#RELEASE THE MEMO – Where is the Media? Democrats bury their head in the sand over FISA abuse

Anyone who has been watching Fox know that the Democrat’s  Russian House of Cards is or should be about to fall and with it take some good ole boys with it. Nothing at all in any of the MSM press. I slid over to Morning Joe for a nanosecond, about as much as anyone should tolerate and they are still trumpeting Russia Russia Russia and Trump’s collusion. Not one Democrat member has chosen to look at the documents according to reports. Bury your head in the sand Dems, the chickens are about to come home to roost.
“I viewed the classified report from House Intel relating to the FBI, FISA abuses, the infamous Russian dossier, and so-called “Russian collusion.” What I saw is absolutely shocking. This report needs to be released–now. Americans deserve the truth.” #ReleaseTheMemo

I have read the memo. The sickening reality has set in. I no longer hold out hope there is an innocent explanation for the information the public has seen. I have long said it is worse than Watergate. It was & .

Glenn Greenwald Retweeted Mark Meadows

If this FISA memo is even a fraction as incriminating and significant as GOP members are claiming, then it ought to be leaked. If it really exposes a true threat to democracy, that’s what a patriot would do, right? Also, Trump could declassify it with one stroke of a pen.

Oh lordy, Grassley says Comey likely leaked classified information

Oh lordy – Wouldn’t this be the cats meow? Nailing Comey would be rich indeed. Of course, it’s in the hands of Rosenstein..not Sessions who is out there counting Pot plants and MS-13 gang bangers down Mexico way. I guess going after the swamp creatures is below his pay grade. There are rumblings that things are happening over at the DOJ with Hillary but I wouldn’t bet money on a happy outcome:

A top Republican senator said Wednesday that it appears former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information in his effort to shape the narrative surrounding President Trump’s decision to fir

Report: Memos that ex-FBI Director Comey leaked to a professor to defend Comey in the press are so sensitive, lead Senator was only allowed to view them in secret room SCIF. Some of leaked info was classified.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley said Mr. Comey wrote seven memos, and shared four of them with a professor he was using as an intermediary to defend him. Of the seven, four are marked at the confidential or secret level — meaning at least one of the memos Mr. Comey shared contained restricted information.

Mr. Grassley now wants to know when and how the memos were deemed classified, and what that might mean for Mr. Comey.

The Iowa Republican fired off a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein demanding answers.

Bombshell – Russia, FBI, Uranium and Clinton Bribery Plot

Why this isn’t a headline on Drudge beats me. Hannity promised a big reveal, and last night he followed up on the story broken by “The Hill.” This should land Hillary in jail for selling out our Uranium. I started posting about this in 2010 and glad this finally has seen the light of day. Better yet, Eric Holder, Muller and Rosenstein, the very fine fellows who are investigating Trump and Russia knew about the bribery and did nothing. That’s right… they all should be in jail. Grassley is holding a hearing this morning.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF POST!

Earlier posts of mine:

Clintons and the give away of U.S. Uranium mines

Now the latest today from The Hill:

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions.

The first decision occurred in October 2010, when the State Department and government agencies on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States unanimously approved the partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to the Russian nuclear giant Rosatom, giving Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.

Snip…

That’s when conservative author Peter Schweitzer and The New York Times documented how Bill Clinton collected hundreds of thousands of dollars in Russian speaking fees and his charitable foundation collected millions in donations from parties interested in the deal while Hillary Clinton presided on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Full story at  The Hill

On Wednesday Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) asked Attorney General Sessions if Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will be allowed to investigate himself regarding new information on the Hillary Clinton Uranium One scandal.
Attorney General Sessions said it was up to him.

If DOJ Rosenstein resigns, up comes GOP Rachel Brands

Maybe one lightbulb shining over at the DOJ? It might be possible to squeeze out Rosenstein who essentially now is running all that matters over there. He has huge conflict of interest issues. According to Zero Hedge, we have a GOPer next in line. It’s hard to find anything to be cheerful about with this whole thing, but let’s take a look at Rachel Brand. The fact that Fauxcahontas was on the warpath against her is a plus:

Before this morning, most people in the United States had never heard of Associate Attorney General Rachel Brand.  But, an ABC story (which covered here) suggesting that Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein may have to recuse himself from overseeing Special Counsel Mueller’s Russia probe, and that Brand would be the next inline to step into that position, changed all that.

So what do we know about Rachel Brand?  Well, we know 4 things with absolute certainty:

  1. She was appointed by the Trump administration and confirmed on May 18, 2017
  2. She is an active contributor to Republican campaigns
  3. Democrats hate her
  4. Therefore, by the transitive property, we also know with absolute certainty she is a Russian spy.

This is how ABC described Brand:

As for Brand, she previously led the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy, and she most recently served as a member of the government’s Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board. She graduated from Harvard Law School and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, according to the Justice Department.

Sessions recently said she “has proven herself to be a brilliant lawyer.”

“She is also a dedicated public servant who is strongly committed to upholding the rule of law and our Constitution,” he added.
