best days are in front of them. Let us endeavor to make the most of this new day through a new dialogue. Let us work together to combat disease, expand trade and provide educational opportunities. If we do, there are no limits to what we can accomplish for the betterment of all of our citizens. Thank you, and God bless you”

Post Script: Illegal immigrants can get in-state tuition at Texas universities. Neither employers nor state agencies are required to run job applicants through a federal database to determine their legal status. Illegal immigrants have access to services for drug treatment, mental health and children with special health care needs. ABC 12

White House loosens opens up the Mexico Border Rules

The usual Friday dump of new Rules and Regs . This one, of course, to assist him in his re-election effort. When reading the full post from the Daily Caller, I must say, it was a stomach turner. Consider this post as one done in total disgust by this writer. To hell with the rule of law and the Courts and Congress.

President Barack Obama’s administration is quietly offering a quasi-amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, while aiming to win reelection by mobilizing a wave of new Hispanic voters, say supporters of stronger immigration law enforcement.

The new rules were quietly announced Friday with a new memo from top officials at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The “prosecutorial discretion” memo says officials need not enforce immigration laws if illegal immigrants are enrolled in an education center or if their relatives have volunteered for the US military.

“We think it is an excellent step,” said Laura Vasquez, at the Hispanic-advocacy group, La Raza, which pushed for the policies, and which is working with other groups to register Hispanics to vote in 2012. “What’s very important is how the prosecutorial discretion memo is implemented” on the streets, she said. I just bet you do!!

On Friday, officials also announced a new advisory panel intended “to implement policies stopping the [deportation and] removal of individuals charged with, but not convicted of, minor traffic offenses who have no other criminal history or egregious immigration violations.”
The Hispanic vote could be crucial in the 2012 election, because the Obama campaign hopes to offset its declining poll ratings by registering new Hispanic voters in crucial swing states, such as Virginia and North Carolina.
“They’re pushing the [immigration] agents to be even more lax, to go further in not enforcing the law,” said Kris Kobach, Kansas’ secretary of state. “At a time when millions of Americans are unemployed and looking for work, this is more bad news coming from the Obama administration

Texas Sues to Block Bizarre “Global Warming” EPA Rules

Remember the Alamo

Remember the Alamo

Hey, lets start the lawsuits. There was a wake up call when the States started to fight the Feds over healthcare. Apparently a light bulb went off.. Lawsuits can go both ways. State’s Rights forever! A great way to celebrate Constitution Day.

The state of Texas today sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a federal appeals court in Washington DC, claiming four new regulations imposed by the EPA are based on the thoroughly discredited findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and are ‘factually flawed,’ 1200 WOAI news reports.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott says the rules are illegal and if imposed, will cost Texans in higher energy costs and tens of thousands of lost jobs.

“The state explained that the IPCC, and therefore the EPA, relied on flawed science to conclude that greenhouse emissions endanger public health and welfare,” Abbott said.  “Because the Administration predicated its Endangerment Finding on the IPCC’s questionable facts, the state is seeking to prevent the EPA’s new rules, and the economic harm that will result from these regulations, from being imposed on Texas employers, workers, and enforcement agencies.”

The IPCC has become the laughing stock of science, with numerous revelations of sloppy research, science, and in one report, a prediction that glaciers would melt in 25 years was due to a researcher mixing numbers, and writing ‘2035’ including ‘2350,’ which was the year the glaciers were really expected to be in danger.  More here

Texas Files Lawsuit Against EPA Over Clean Air Initiatives

Finally, the States are starting to show some spine. Utah fighting the Federal Land Grab, Arizona with the Immigration issue. Yes, perhaps State’s rights shall reign in the Czars. This is good news. Don’t mess with Texas!

Governor Rick Perry has issued the following statement regarding Texas’ legal action challenging the EPA’s takeover of Texas’ 16-year-old air permitting process:

This legal action is the next step in our ongoing commitment to fight back against the Obama Administration’s ever-widening effort to undermine our air quality initiatives and force a heavy-handed federal agenda on the people of Texas.

The EPA’s overreach is as potentially devastating as it is unnecessary, as Texas has achieved greater improvements in air quality than the nation as a whole since 2000 through our use of incentives and innovation.

Instead of worrying about cleaner air, the EPA seems intent upon putting the jobs of tens of thousands of hardworking Texans at risk, mainly so the EPA can impose a system it says will be easier for Washington bureaucrats to understand.

The EPA’s actions would likely result in significantly higher prices for energy and just about everything else, a frightening prospect during a time so many Americans are struggling to make ends meet.

I applaud General Abbott’s actions, and will continue to pressure Congress and the Obama administration to get the EPA under some control before irrevocable damage is done to one of the country’s strongest economies.
