Today can be a difficult day for many. A day we honor Mothers. Many of us have lost our Mothers. There are those who have had complicated relationships. Add that to a difficult year and the day can be a challenge. I add a few words from Eckhart Tolle for your consideration.
Today’s Sunday Respite is one of my favorites, AVE MARIA by Leo Rojas – SOUL BIRD. Beautiful photography. Wishing everyone a wonderful day. I suggest watching this in full screen.

Very thoughtful. It’s definitely been a year where many realize what used to drive them does no longer. Dismay at seeing the ‘real’ schools and teacher leadership, many families moved permanently away from the urban fringe. What smidgen of trust left in authorities self-extinguished by their feckless, uninformed actions or lack thereof. And yes, once ones mother is gone you know that you yourself are now in the Green Room.

The expectations for the day can exceed what one has available for oneself… and can be disappointing. Our lives seem turned around these days, and so sudden and with unexpected changes.

Have a great day, Bunkerville. I believe my post with the prayer by Allen West and your quote by Tolle fit hand/glove…
I wish I hadn’t posted mine on Mother’s Day, yours too, because it’s SO important to hear what West and Tolle are saying.
God bless America…help those who feel alienated from what’s going on these days and, at the same time, try to control their cynicism and hopelessness for America’s sake.
