Happy Thanksgiving!

Remembering those who faithfully serve us with honor and valor, our United States Military.

Today I am adding a bit of old time Christmas music as well. I miss the Christmas music that was a staple in our home as we put up our decorations. I thought you might enjoy some background music. I send it to my flat screen as well.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for.

    We listened to Mario Lanza Christmas music when putting up the tree. I’m putting mine up waaaaay early (this coming Sunday.)

    Thankful for my little Frankie doggie being home from the emergency vet clinic. He came down with a raging case of pancreatitis late last night. He was screaming in pain. He was on fluid IV and anti-nausea meds over night, but I took some of his home cooked food over this morning. He ate, kept it down, and now he’s home zonked out peacefully in his little bed. And thankful for having such a wonderful emergency clinic just minutes from home.

    Have a happy Thanksgiving, Bunk. I’m thankful for having you as a friend and source of great news.

    I shan’t be remiss in wishing all Happy Thanksgiving.
    So Happy Thanksgiving!
    As for remembering like Peter, remember going water skiing on this day in the middle ’50s (Gulf Coast). Must’ve been early global warming. 🙂
    Too cold today…and too old.

    Here’s a bit of Thanksgiving nostalgia:
    It was 50 years ago tonight, Thanksgiving 1969 when my pals and I saw The Ike and Tina Turner Revue, B B King and the headlining Rolling Stones with the MC from 77 WABC Frankie Crocker at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. The price of the tickets: $9.00. That’s not a typo, $9.00 USD!
    Ah, the memories of our world that no longer exists….
