VA Gov On Abortion: “Infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother desired”UPDATE

UPDATE: Planned Parenthood Donated Millions to Virginia Governor Who Made Abortion Comments
here

The Virginia affiliate of Planned Parenthood threw its support behind Ralph Northam, a Democrat, in August 2017, dropping $3 million and providing close support, deploying canvassers to knock on 300,000 doors and sending mailers to another 400,000 homes.

Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia confirmed the donation and support to the Washington Post

Roe v. Wade gave women the right to abort up to the point of fetal “viability,” a term that continues to foster debate as neonatal care advances. Physicians generally point to between 22 and 24 weeks as the point at which a newborn baby can survive outside the womb.

It is why that Roe V. Wade is ripe to have this to return to the Supreme Court. Settled law? I think not. Now with infanticide looming to be added to the abortion issue, how can it not be challenged?

Unfortunately, the Abortion Committee hearing in VA only received a portion of tape coverage of Ms Tran’s testimony. What is even worse, Ms Kathy Tran, the instigator and creator of the murder bill, dances and obfuscates about what is really in her bill.

I will include the more lengthy portion of the video that really show her own unwillingness to reveal what was really in the bill. For more on what Ms Tran is all about see my earlier post:

VA holds abortion bill hearing allows killing infant at time of birth

Now to the matter at hand.

This week Dr, Hamada was on Fox. I caught his tweet:

Omar L. Hamada, MD, MBA @OmarHamada

“I want to clear something up so that there is absolutely no doubt. I’m a Board Certified OB/GYN who has delivered over 2,500 babies. There’s not a single fetal or maternal condition that requires third trimester abortion. Not one. Delivery, yes. Abortion, no.”

On 1/30/2019, on WTOP’s Ask The Governor, VA Democrat Governor Ralph Northam defended the VA Dem’s 40-week abortion bill saying, “If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”

Governor Northam is a Pediatric Neurologist.

Let me clarify before you watch. The bill does not limit the abortion at time of birth to babies physically challenged. Basically any reason at all. The mental state of the Mother can decide it. The provision of two Physicians approval was removed. In fact, one does not even have to be a Physician to perform abortions. You will hear that in the full clip of Ms Tran.

HB 2491 – Recognizing that women have the constitutional right to make healthcare decisions about their own bodies, this bill aligns with the US Supreme Court decision Whole Women’s Health v. Hellerstedt and eliminates medically unnecessary and unduly burdensome requirements that make it difficult for women to access abortions.

The bill was defeated yesterday. All Democrats voting in favor of the bill.

The Virginia legislature held one of the most shocking testimonies regarding infanticide. That is what it is. You must view the clip to think it even possible Kathy Tran said the statements made.

One may kill the baby up to and including the moment of birth. What is even worse, Ms Kathy Tran, the instigator and creator of the murder bill, dances and obfuscates about what is really in her bill.

Who is Kathy Tran? Another immigrant who brought with her the virus of discontent. Who sponsored her? Another Soros drone? Twelve years in the department of labor and she now moves on into creating an America no longer recognizable.

Abortion in the third trimester results in giving birth. The difference is the child has been killed before birth. What barbarity has our Nation fallen too?

It only takes a few seconds in the clip to see what she is all about. The questioner doesn’t give up.

Kathy Tran Presents Virginia Third Trimester Abortion Bill in Committee

Published on Jan 29, 2019

Virginia could soon be joining New York in repealing restrictions on abortion, including terminations up until the moment of birth, under the provisions of a bill backed by Governor Ralph Northam and a substantial number of Democratic lawmakers.

The Repeal Act, introduced as HB2491 by Delegate Kathy Tran (D-Springfield), would repeal restrictions on third trimester abortions, allow abortion doctors to self-certify the necessity of late term procedures, eliminate informed consent requirements, repeal abortion clinic health and safety standards, permit late term abortions to be performed in outpatient clinics, remove ultrasound requirements, and eliminate Virginia’s 24 hour waiting period.

Tran’s Repeal Act received its first subcommittee hearing on Monday, in which the legislation’s sponsor confirmed that the bill would apply to controversial late term procedures, similar to the legislation signed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Under questioning from a House subcommittee, Tran said third trimester abortions would face substantially fewer restrictions.

From Ms Tran’s web page:
Below are the bills, amendments and resolutions that have been filed for consideration this legislative session.

PROTECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL TREASURES

HB 2495 – This bill helps to save our birds and butterflies by protecting the fall cankerworm (caterpillar), an important food source for birds and their young during their breeding and migratory season. (Let’s kill some more trees so we can have bigger and better fires.)

HB 2792 – This bill helps fight climate change and save tax payers money by making it easier for counties, cities, and towns to use solar and other green energy to power locally owned, operated, or leased buildings and land.

SAFE COMMUNITIES

HB 2492 – This bill is Governor Northam’s proposal to ban assault weapons in Virginia in order to keep our communities safe.

CONSUMER PROTECTION

HB 2537 – This bill protects consumers by clarifying when electric utilities are able to unilaterally terminate power and also establishes appeals process for customers.

BECOMING MORE WELCOMING AND INCLUSIVE

HB 2025 – This bill would ensure that immigrants, regardless of status, are able to obtain authorization to drive if they are able to prove Virginia residency and pass the DMV’s knowledge, road, and vision test.

HB 2494 – This bill protects Virginians’ religious identity by prohibiting the Commonwealth from sharing any religious data with the federal government if that data is going to be used to create a religious database.

CIVIL RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY

HB 2774 – This bill ensures that all Virginians, regardless of English language abilities, are able to participate in our democracy by voting.

Office Depot refuses to make copies of pro life prayer

McCarthyism at is best. Now Office Depot is going to inspect the copies that it makes and decide whether one has the right to freedom of speech? I guess we knew this was coming didn’t we. Did I ever think that this would happen in America? No.

Office Depot has refused to print copies of a pro-life prayer on the grounds that to do so violates company policy of printing material that “advocates the persecution of people who support abortion rights.”

Maria Goldstein, 42, ordered 500 copies of “A Prayer for the Conversion of Planned Parenthood” at Office Depot in Schaumburg, Illinois, for distribution at her Roman Catholic parish’s Masses Sunday. The prayer was composed by national director of Priests for Life Father Frank Pavone, a Breitbart News contributor.

In a press release sent to Breitbart News, Pavone responded to Office Depot’s refusal to print copies of his prayer by saying that it was time for pro-life advocates to fight back against an effort to restrict their freedom.

“Let me be clear: Priests for Life, and I personally, have a long record of promoting respect and dialogue with those who advocate abortion,” he said. “Just ask the Father of the Pro-Choice Movement, Bill Baird, with whom I have held joint press conferences over the years calling for respect in both word and deed across the lines of the abortion debate.”

Girls Scouts promote pro-abortionist Wendy Davis

As if our falling birth rate wasn’t enough for insure the decline of the United States, let’s have the Girl Scouts praise pro-abortion politician Wendy Davis from Texas. There was a time when the Girl Scouts instilled values conducive to a decent life. Now the organization is becoming nothing more than an arm of the Progressive movement. Recall  Girl Scouts, the EPA and the ‘Forever February 11, 2011

 Green Pledge’

The Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) developed the campaign with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. But Michelle Tompkins, a spokeswoman for the national office of the Girl Scouts of the USA, told CNSNews.com the pledge was not a case of the organization aligning itself with the Obama administration.

“The pledge shown on our Web site is just…to show girls a possible way of advocacy, and there will not be – we won’t take sides either way on this matter,” she said. Surely you jest! Here is the Pledge (The pledge has been removed)

EPA Site :  Linking Girls to the Land–LGTTL partnership offers travel opportunities, funding, awards, resources, and trainings to support this vision.

The Girl Scouts of the United States of America has launched a campaign called Forever Green that included an online pledgegirls could sign, promising they would encourage public officials to pass emissions-reducing legislation

Getting back to my story:

The U.S. fertility rate fell to another record low in 2012, with 63.0 births per 1,000 women ages 15 to 44 years old, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It marked the fifth year in a row the U.S. birth rate has declined, and the lowest rate on record since the government started tracking the fertility rate in 1909. In 2007, the rate was 69.3. from Money.cnn

Weasel Zippers gives us this fine gem:

Because shouldn’t every young girl aspire to be a pro-abortion fanatic?

Via CNS News:

The Girl Scouts of America tweeted a link last month to a Huffington Post article and video panel discussion that praises pro-abortion politician Wendy Davis (D-Texas.)

The Girl Scouts of America tweet on Dec. 18 says, “Is there anyone you’d add to this list? Incredible Ladies Who Should Be Women Of The Year For 2013 http://huff.to/1cPjrlU via @HuffPostWomen.”

The Huffington Post article, “Incredible Ladies Who Should Be Women of the Year for 2013,” includes part of a HuffPost Live video panel discussion, and talks about “which woman was the definitive standard bearer for females in 2013,” and states that “[t]he ladies in contention ran the gamut from Beyonce to Wendy Davis to the millions of intelligent women airing their views on Twitter ….”

Pelosi Not Sure When Jesus Got The Right to Life

Nancy– she just keeps on giving.

“Whenever it Was, We Bow Our Heads When We Talk About it in Church”…

Considering Pelosi voted in favor of partial-birth abortion we can safely say it was after the the 26-week mark, although if pressed she would surely say once the baby has been delivered…

Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), a Catholic, publicly stated earlier this year that she had a duty to pursue policies “in keeping with the values” of Jesus Christ, the “Word made Flesh.” But at a press briefing last week, when reminded of this statement, Pelosi declined to say when Jesus got the right to life. She goes on to expound on her belief in “THE WORD”.

Later, when asked in writing through her press secretary whether the speaker believed Jesus had a right to life from the moment of conception, the press secretary responded: “The speaker answered the question. Thanks.”
