One of my favorite pieces. A very difficult piece to sing. Our family’s standard Christmas ritual was to watch the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on T.V.. Enjoy.

    Someone shared this with me and since this is the season of giving and sharing with family and friends I am sharing this with your’s and Steve’s readers:THE DEBT CEILING: I love it when a complicated situation can be explained in such simple terms!

    * SO, allow me to explain.

    Let’s say you come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup in your neighborhood.Your home has sewage all the way up to your ceiling.

    What do you think you should do —

    1. raise the ceiling, or
    2. pump out the shit?
    Your choice is coming in November.

      petermc3, your comment in Sunday Respite, Carol of the Bells. I think we went to Ding Dong School together in in the years before it was on NBC. Family will be gone Christmas. There will be little political commentary. Hope you’ll keep me company to a certain depth, not to ceiling however. 🙂

        Yep, Popeye, not mr. rogers showed me how to handle leftist bullies in my handling time. And the Threes’s . And Rhett, and Gary and John W. and the singing outlaws And of their women…ranking outlaw women…Jessie Coulter, Jessie Coulter, Jessie Coulter, how many fingers and toes I got to count the vote?
        Mr. President missed the most beautiful sound he ever could have heard.
