Joe Manchin: ‘Due Process is what’s killing us now’

Joe Manchin is supposedly on Hillary Clinton’s short list for VP. He ought to fit right in with the agenda of saying to hell with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. No Joe, its Islamic Terrorists that are killing us.

America 1776 — 2016: We had a good run. “Let’s just throw out the Bill of Rights.” Oh, that pesky Due Process. What. The. Hell. Here’s Senator Joe Manchin on “Morning Joe” Thursday having a sad over those pesky “due process” rights keeping Americans off of secret government lists designed to curtail their Constitutional rights. When Sen. Manchin was sworn in as a Senator, he took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, or did he forget about that? Damn Bill of Rights get in the way of Leftist Activists all the time.

    What’s killing “us” are the killers like this Muslim asshole and others under the protection of the White House, the enabling democrats and the MSM, all who shed their hypocritical tears when those of “us” living outside of “their” walled elitist communities protected by “their” security forces armed with the very weapons “they” don’t want “us” to have. Piss on all of them. And speaking of violence, where are they hiding Al sharpie Sharpton and Jessie “I have a scheme” Jackson? Today’s the first day of summer android the streets are quiet hmmm they must be saving their outrage for Cleveland.

        You’re welcome, and I continue to not understand how people fail to see facts where placement onto watchlists are capricious and arbitrary by bureaucrats and their subordinates. Adjudication, or eliminate the watchlists. Secret watchlists are a product of Nazi Germany 1933 through 1945. They have no place in America. A federal magistrate is the only one who can place a person onto a watchlist or, remove a person from a watchlist. Unconstitutional ans violations of constitutional rights of the Second Amendment, and, Fifth Amendment where Due Process of Law, is capriciously and arbitrarily negated, opening Pandora’s Box. It will serve as future basis for laws where abuses will be made. Better answer to the problem is to, GET RID OF ALL THE DAMNED MUSLIMS.
        American people are too soft in the head, and sucking the government teat, or they would be demanding, Constitutional Carry & Stand Your Ground, to be unified as one law, and made Law-of-the-Land, but 21st century Americans are morons, and in time, will reap what evils they have sown. DHS? It was scrubbed, but earlier, Jeh Johnson’s bio indicated that he was, Muslim. America has been set up.

      That’s an awesome! clip. That lady’s expression is so disturbing. She just had no clue. These are the people running our government, making the regulations *cough, illegal laws, cough* we have to follow, and ruining so many lives.

      If only all our elected officials – and justices – had the same regard for the Constitution Gowdy showed right there. Sigh.

      F____ng A R III. Sadly though if this clip was played on every giant screen in every NFL stadium on a Sunday game day how many people would be offended by Trey Gowdy’s grilling this piece of bureaucratic trash on their behalf?
