Dominion CEO Announces They Are Closing Up Shop Despite Winning Three-Quarters of a Billion Bucks From Fox

Dominion is folding their tent. They needed to pack up their tent years ago. Riddled with “bugs” that were well documented, it was a wonder the company managed to survive this long. Murdock lost his nerve at Fox and didn’t ride out the threats Dominion made to complete the work that Musk did at Twitter. Clean out the house. But then again we have our judicial system which at times are a concern.

We were left with some good discovery Fox put together that should count for something. I will throw into the mix the documented cases of problems Dominion had, especially here in PA. Of course I know of it since it hit the local news only. One could speculate how other towns and burbs fared with the company elsewhere. I have covered Dominion and other election software companies for over ten years. Most of the other electronic voting companies don’t do much better.

Here we go Gateway Pundit:

It’s been just over a month since the $787.5 million settlement between Dominion and Fox News was announced only hours before the defamation lawsuit was due to go to trial.

Despite that windfall, Dominion CEO John Poulos told TIME that the bad publicity has damaged the company’s reputation beyond repair.

“It basically put us into a death spiral,” he said of the alleged defamation. “And by accusing us of the greatest American crime in history, it turned us, as one of our customers has described, as the most demonized brand in the United States.”

A month ago, Dominion Voting Systems seemed like a dragon slayer. The conservative news behemoth Fox News had just agreed to pay Dominion $787.5 million to settle a defamation suit that was hours away from going to trial. It was the largest such settlement ever announced by a media company.

And yet, to Dominion CEO John Poulos, even that payday likely won’t be enough to save his company. The reputational damage Dominion has endured is just too severe, he tells TIME in a strikingly pessimistic interview about the company’s future.

“It’s just easier for our customers to use something that’s not Dominion,” Poulos says. “We just know that our business ultimately goes to zero.”

Since Poulos incorporated Dominion two decades ago, the company has grown into one of the largest providers of electronic voting hardware and software in America. But it wasn’t until the 2020 election that Dominion became a household name, after former President Donald Trump and his allies voiced conspiracy theories about it, including baseless allegations that the company helped rig the election by flipping votes for Trump to Joe Biden. Some outlets, like Fox News, began to spread those claims further, sparking public anger against the company. Earlier this year, Shasta County in northern California ended its contract with Dominion despite not having a replacement vendor lined up.

Smartmatic, another electronic voting systems company founded just two years prior to Dominion, has its own defamation suit pending against Fox.

“Fox on-air hosts Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs and Jeanine Pirro, and Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell” are also named in the suit, according to the company’s website.

OK you have had your say.

FOX Filing Shows Dominion Voting Systems Executives Including Eric Coomer Knew Its Voting Systems Had Major Security Issues, Was Hacked, and Was “Riddled with Bugs”

At least we managed to get some of the discovery for the Dominion Fox fiasco.  Let Bunk here throw in some Dominion old stuff just for the memory. Everyone, but everyone in conservative news was posting about Dominion through the years. Yet only Dominion chose to go after Fox?  Why is it only the GOP has problems with Dominion not counting votes?

Gateway Pundit picks it up:

FOX News uncovered through its discovery in the case that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines

Dominion Voting Systems sued FOX News for $1.6 billion in a defamation lawsuit in March 2021.  The AP reported on the suit in a very nasty and biased report.

The AP shared included numerous falsities and biases in its report, so much so that it looked like it was written by Dominion.

…..

On Thursday, FOX News filed a brief in this case with Dominion Voting Systems.  FOX News uncovered some material issues with Dominion and its voting systems.  These items were so serious that Dominion employees expressed concerns about these issues as noted below.

Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, confirmed that other parties “have gotten ahold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly” in the past.  Beckstrand identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified that a Dominion machine was “hacked” in Michigan.  Beckstrand confirmed that these security failures were “reported about in the news.”

And just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Dominion’s Director of Product Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, acknowledged in private that “our shit is just riddled with bugs.”  According to the brief, in 2019, Coomer noted that “our products suck.”  He lamented that “[a]lmost all” of Dominion’s technological failings were “due to our complete f— up in installation.”

In another instance, he identified a “*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.” Ex.H4, Coomer Email (Jan. 5, 2018). He went on to note: “It does not get much worse than that.” And while many companies might have resolved their errors, Coomer lamented that “we don’t address our weaknesses effectively!”

Other internal documents noted that a glitch identified by a security expert in Antrim County should be detected in the software.  Coomer shared that the expert isn’t entirely wrong.

In addition, after the 2020 Election, Dominion received complaints from Georgia noting irregularities with machine counts that required employees to reprogram the machines.

Biden Admin Begs Court to Bury Bombshell Report on Dominion Voting Machines

However, in a filing last week, CISA attorneys urged that the court hold off giving anything to anybody until the agency decides what should be released based on its Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.

The filing states that “premature disclosure of Dr. Halderman’s report, even in redacted form, could, in the event any vulnerabilities ultimately are identified, assist malicious actors and thereby undermine election security.”

Chris Varney, Judge of Elections says they were initially under the impression that it was a problem with all ballots, but then determined it was only a problem with Republican ballots. Varney says he was unaware of which specific precincts were dealing with the same issue, but that this same issue was happening in numerous locations across Fayette County.

Most voters in Fayette County will vote using a hand-marked paper ballot. Some voters will use the Dominion Imagecast X to mark their ballot. All voters will use the ImageCast Precinct Scanner to cast their completed ballot.

No word from Dominion or anyone else about how this could have happened again, or why it seems to only be targeting Republicans again.

Recall that President Trump said that through Space Force, “We caught them…we caught them all.” At the right time, this will entirely be revealed! Just look at what has already been revealed here in this post! Everyone knows that the 2020 election was stolen, and fake Biden was installed. Dominion and especially, criminal Eric Coomer must know that eventually, they are all screwed! And it’s just because of “guilt” that they likely fear that all will eventually be revealed. It’s because NCSWIC (Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming)! Can’t wait for the big EBS reveal! This is a military operation (see & hear Derek Johnson videos!) and as time goes by, more & more Americans have experienced The Great Awakening! Read or listen to the Judy Byington reports narrated at Before It’s News. See the huge expansion of Gitmo for criminals being caught in this sting operation. Body doubles and masks are being used during this covert, military operation. Read the Q posts! This is a real operation. Q wrote that “ the first arrest will shock the world “ – and it happened when Trump was arrested! We the People needed to be shown all of this criminality by the deep state and the nefarious corporation in Washington DC! The goal is to have 90% of the public awakened to the criminality that’s been going on for decades! I read that we’re at 75% awakened, so we’re close. 10% will refuse or just never wake up. So much is being revealed on Truth Social, (as well as Twitter & other social media sites), Keep this huge operation in your prayers, for God is with us! 🙏🏻✝️📖🇺🇸

Dominion is closing? Or maybe doing an ACORN and showing up under another name? There may have been some private jawboning in the background over their sloppy work and the lawsuit gave them cover to fold blaming anyone but themselves.

Feinstein’s husband Richard Blum owns vote counting machine company!

Mentioned during a Fox News interview by host Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Sen. Dominion folding “despite” the money from FOX? Winning that kind of money would have ME folding and moving to Paris or something, honestly! “DESPITE” or “BECAUSE” of the FOX money, Mr. Poulos!?

ANd this is the guy I’ve talked about seeing in a ‘live’ minute on TV during the voting mess …when he said “I have hundreds of employees and NONE of them is BIASED” I knew he was a stinkin’ liar!

DO you know ONE person who has no bias, folks? Ya, didn’t think so.

The Heritage Foundation began tracking instances of voter fraud, I think, in 2012. This was the year that Obama was overwhelmingly reelected to the presidency despite his stunning failure as a chief executive. As an aside, in 2008, I observed the “detention” of two elderly black women at my voting precinct who attempted to vote in person after voting absentee. In 2012, I noted an abundance of black voters lining up to vote in an area of coastal Florida where one hardly ever sees a black person. It isn’t lost that your video shows a voting place where all the workers are black. You can come to your own conclusions. I have none — only suspicions.

However, the Heritage Foundation quickly notes that its database only presents a sampling of allegations of voting fraud. To my knowledge, they have never made a statement about the extent of the problem — which is intelligent and credible because they don’t know what they don’t know. One cannot say how extensive the problem is if one doesn’t have all the facts. This is an example of honesty.

Not everyone is honest. Journalists continue hammering away at claims of voting fraud by arguing, for example, that seventeen known cases of voter fraud in Missouri doesn’t reflect a systemic problem … when compared to the number of registered voters in Missouri because that would suggest that there is no problem in Missouri. The journalist, if honest, might have said that despite seventeen known voting fraud cases in Missouri, we don’t know how extensive the problem is. And that would have been a true statement.

The journalist gave the Heritage Foundation no credit by observing that their database only contains proven cases of voter fraud — not allegations or innuendos. Proven cases — which means that those indices are indisputable. Note: Only the left can argue over the unknown.

Here is what a reasonable person can conclude: voting vulnerabilities exist in every state’s system of elections, and we have been convinced that it is easy to commit voter fraud in nearly every state. We also know voter fraud is difficult to detect “after the fact.” And we know that election officials seem unconcerned about voting fraud. Why? Because if they are on the political left, they stand to win elections if voting fraud exists and remains undetected. Now this is kind of like cockroaches. For every one you see, there are fifty you don’t see. In this vein, it is possible that voter fraud is “pandemic.” We just don’t know.

When the left argues that voter fraud is rare (if it occurs at all), they conveniently overlook where elections were overturned because of it. North Carolina comes to mind, and Patterson, New Jersey. We know that Minnesota is Soros country, as are Wisconsin and Michigan. Maybe it’s the water. For additional reading, if interested, check out this case study: https://www.heritage.org/election-integrity/report/four-stolen-elections-the-vulnerabilities-absentee-and-mail-ballots.

Here’s how this issue shakes out. People without confidence in the election system won’t bother to vote. Fewer people voting makes it easier for Democrats to win elections.

There you go. Now you know.

It really takes a big leap if one has been following the Arizona Lake process and the trial in particular to give the benefit of the doubt. In all my years, not once have I found a Dem complaining about the vote count.
Proof? Well, it always comes down to having “standing” in the court and one cannot gain standing until the event occurs. After that, the evidence is long gone, problem contained.

      …….

The company, which has about a third of the voting machine market, according to Bloomberg, has faced scrutiny in the past couple of days with voting problems reported in parts of Michigan and Georgia, although the company and local officials have discounted the idea that the software was to blame.

Yet the Fox Discovery proves that indeed Dominion had “problems in Michigan.”

I am sure it is all a coincidence.

All you say is true, of course. But if you want to prosecute someone, you have to prove (beyond a reasonable doubt) (a) there was a crime, (b) a named person is likely to have committed that crime, and (c) convince a jury in court of that individual’s guilt.

We can see the problem, as you pointed out, in PA … it may be an entirely different problem in MO (for example). Bottom line … if PA, AZ, or MO have voting fraud problems, it is up to the people of those states to identify the problem and fix it. If there is no overwhelming urge to do that, then there won’t be a fix until there is an overwhelming urge. Don’t look to half of this country’s politicians to help you with that.

It will be interesting now that the Arizona case will be going back to the State Supremes.
When you have 100K registered voters and 125,000 votes it does make you wonder! 🙂

I agree with your analysis except it is a civil case… Preponderance of the evidence which should not be as difficult. IF the State wanted to get control of it it needs to be the legislature.

I’m not saying there are normal people in Wayne County, but if there were, do you think any of them would demand a cogent answer to the question, the obvious question I might add, how is it possible to have more voters than registered voters?

Mustang… you are being silly… of course there can be more voters than humans…why would anyone want to fix that?… its the way don’t you know~. 🙂

Anyway, to me the best attack in this case would have been to go after Dominion in civil court… Someone that has few assets so a countersuit would not be profitable. At the very least, the Discovery would be the price of admission.. Peeps still have not learned that texting and letter writing can be most revealing.
Kari Lake had the right idea but she went after the process instead of limiting herself to proving x number of ballots were corrupted, thus costing her the election.
It would be a high bar to prove criminality though a few cameras here and there might just do the trick such as someone altering ballots. But that actually is how they often do it. A malfunction of the machine and the data must be entered manually… that is how it happened in Lancaster county.

Proof enough for ME is remembering Pennsylvania…Pittsburgh or Philly? Trump was way ahead and they very suddenly announced they had to stop all counting (maybe someone here’s mentioned this so forgive me if that’s the case) and said THERE’S A FLOOD AND EVERYONE HAS TO LEAVE FOR SAFETY SAKE. When they came back, Trump was losing by a lot, and I reckoned some of it was due to the fact that they’d begun counting deeper into the city and less into the suburbs but then, the next day, heard the FLOOD was a leaky toilet. WHAT?

      Ed,
Like you, I remember that quote by Dominion insider Eric Croomer. Problem is that there is so much of supporting evidence out there (of course, totally ignored by the press) that might be used to bolster a case for using some system not reliant on electronic systems alone. Sadly, some counties in Texas still use Dominion.
