Plaintiff in Trump travel ban runs Muslim Brotherhood mosque

The plot thickens on this one. First we have Obama in Hawaii, then we learn that the judge who ruled happens to be a classmate of his from Harvard, and last?

Judge Watson, managed to produce a 43-page decision within two hours of the case being filed in Hawaii. (Let’s make Hawaii the new Gitmo.)

The judge issued his 43-page ruling less than two hours after hearing Hawaii’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop the ban from  being put into practice.

Speedy guy, huh!  More at Gateway Pundit and we learn this:

The main plaintiff in the Hawaii case blocking President Trump’s revised temporary travel ban is an imam with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The irony is hard to miss: Trump has talked about declaring the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, and now it is a Brotherhood-backed imam who is playing a key role in blocking his executive order on immigration.

Imam Ismail Elshikh, 39, leads the largest mosque in Hawaii and claims he is suffering “irreparable harm” from the president’s executive order, which places a 90-day ban on travel to the U.S. from six countries.

One of those six countries is Syria. Elshikh’s mother in law is Syrian and would not be able to visit her family in Hawaii for 90 days if Trump’s ban were allowed to go into effect.

Imam Ismail Elshikh, a native of Egypt, leads a Muslim Brotherhood-tied mosque in Honolulu, Hawaii, and claims he is suffering ‘irreparable harm’ by President Trump’s temporary travel ban.

According to the lawsuit:

“Plaintiffs allege that the Executive Order subjects portions of the State’s population, including Dr. Elshikh and his family, to discrimination in violation of both the Constitution and the INA, denying them their right, among other things, to associate with family members overseas on the basis of their religion and national origin. The State purports that the Executive Order has injured its institutions, economy, and sovereign interest in maintaining the separation between church and state.”

Who knew our courts were politicized and corrupt? Well, anyone with a one cell brain should know this; it isn’t a new phenomenon. As we re-state facts on the ground, most pretend that they are hearing this for the very first time. The American people have the memory of a gnat … this will ultimately destroy us and I’m beginning to think we deserve no less.

Can these anti-American, anti-constitution district court judges be removed from the bench or are they lifetime appointees?
My pragmatic pessimism tells me that the flawed advice from his inner circle along with the enemies within his own party swapping spit with the relentless never say die democrats, the non-stop attacks from the supposedly discredited embarrassed declawed disgraced incompetent media (bullshit- they haven’t suffered one bit), the ever growing democrat voting rolls, and just basic roll over on their backs with paws in the air submissive elected republicans who in general seem to be intent on “snatching defeat from the jaws of victory”, Trump will be out of office in four years. The upcoming battle over President Trump’s pick for the U.S. Supreme Court before the Senate Judiciary Committee for his confirmation hearing of Judge Gorsich next week will speak volumes for what lies ahead for the Trump administration. We have seen the right being rolled by the left time after time, year after year, decade after decade, election after election, with few exceptions, and since you cannot teach an old dog new tricks why should today be any different? The long knives have been out since before November 8th, 2016, and will stay out for the next four years. C’est domage.

Unfortunately no fire in the belly by our guys. They are smoking hot all of the time with their mission. The GOP just is just as happy to turn on itself. So GOP say to hell with the 60 votes–its majority for all votes period. Skunk Reid had no problem. But you have stated the obvious.by now.

Overreach of the courts….I was just reading on Breibart that the Maryland judge put in his order that he is putting Trump on notice and he is thinking about ordering him to bring in 50,000 refugees…enough already…arrest these wayward judges for failing to protect us. Just saying…it can and must be done to prove a point.

But the courts can’t figure it out, who is opposing the travel ban, and why, are they doing it.
