Good old Val Jarrett is super proud that Obama has been just the perfect President, no scandals. After I read this I thought hmm, I haven’t posted about Jarrett’s corruption that should have put her in jail long before she got to the WH. So Valerie, you want to talk corruption? Let’s look at your housing projects where you made big bucks on the backs of African-Americans. Just so we do not forget her roots, her father in-law was head of Communist Youth.
President Obama has been squeaky clean, according to his closest adviser, Valerie Jarrett.
“The president prides himself on the fact that his administration hasn’t had a scandal and he hasn’t done something to embarrass himself,” Jarrett said in an interview broadcast on CNN Sunday.
The aide, also a close friend of Obama and his wife, Michelle, credited the first couple with being good people and getting good results. More

Valerie Jarrett: “Jarrett [managed] a controversial low-income housing project located in Obama’s former state senate district… [the] complex was considered ‘uninhabitable by unfixed problems, such as collapsed roofs and fire damage… In 2006, federal inspectors graded the condition of the complex an 11 on a 100-point scale — a score so bad the buildings now face demolition.’ …According to documents uncovered by Judicial Watch, Jarrett is also linked to a series of other shady real estate scandals involving convicted felon and former Obama fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko…”
Jarrett was also named in a 2008 Boston Globereport on Grove Parc, an immense housing complex largely funded by taxpayers and managed by her company. After burning through millions in public funds, Jarrett’s management skills resulted in a complex that was largely “uninhabitable.”
Earlier this year The Boston Globe reported on the stunning failures of Jarrett’s companies. “Jarrett is the chief executive of Habitat Co., which managed Grove Parc Plaza from 2001 until this [past] winter and co-managed an even larger subsidized complex in Chicago that was seized by the federal government in 2006, after city inspectors found widespread problems.”
Valerie Jarrett, a product of Chicago’s Daley machine, couldn’t manage a housing complex with millions in taxpayer funds. But I’m sure she could have managed, say, an overhaul of the $3 trillion health care industry. What could possibly go wrong? Ah shucks! And all those contracts???

In 2006, before his Presidential race, then-Sen. Barack Obama visited his father’s homeland of Kenya, and around the same times Shore Bank donated $1 million to that country to assist in micro-loan programs there. At the time, Obama officials said it was a coincidence that Shore Bank made the contribution to Kenya. Why I am just laughing myself silly!

It turns out that around this time, Vernon Jarrett was a leader of the Chicago chapter of American Youth for Democracy – the youth wing of the Communist Party.
Chicago communist journalist Frank Marshall Davis was a national sponsor of American Youth for Democracy, as well as being a Progressive Party supporter.
Both Davis and Jarrett worked on the radical Chicago Defender newspaper and in 1948, both served on the publicity committee of the Citizens’ Committee to Aid Packing-House Workers
Later that year, Frank Marshall Davis moved to Hawaii, where he met and mentored a young boy named Barack Obama.
Vernon Jarrett stayed in Chicago, where he became a prominent columnist. Coincidentally he used this column in 2004 to urge black voters to vote in the 2004 Senate primaries for Barack Obama.
