Top DOJ official to be fired this week – will it be Sessions?

Can anyone tell me why Trump’s new BFF is one Rod Rosenstein? Traveling companion on Air Force One was none other than that man. Comments such as:

The Hill (blog)
Trump said he had a “very nice talk” with Rosenstein aboard Air Force One, a meeting he called to discuss the deputy attorney general’s future ..

Meanwhile Nunes was left spinning in the wind on Laura Ingraham’s program last night. His committee hearing with Rosenstein concerning his remarks of “wearing a wire” was looking silly. Trump not releasing the FiSA warrants instead giving him to the Inspector General. Clearly it was giving him agida.

Nunes is a GOP from CA. He is up for re-election. Trump can’t leave Nunes out to dry while he is fighting for him. Nunes looks depleted. Warn out.

Could Sessions be the one on the chopping block? Rosenstein instead?

This week?

The American public was consumed with the Brett Kavanaugh Confirmation crisis.
Tonight Justice Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in as the next Supreme Court Justice of the United States.

And less than two hours later Sean Hannity warned his audience this is going to be another big breaking news week.

Sean Hannity: There is huge breaking news this week about the Deep State, let me put it this way. The damn is breaking. It’s going to be a massive breaking news week.

Sara Carter told Sean Hannity on Monday night the breaking news will involve a top official at the DOJ.

Welcome to the Coup d’état underway – Brennan and Democrats urge anarchy

Intervention of the Sabine Women

The Coup d’état is underway. Make no mistake. The Dems are creating anarchy and the rate we are going may be successful. The Kavanaugh debacle with the Democrats not even willing to give Grassley a copy of the unredacted letter written by Ford with her claims.

More scurrilous are the efforts by the Democrats to keep and support Rosenstein’s henchmen in refusing an order from Trump to totally declassify numerous documents bearing on the absurd Russia Russia Russia investigation.

Wish America luck, a few more months and it looks like we will know the answer. The GOP caving on Kavanaugh, add information withheld from the White House will do it. The topper will be losing the November election to the Dems and there will be no turning back.

Here are two excerpts that deserve the complete read.

UPDATE: Video of Brennan has been added below! How Arrogant! Not the Andrea Mitchell interview.

The combination of arrogance, hubris and desperation within a letter (pdf here) from the four Democrats on the intelligence oversight Gang of Eight, is palpable even in text format.

Legislative branch members: Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff and Mark Warner write a letter today to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and FBI Director Christopher Wray, demanding the executive branch cabinet members withhold information from the White House.

Perhaps more stunningly, and extra-constitutionally (meaning outside the framework of constitutional separation of power), within the jaw-dropping letter the four Democrats outline previous verbal conversations and current agreements with Coats, Rosenstein and Wray where the Cabinet officers agreed to keep information away from the White House Chief Executive, the President.

That third paragraph is particularly interesting: …”the verbal assurance you provided us that DOJ and FBI would not provide the White House“…

Now from the Communist Brennan:

Former CIA director and MSNBC contributor John Brennan called on FBI director Christopher Wray, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to “push back” on any directive from the White House that may have a “negative impact” on the Mueller investigation.

Brennan called on “individuals of conscience” in the administration to remember that they took an oath of office not an oath to Donald Trump. Moments prior Brennan admonished people who are abusing their powers to “protect” Trump.

“I think that they should continue to push, push, push, and if Mr. Tump and the White House does not relent, then they have some decisions to make, and whether or not they are going to the just not follow that direction and be fired or to resign,” Brennan said of the trio.

“A number of individuals are trying to protect Mr. Trump and abusing their authorities and their powers, whether it be in Congress or within the executive branch,” Brennan said on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Reports. “And this is something that I am hoping that individuals of conscience are going to stop and prevent because I am concerned that this is just one indication that Mr. Trump is going to increasingly look for steps to take in order to further to try to subvert the Mueller investigation.” Video and more over at  Real Clear Politics

Rosenstein’s 300 Attorneys ‘helped’ vet Kavanaugh – now Sexual abuse charges

Rosentein usurps Sessions last July and asks 300 U.S. Attorneys to Vet Kavanaugh!! His little elves have been very very busy. Each attorney was to supply three to “help.”

Rosenstein’s email subject line sent last July to 93 US Attorney’d read, “Personal Message to U.S. Attorneys

From the Deputy A.G.,” and included the sentence, “We need your help in connection with President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court.”

Apparently I am the only one that saw a red flag. So Rosenstein set himself up as the “reviewer.” Isn’t it simply amazing first it was said the FBI took a look at the allegations, now the FBI will “look into it.” Feinstein gives the FBI the letter in July. Rosenstein takes over vetting in July.

Too clever by twice. Let me give you a redo of Rosenstein’s operation as I reported previously. First:

According to the Post, Ford initially refrained from revealing the alleged information of a horrendous sexual assault due to privacy concerns for herself and her family.

But she thought it was her duty to come forward on the record after the advice of Washington lawyer Debra Katz. Katz, however, has a long history of dismissing sexual assault allegations against liberal politicians, donating to left-wing causes, and even publicly demonizing all Trump advisors as “miscreants” who are worse than deplorables. The Washington Post

Here is my post

AG Rosenstein asks Federal Prosecutors to ‘help’ with Kavanaugh paperwork!! WTH!

Where the heck is Sessions!! Rosenstein wants to delay the process!! I know my readers are tired of my posts on Kavanaugh, but this took me over the edge! Where are the media reports?? Hundreds of Prosecutors to review documents? Three hundred? Federal Prosecutors?? Never before! Comment:

Uh, because Rosenstein works for Mueller and their intimate goal is impeachment.
And if this nomination goes through you can throw impeachment out the window.

Rosenstein is asking for help stalling the confirmation through sabotage.
Its part of the coup:

In an unusual request, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein asked federal prosecutors to help review documents of President Trump’s SCOTUS nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.

Rosenstein’s email subject line sent to 93 US Attorney’d read, “Personal Message to U.S. Attorneys From the Deputy A.G.,” and included the sentence, “We need your help in connection with President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court.”

The New York Times reported:

Rod J. Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general, has asked federal prosecutors to help review the government documents of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, according to a letter obtained by The New York Times on Wednesday.

Mr. Rosenstein’s request was an unusual insertion of politics into federal law enforcement. While the Justice Department has helped work on previous Supreme Court nominations, department lawyers in Washington typically carry out that task, not prosecutors who pursue criminal investigations nationwide.

But in an email sent this week to the nation’s 93 United States attorneys, Mr. Rosenstein asked each office to provide up to three federal prosecutors “who can make this important project a priority for the next several weeks.” Names were to be submitted to Mr. Rosenstein’s office by the end of Wednesday.

Mr. Rosenstein’s email, which had the subject line “Personal Message to U.S. Attorneys From the Deputy A.G.,” included the sentence, “We need your help in connection with President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court.”

According to Christopher Hunter, a former FBI agent and federal prosecutor, “It’s flat-out wrong to have career federal prosecutors engaged in a political process like the vetting of a Supreme Court nominee. It takes them away from the mission they’re supposed to be fulfilling, which is effective criminal justice enforcement,” The New York Times reported.

Snip…

Judge Kavanaugh will replace Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court.

Rosenstein knows President Trump can take Mueller all the way up to the Supreme Court so it appears he is doing everything he can to delay the confirmation to prevent Trump from cementing a conservative majority which could ultimately put an end to the Russia witch hunt.
Overall it is unnecessary to for Rosenstein to vet Judge Kavanaugh at all because he should have already been vetted in order to hold his current position –

Rosenstein is one of Deep State’s most criminal and corrupt players.  He should be in jail rather than putting innocent Americans in jail or slandering them.

Feinstein and Rosenstein’s 300 Prosecutors work to find dirt on Kavanaugh

Apparently this last bit of “Show and Tell” from Diane Feinstein isn’t going anywhere or is it? We hear her latest info is being turned over to the White House. Of course it is. Let’s make it look like the Trump outfit is hiding something. Is this the last dud to be lobbed?

If so, it wasn’t for the lack of trying.

Now the latest on the Feinstein do over:

The FBI is declining to investigate Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s connection to a Democratic senator’s mysterious claim that troubling ‘information’ had come to her – information reportedly concerning sexual misconduct when he was in high school.

The New York Times reported Thursday that Feinstein received a letter about the unspecified allegations against Kavanaugh ‘this summer’ – meaning she may have held onto it for dramatic effect at an inopportune moment for Republicans.

Debra Katz, a Washington, D.C. lawyer best known for representing women who make ‘#MeToo’-style accusations against powerful men, is reportedly representing the unnamed woman. Katz was seen leaving Capitol Hill on Wednesday night.

Feinstein is the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, which is considering Kavanaugh’s nomination.  Republicans are pushing to confirm him to the Supreme Court by Oct. 1, when its next term begins.

A tight-lipped Feinstein had released a cryptic statement saying that the woman who provided the information about Kavanaugh ‘strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision.’ More at the

Mark Levin slams Michael Cohen’s plea deal

Mark Levin says Lanny Davis had Michael Cohen plead guilty to two counts of criminality that don’t exist on ‘Hannity’.

Wow, we sure are going down the rabbit hole…. worth the listen. Quite a different take. I am disappointed in Fox. Nothing balanced as a point of view at this point.

Glad to see things have improved over at Fox…..

Supreme nominee Kavanaugh – waiting for Rosenstein’s vetting report!

I’m waiting for an upcoming surprise with the Supreme court nominee.. so says Bunkerville. I’ll call this a sleeper. While the Dems are calling for tons of documents, meanwhile Rosenstein’s little Santa’s Helpers are pouring all over them. Back in July I posted

Rosenstein to unleash 300 Federal Prosecutors to vett Kavanaugh

Do we all think that the Dems have rolled over for this nominee? I just read that Collins and Murkowski are meeting this week with him. Look for a September surprise. Looking back:

Rosenstein says he needs these prosecutors to “review” the documents of Kavanaugh. Why is Rosenstein taking this over? Kavanaugh was vetted when he took his seat on the D.C.court. For the last two years we kept hearing how this fellow had been looked over by the attorneys and everyone else of consequence.

First, he was involved in the Bush Florida debacle of vote counting that went to the Supremes. Great. All those documents will be reviewed. Then we have all the years of the Starr investigation.

Lets do Whitewater one more time. Then all those opinions during the Bush years.

Now that will be rich going down that memory lane looking for Kavanuagh misdeeds. After all, that’s what prosecutors do. Hmm I wonder if the prosecutors will look into his handling of Vince Foster death?

We have years with the Bush and his position. All these documents!

A protégé of Kenneth Starr, Kavanaugh played a lead role in drafting the Starr report, which urged the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.[1] Kavanaugh also led the investigation into the suicide of Clinton aide Vincent Foster. (Yes, he was young but was willing to play the game, forget the morality of it and take the hit for the swamp.)

After the 2000 U.S. Presidential election, in which Kavanaugh worked for the George W. Bush campaign in the Florida recount,

Kavanaugh joined Bush’s staff.Prior to his Supreme Court clerkship, Kavanaugh earned a one-year fellowship in the Office of the Solicitor General of the United States, Kenneth Starr, during which he worked on the Whitewater investigation.

There has not been one peep about any of this. Let’s see how the next couple of weeks go.

Back to the update:

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, is planning a series of tough questions when she meets with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh Tuesday, she told reporters.

Collins and Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, will meet separately with Kavanaugh this week ahead of his Sept. 4 confirmation hearing.

The two are pivotal votes in the confirmation of Kavanaugh, a conservative pick who progressives say is a threat to upholding legal abortion and Obamacare.

Collins said she has been reviewing Kavanaugh’s extensive record as a federal judge, law school lecturer, and former Bush administration aide “for weeks,” she said.

“I’ve got extensive questions on a number of issues,” Collins said.

Rosenstein Cleared/Exonerated Manafort 8 Years Ago Of Same Crime He’s Being Charged With Now!

As if this circus couldn’t get any more ridiculous, it turns out Manafort was exonerated for the exact same crimes Mueller is charging him with, just 8 years ago. Who was the lawyer that exonerated Manafort? None other than Rod Rosentien.

Apparently, Rod Rosenstein exonerated Paul Manafort of the crime he is being put on trial for. Paul Manafort’s attorneys are probably going to put Rosenstein on the stand! Unbelievable!
