I have often wondered why in these types of cases the issue shouldn’t be is does the state law take away the enumerated powers of the federal government. If it doesn’t, then the state law should stand providedd it doesn’t violate the Bill if Rights.

When the Supremes shove this back in Obama’s face, the states should get together and sue the federal government for non-performance and failure to enforce the law.

Agree SF. The federal argument made no sense, and was as poor as the Obamacare argument. He sounded like a jackass quite frankly.
