Thousands of Docs discovered showing ‘pay to play’ between State Dept and Clinton Foundation

An attorney for Trump, Jay Sekulow announced Wednesday the American Center for Law and Justice uncovered thousands of documents showing Clinton Foundation pay-to-play with Hillary’s State Department through a FOIA lawsuit.

Clinton’s E-mails Won’t be released until 2025? That’s what they say in the post without explanation. Justin Cooper and Doug Band are two names that pop up in the story. Back in 2016 I did numerous posts on these two fellows and I believed that they were the ones likely to sing. This info was out years ago, and common knowledge yet the Clintons skated. Until now. It will be something to see the IG report that is on its way out.

If you read nothing else, do read a story at New Republic a wonderfully written piece that reads like a novel, done in 2013. Titled Scandal at Clinton Inc. This sets the stage for what happens over the next years.

First the news then some links.  Here we go:

Doug Band was the ‘go-to’ guy for Clinton Foundation donors. If they needed anything from Hillary Clinton, they would email Doug Band and within minutes he would forward the message to Huma Abedin and or Cheryl Mills to help expedite the favor.

There was no firewall between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation as Hillary previously claimed to the public.

Via the ACLJ:

As part of our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Deep State Department, we have been informed that the State Department has located – and will be forced to turn over to the ACLJ – literally thousands of documents to and about the Clinton Foundation, its subsidiaries, and its senior operatives during the duration of Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State.

The shear volume alone – some 30,000 emails – debunks the specious assertion that there was any kind of firewall whatsoever between Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton Foundation.

These documents, only now being uncovered through our FOIA request and subsequent litigation, show extensive communications exchanged between Clinton or her senior staff at State Department and Doug Band – a senior aid at the Clinton Foundation and creatorof the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).

In recent court filings, the State Department has revealed that more than 8,700 documents exist in Cheryl Mills’ and/or Huma Abedin’s files which contain the single search term, “Doug Band.” It is possible, and indeed likely, that each document consists of several pages placing the number closer to 18,000 pages or more.

The ACLJ has also learned through our litigation that another 22,000 documents exist in Cheryl Mills’ and Huma Abedin’s files (not including attachments) mentioning or referring to the Clinton Foundation or a related term referencing the foundation.

An email dated December 6, 2010 (tucked away at the very end of the State Department’s most recent production) reveals that Secretary Clinton, upon receiving information that we now know to be classified from a State Department employee, forwarded the classified information via her private email account (HDR22@clintonemail.com) on to various individuals outside the State Department including senior associates at the Clinton Foundation – Justin Cooper and Doug Band. She writes in her email to “print for Bill.”

Of course most of the information contained in the email has been redacted (and won’t be unclassified until 2025) H/T: The Gateway Pundit

Doug Band reveals Clinton Foundation Inc ‘For Profit’ activity

Earlier I had posted Huma Abedin, Bill Clinton’s Butt boy Band’s new Emails will take the Clintons down? In the post, it gave a close look at the relationship of Doug Band and Bill Clinton and the Company Teneo.

In the latest email batch, Doug Band also revealed that Chelsea’s husband Marc Mezvinsky had abused the Clinton Foundation’s influence, and his wife’s family name, to help him find sources of cash for his hedge fund, Eaglevale, which included such seed sponsors as Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.

Will Bill Clinton’s Butt Boys Cooper and Band take down the Clinton Empire?– bunkerville

There are two FBI Clinton investigations. One regarding the E-MAIL. But the more important one that may snag them is the one that is looking at their Foundation. Huma Abedin, Doug Band, and Justin Cooper will be the new names that will come to the fore with the company Teneo Holdings. That is a name of a company one wants to keep an eye on. Its claim on the company webpage is “Integrated Counsel for a Borderless World.” I am suggesting the intersection of the Clinton’s machinations. Yesterday we looked at Justin Cooper. Forget Hillary Clinton. Is it Bill Clinton in the cross hairs of the FBI? Today we look at Douglas Band. Both worked for Bill Clinton in a similar capacity as Huma Abedin does for Hillary. Known in common parlance as “Butt Boys.” Will do whatever needed, starting with carrying bags and slowly rising to power.

Bill Clinton gets man freed from Iranian jail, money flows to the Foundation

Just before an Iranian-American businessman was freed from jail in Iran in Oct. 2010, his son met with Bill Clinton and also made the first of what would become more than $1 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation.

Sources tell The Daily Caller that Nima Taghavi, who owns businesses in California, grew impatient in 2010 with negotiations to secure his father Reza’s release from an Iranian prison, and so he turned to the former president for help.

To arrange the meeting with Clinton, Taghavi first contacted Doug Band, who worked as Clinton’s “body man,” has counseled the Clinton Foundation, and co-founded Teneo Holdings, a consulting group that Clinton advised.

With Weiner unemployed, Abedin took a second job as a consultant for Teneo Holdings, a phenomenally well-connected global consulting company. Clinton signed off on Abedin’s dual role, but a State Department investigator last year subpoenaed records about the arrangement. (Snip)….

The interviewers didn’t laugh when the meticulously organized political attaché and Hillaryland survivor disingenuously suggested she has never looked at any of the more than 10,000 emails of hers now helpfully indexed online by WikiLeaks.

“It’s something I can’t really think about,” she said airily, resorting to a tactic straight from her boss’s stonewall playbook. “But I can’t imagine what’s in those emails. I would probably be mortified.”
