You have to look at illegal aliens through the eyes of the Democrats. What is the mental and physical well-being of a child, compared to gaining another Democrat voter?
The child is merely collateral damage as far as they are concerned. Juan Ramon-Vasquez was arrested in Philadelphia and refused to honor ICE’s detainer request. Ramon-Vasquez celebrated his release by repeatedly raping a young child over a period of time.
He has since been sentenced to 21 months for being in the country unlawfully and another 20 years for the child rape. Thank you liberals. This child would never have been raped without your invaluable help.

After being deported in 2009, Ramon-Vasquez was found to be living back in the country in March 2014 in Philadelphia. At the time, the illegal alien child rapist was in Philadelphia Prison Department custody, but the local authorities refused to turn Ramon-Vasquez over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents for deportation due to the city’s sanctuary city policy that shields criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation.
