The people behind the Mexican “Caravan”

Just who is behind the so-called Caravan? A Communist. No big surprise. And we knew they were coming again.

Last April a dry run of a so called “Caravan” of illegals headed our way. Yet Congress did nothing. After all Paul Ryan has always promoted open borders. But that is a story for another day. So let’s take a look and I will include a post I did earlier this year.

The entity chiefly responsible for organizing and leading this horde of migrants – euphemistically dubbed a “caravan” by most media outlets – is Pueblo Sin Fronteras (PSF, “People Without Borders”), a Chicago-based nonprofit organization founded in 2001 by Roberto Corona, a Mexican-born activist dedicated to promoting the rights of illegal aliens in the United States. PSF is a sister group to two other Chicago-based entities, Centro Sin Fronteras (CSF) and its outgrowth, La Familia Latina Unida (LFLU, “The United Latin Family”).

PSF is a member of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON), which seeks to “protect and expand [the] civil, labor, and human rights” of day laborers in America, of whom approximately 75% are illegal aliens. Moreover, NDLON aims to “mobilize” and “organize” these workers as a unified, politically active demographic, and to force employers to establish “safer more humane environments” wherein day laborers can “earn a living” that enables them to “contribute to society and integrate into the community.”

PSF’s executive director is Emma Lozano, a left-wing activist who serves as co-pastor of the Lincoln United Methodist Church in Chicago, and as the president and founder of Centro Sin Fronteras. Ms. Lozano’s late brother, the left-wing community organizer Rudy Lozano, was the father of Pepe Lozano, an activist with the Communist Party USA and the Young Communist League.

At the Lincoln United Methodist Church in 2014, PSF held a workshop that helped some 600 people apply or reapply for protection under President Barack Obama‘s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive action of 2012, which shielded hundreds of thousands of young illegal aliens (under age 31) from deportation.

Last spring, PSF helped organize a “caravan” wherein hundreds of asylum-seeking migrants from Central America resolved to enter the United States illegally. The co-organizer of that “caravan” was the CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project, a coalition composed of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, the American Immigration Council, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

On March 23, 2018, PSF publicized the aforementioned “caravan” by issuing a press release demanding that Mexico and the United States “respect our rights as refugees and our right to dignified work to be able to support our families”; “open the[ir] borders to us because we are as much citizens as the people of the countries where we are and/or travel”; and end all “deportations which destroy families.” Ultimately, the PSF-led group disbanded in Mexico City and never reached the United States.

In an October 21 press release, PSF accused Trump and the United States of using “repressive tactics” to inflict “fear and racism” on the people of Central America. Moreover, the organization demanded that Mexico declare itself a “sanctuary country” with wide-open borders.

Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland – one of many congressional Democrats who likewise have sided with the thousands of “caravan” members defying American law – has stated that the migrants  “should be allowed to come in” to the United States and “seek asylum” immediately. Cummings’ position is emblematic of the fact that the Democratic Party has demonstrably and irrefutably become a party whose principal objective is to thoroughly transform the nature of the American electorate by means of open borders and the mass, unchecked importation of illiterate Third World peasants who will vote in overwhelming numbers for Democrats from now until the end of time.

Illegal Caravan Releases List of Demands and Expects Trump to Follow

Recall it was Obama who started this whole nonsense:

On Monday, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina held a joint press conference in Playas de Catazaja, Mexico, to officially announce an agreement to make it easier for those making the illegal journey to the United States from Central America, to cross into Mexico.

The Southern Border Program to Improve Passage, will provide for more border checkpoints along Mexico’s border with Guatemala, and offer more protection and even emergency medical care to those making their way north. The illegal aliens will receive a so-called Regional Visitor’s Card, according to El Universal.

Look at the demands of those who are speeding their way to our border in the embedded press release link below:

A caravan of 1,500 people funneling through Mexico towards the U.S. border have released a list of demands that President Trump is expected to comply with, including unfettered access to the United States.

Pueblo sin Fronteras, the political outreach group who organized the caravan, released a press statement for the United States, Mexico, and their respective Central American governments.

“We demand of the Mexico and the United States: that they respect our rights as refugees and our right to dignified work to be able to support our families,” the statements reads.

The second demand is “that they open the borders to us because we are as much citizens as the people of the countries where we are and/or travel.”

A look at the Pueblo sin Fronteras group website shows that they have extensive experience leading caravans of migrants across different countries illegally.
“Our mission is to provide shelter and safety to migrants and refugees in transit, accompany them in their journey, and together demand respect for our human rights,” says the group’s Facebook page.“Our dream is to build solidarity bridges among peoples and turndown border walls imposed by greed.”In the face of this clear PR stunt orchestrated by leftist advocates, Trump has already shut down any notion of letting the caravan into the U.S., accusing Mexico of facilitating the groups trying to take advantage of the DACA situation.“These big flows of people are all trying to take advantage of DACA. They want in on the act!” tweeted the president on Sunday.

Goes hand in hand with the homeless Indians camped out in Spokane who can’t get any help because everything goes to “migrants.” While many of these Indians are as big of mooches as the “migrants”, many of them are in real need of help, but can’t get it.

Add all the homeless Vets…all our seniors who worked hard all there lives but ran into horrendous medical expenses that cleaned them out financially. I see this all the time here in the retirement community where I live now. Comfortably sound financially all of their lives, one partner suffers a catastrophic illness and the remaining partner ends up close to destitute.

A few years ago I read where older married couples were divorcing so as to be eligible for end of the road assistance. Assets dived up so only one had to use up half what they’d earned in their life.
I expect the laws been changed so that the divorce must’ve been five years prior to need to keep the other one’s assets from being confiscated.
You know that’s the law now if me and my bride want to leave kids what little we got. Had to give an turn over to them five years prior, before our needs come about,
OK, so the whole thing is socialism. You never own anything yourself as well as didn’t do it by yourself.
Grandma signed over assets to daughters 45 years ago and then went into nursing home at gov. expense.
Not saying that’s the way it should be, but with foreign aid handouts the world over so corrupt…
glad grandma and daughters got a little bit. 🙂

Little talked about but just as important is Long Term Care Insurance. Buy it when young. One in three end up in a nursing home. Most don’t just keel over.

Well, the nursing home got free entertainment the next 20 years after grandma’s stroke. Played the piano and sang gospel songs for everybody. 🙂

        And about getting destitute…
For those who haven’t gotten there yet:
        How socialism works.
If I privately want to buy assisted living it costs $1030/WEEK, shared room.
Medicare eligible roommate, government (taxpayer) pays for same @ $1600/MONTH.
(Figures from 12 years ago for my mother and from what at the time PruittHealth facility published they contracted with government to pay for assistance eligible person. My mother was in Pruitt at the time.)
Lord knows what it cost now!
About the same time, I could buy privately a toilet seat for $20 to last, well however long it would last. The government paid $400, and lasted, well until the recipient destroyed it.
Works until Thatcher Axiom proves true. 🙂

Great exploration of the groups involved Thanks for all the links.

Why can’t the media touch on this even in the lightest? I bet that if any of this were in the least embarrassing to Trump or Republicans, this data would be front page news.

These people now have a moral responsibility to these people to take care of them. The poor people were promised the moon and now are in a horrendous place. Used and abused…in poor health, let these same organizations help them get home.
If one digs down, the Soros money, Ford Foundation, Open Societies need to step up. Their money set this whole thing up.
