Money buys you a table at the impeachment hearing. At least for the Democrats.
Yes, I did watch the whole impeachment hearing. I will put this down as one of the best moments of the hearing. Mr. Daniel Goldman turns a whiter shade of pale at the hands of Rep Matt Gaetz.
After all history was made. Anyone else care that our Constitutional Republic was ripped asunder?
Yes, things are doing very well in the swamp.
Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., questioned House Judiciary and Intelligence committee lawyers on Dec. 9. The questioning of Republican counsel Stephen Castor and Democratic counsel Daniel Goldman came during a House Judiciary Committee hearing that is part of the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

I predict Republican Stardom for Gaetz. Here’s hoping he doesn’t dive head first into the swamp

Gaetz and Collins did a good job of showing the hearing to be the circus it is.
Anyone else notice the guy always whispering in Nadler’s ear? Who is that guy? Nadler’s “handler”? I mean, Nadler is clueless and inept. Someone has to be coaching him. Most of the time Nadler doesn’t appear to know where he is or what he’s doing. Typical, Standard DEM.

I watched that smug soulless piece of porcine offal mock our justice system on his way out to pick up his paycheck from Soros or whomever the Democrats’ paymaster is these days. But he got his comeuppance from Gaetz later on which was the play of the day. And now my pessimism kicks into high gear in anticipation of the Senate leaders who may well run for cover and throw Trump under the bus. We shall see….

My read as well Peter… Graham has already said he intends to do nothing. Later on he says Oversight can take care of it… but that will not happen. Only hope is that we get the House and our fearless GOPers such as Nunes can have their bite at the apple with the Dems.

I grew to like him more but he sure wasn’t much of a fiery speaker….

Actually I thought the GOP did quite a nice job. It was a slog but worth the ride.

I am with you…. now on to the GOP Senate with Graham and McConnell. Why is it I have a lot more concern?
