FBI knew terrorist headed for Garland Texas, never told Organizers

This should make us sleep like babies. I am no fan of Shep Smith and his often arrogant display of his views. But he managed to report this. Pamela Geller when contacted indicated she was not told of a possible attack by the FBI. Why did the FBI hold a closed door meeting with reporters? Just asking.

The FBI knew Elton Simpson was heading to Garland, Texas.
But the event organizers WERE NOT Notified nor was their security team!

Shepard Smith reported on Thursday:

The FBI knew one of the gunmen in Sunday’s attack in Texas could be targeting the controversial Mohammad cartoon contest, anti-Islam conference… And they knew it hours before the attack occurred. That comes straight from the FBI director who just moments ago held a closed door meeting with reporters. The FBI put out a bulletin with suspect’s picture before the attack. He said it’s not clear if police in Garland, Texas knew about that bulletin.

James B. Comey, new F.B.I. nominee is not what you think

Illinois pay to play has a different take on the new face to head the F.B.I. We keep hearing that James B. Comey, former Deputy Attorney General (AG) in the Bush II administration, to be in charge of the FBI is just a super pick. He supposedly bucked Bush on surveillance. But there is much more to James, especially after he left the Bush administration. Because each and every one of them can be bought and sold, and from what I read from this story, Jimmy has done very very well. Time to pay back Lockheed Martin. Time to sell out the American people. Time to keep what is going on in the family. Here we go:

What you will not hear from the Obama-friendly media, and our somnolent members of Congress, is this: Not only was the Patriot Act expanded under the supervision of Comey, Mueller and Ashcroft, when Comey left the AG’s office in 2005 he went to work as the top lawyer for…wait for it…”Big Brother” himself – Lockheed Martin.

When most people hear Lockheed Martin they think military contracts. Well, welcome to 1984. “Big Brother” is another name for Lockheed Martin, and security and surveillance is their game. They’ve been working closely with the National Security Agency (AKA: NSA, as in No Such Agency) for many years.

As the Chief Legal Officer at Lockheed Martin, James Comey earned a total compensation of $6,113,797.00 in 2009. That’s right. Six million bucks. In one year.

So ask yourself: Why would the Obama regime appoint a new FBI Director who works for a prime contractor that sells NSA the technology to spy on Americans? Would PETA hire a fur coat distributor?

Oh, by the way, where’s John Ashcroft today? Why he’s on the Board of Directors of Blackwater USA, which now goes by the harmless sounding name – Academi – conjuring up images of ivy-covered buildings and lounging intellectuals.

So in the days ahead, when the media and politicians tell you that James B. Comey will stand up for your civil liberties as FBI Director (citing a hospital room performance over the Patriot Act), remember: If Comey didn’t support spying on Americans, why would he work for a leading company that sells the government the tools to spy on Americans?

Are the manufacturers of hunting rifles against hunting?

WASHINGTON — FBI Director Robert Mueller revealed Wednesday that the bureau uses drones to conduct surveillance on U.S. soil.
Asked by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) if the FBI was following in the footsteps of the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in pursuing the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, Mueller said yes. The vehicles are used in very narrow circumstances for surveillance, he said.
Asked if the bureau had developed a set of policies governing drone use and privacy protections, however, Mueller said that such a process was just starting.

HEATED FBI Oversight Section: Rep. Jim Jordan Grills Director Robert Mueller over IRS Investigator FBI Director Robert Mueller testifies before the House Judiciary Committee about counterterrorism practices. Lawmakers focus their questions on the National Security Agency’s information-sharing program called “PRISM.”

…..

“Is it appropriate for the one doing the audit to give the information to the people he’s investigating and not give that information to the oversight committee? Is that how an investigation is supposed to work?” Jordan fired. “I can’t comment on what is appropriate,” Mueller replied.

“You’ve had a month to investigate, and you can’t even tell me who the lead investigator is? This is what happened. You can’t even tell me what happened?”

FBI Director: I have to check to see if Obama can kill citizens on U.S. soil

While I have been wearing my tin foil proudly these past couple of days, and of course have received the expected response, lets take a trip down the rabbit hole one more time. Humor me. We know that Obama has his secret “kill list” that no one is able to explain how one gets on it, or who he selects, but what the heck. It could never happen here.

Published on Mar 9, 2012– Have we heard back yet? Nothing yet!

FBI Director Robert Mueller on Wednesday said he would have to go back and check with the Department of Justice whether Attorney General Eric Holder’s “three criteria” for the targeted killing of Americans also applied to Americans inside the U.S.
Pressed by House lawmakers about a recent speech in which Holder described the legal justification for assassination, Mueller, who was attending a hearing on his agency’s budget, did not say without qualification that the three criteria could not be applied inside the U.S.
“I have to go back. Uh, I’m not certain whether that was addressed or not,” Mueller said when asked by Rep. Tom Graves, R-Ga., about a distinction between domestic and foreign targeting. Graves followed up asking whether “from a historical perspective,” the federal government has “the ability to kill a U.S. citizen on United States soil or just overseas.”

Judge wants more than talk on Michigan militia group

Now wouldn’t this be an embarrassment for our fearless leader’s SS Officers if this goes no where? Let’s wait and see how bad these boys were. Lots of film of “Paintball type” activity, but not a crime yet.

The members of a southern Michigan group called Hutaree have been in custody for a month. An indictment accuses them of weapons violations and a rare crime: conspiring to commit sedition, or rebellion, against the government by first killing police officers.

Judge asks feds to show militia did more than talk.

“It’s now time to strike and take our nation back so that we may be free again from tyranny. Time is up,” Waterstreet said, quoting a transcript. So is that the standard for sedition?

‘What if’ is not the standard. … None of these words are an instruction to anyone to commit a crime,” said Stone’s attorney, William Swor, as held up a stack of transcripts.

Arthur Weiss, a lawyer for Thomas Piatek, 46, of Whiting, Ind., said disgust with the government as recorded by the undercover agent is similar to what’s said daily by radio and TV talk-show hosts Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity.

“Millions of people” are talking about “taking our country back,” Weiss said.

A federal judge challenged prosecutors Wednesday to show that nine members of a Michigan militia accused of plotting war against the government had done more than just talk and should remain locked up.

U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts heard nearly 10 hours of testimony and arguments over two days. She did not make a decision about whether the nine will remain in custody, saying only that a ruling would come soon.
