Biden needed cheat sheets including photos to identify reporters

All you need to know about plugs and his presser yesterday. Apparently he needed pictures to identify the reporters no doubt pre-selected. They’re all numbered…. Good grief.

He had his prepared answers to questions.

It’s was a testimony of triumph over senility.

It comes down to the ego for Joe.

Bonus time. Just as a reminder of our swamp creature Nancy Pelosi

Nope Nancy not how it is suppose to work.

Gov DeSantis takes down a CNN reporter in brutal fashion

I will admit that this past week I have been trying to avoid much of the news. I am just sitting back holding my breath on Georgia and D.C.  Fox news has dwindled in my estimation and News Max… what can I say. But a good take down of a CNN reporter is worthy of recognition. I was looking for a feel good post…  Love this guy DeSantis.  But Florida rocks other than the hurricanes…. enjoy.

Have a great day…

Oversight Hearing on Clinton Foundation Blows Up – GOP Battles Own Witnesses

Apparently I have a very different take on the House Hearing on the Clinton Foundation matter than many others. I give kudos to Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch for the old college try. But anyone who follows him as he makes his rounds on Fox with his latest FOIA request pretty much knows his gig and what he has. Phillip Hackney was the Democrat’s choice to testify in a meaningless meandering until Meadows was kind enough to encourage a drill into Trump – don’t hold back. I include video of the hearing.

Then, it was all downhill for me as the Financial duo who has the stuff on the foundation began their testimony and headed into a major beating. As I followed twitter I was amazed. Hmm someone took that blue pill. But what a relief when I discover that the Washington Examiner doesn’t think things went so swell either:

Oversight panel hearing on Clinton Foundation blows up as GOP battles its own witnesses here

John Moynihan and Larry Doyle

I’ll let you wander over to the Examiner to read the claims these two fellows have against the Clintons and the Foundation. if you can get through the ads- worth it – but a taste of it follows.

A congressional hearing on the Clinton Foundation turned into a fiasco on Thursday after Republicans clashed with their own witnesses — two private investigators who refused to turn over documents that they claimed showed evidence of criminal wrongdoing at the Clinton Foundation.

Two financial analysts who say they have uncovered evidence of pay-to-play and financial crimes at the Clinton Foundation, were invited to testify on their findings by the House Oversight Committee’s Republican Chairman Mark Meadows.

But tensions erupted between Meadows and the two witnesses after Moynihan and Doyle refused to turn over 6,000 pages of documents that they say back up their claims — documents that the pair has already given to the FBI and the IRS.

But Meadows questioned that explanation, saying he spoke to the IRS before the

Meadows

hearing and was told the witnesses’ work with the committee would have no impact on the status of the IRS investigation. “I don’t find how [refusing to turn over information] provides a good foundation for truth and transparency,” said Meadows.

Republican Rep. Jody Hice also criticized the witnesses. “I feel like you’re using us for your own benefit,” said Hice, adding that there was a “little game going on here.”

Moynihan argued that he and Doyle were invited to the hearing and would have happily not attended. “Let me be very clear. You invited us. If you don’t want us, disinvite us,” he said.

Moynihan added that there was no benefit to sharing the documents with the committee because congress doesn’t have law enforcement capabilities. “That’s why we presented to government agencies, which you’re not,” said Moynihan. Meadows promised to subpoena the documents from his witnesses.

“Don’t get cute with me,” he told Moynihan. “I thought you said you were all about the rule of law, all about the truth.”

This was just a small taste of the nasty banter, and most of the GOP on the committee were more than happy to join in the pummeling. I might add this was the last Meadows hearing he will ever have no doubt, and heck, might as well go out with a splash showing how impartial you are. Maybe getting turned down for the next Chief of Staff position might have left a bitter taste. More at Washington Examiner here

Tom Fitton

I have included the entire hearing. If you want to hear Fitton, enjoy. So now we hear again that good old Session’s team player U.S. Attorney John Huber who was supposedly keeping his eye on things, turned down the financial analysts evidence twice. But we sort of figured this was how it was going.

Fitton takes up the beginning. About 1:30 into it, the dynamic duo with the supposed reveal start a ten minute recitation of their acumen on this matter. Pass it if you like. If you want a bit of the fellow Hackney, back it up a bit.

So get out a cold one, some popcorn, ease back in that old recliner, and what the heck, do the whole darn video.

Ca Dems trys to pass law against “fake news” creates Ministry of Truth

For some reason I don’t think this will end well. We already have “censors” concerning social media. Now California wants to legislate the truth and chose who does this? The left has been working on this for years. They never rest.

“California’s version of the Ministry of Truth isn’t forward-thinking, it’s akin to something out of George Orwell’s dystopian novel, “1984.”

Earlier in February I posted this:

Southern Poverty Law Center secretly policing content for YouTube

The Southern Poverty Law Center is assisting YouTube in policing content on their platform, The Daily Caller has learned.

The left-wing nonprofit — which has more recently come under fire for labeling legitimate conservative organizations as “hate groups” — is one of the more than 100 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and government agencies in YouTube’s “Trusted Flaggers” program, a source with knowledge of the arrangement told TheDC.

Patriot Groups marked as Hate Groups by Southern Poverty Law Center

Danger from the Patriots! LA Times warns U.S.

Too Orwellian to even think about. Let’s legislate this:

One of the latest legislative proposals from California aims to make government the arbiter of truth.

Senate Bill 1424 would create an advisory group on “fake news” to work with social media companies to weed out what the government deems incorrect information on the internet.

This legislation, if passed, would require California’s attorney general to create the group, consisting of “social media providers, civil liberties advocates, and First Amendment scholars,” to study and mitigate the problem of spreading false information.

According to CBS Sacramento, even the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a left-leaning nonprofit civil liberties organization, called the legislation “flawed” and “misguided.”

This bill mirrors the trend in Europe, where government commissions to police speech and the news are becoming common.

California, emboldened by a stridently progressive Legislature, is trying to bring these Orwellian fake news panels to the United States.

Keith Ellison ‘Resistance Summer going awesome’ day after loss

I am enjoying the “WINNING” thanks to the Donald. When I caught Muslim Keith Ellison’s remarks over at the Beacon, I thought this is great, the Democrats think they are winning too. He also opines his support for his Nancy Pelosi. What a wonderful world! At this rate, the GOP will rule for life. I’ll spare you the clip of Ellison’s remarks, wander over to the Beacon to see it. Instead I will give you a photo of the Dems “winning!”

One day after his party suffered a loss in the Georgia special House election, Democratic National Committee vice-chairman Rep. Keith Ellison (D., Minn.) announced that his party’s “Resistance Summer” is “going awesome.”

Ellison, a rising star in the Democratic party’s progressive wing who narrowly lost a race for DNC chair in February, was speaking to a DNC Live event on Wednesday night.

“First of all ‘resistance summer’ is going awesome,” Ellison said in an interview with Neera Tanden of the Center for American Progress. “It’s going well. The Democratic Party is on the move. We are getting across this country. We are fighting every single day.”

(Local Democrat official to me this morning: “What the hell is wrong with all the polls?? We can’t win anything! The Democrat brand is dead!”)

His comments came the day after Democrat Jon Ossoff lost to Republican Karen Handel in the special House election in Georgia’s sixth Congressional district. This left Democrats zero for four in special elections since last November, in spite of $35 million in spending.

Secret Bilderberg Group Meeting Starts Today, just outside D.C.

Today is the start of the Bilderberg Conference. I can once again put on my tin foil proudly. Barely a ripple from the news media. Google did a fine job of scrubbing it from their search engine but then again, Schmidt will be at the meeting. One sentence from Drudge from InfoWars but I already had that one. One mention from Yahoo at the time I write this post. Fascinating isn’t it that 140 of the world’s leaders gather right outside of D.C. and not a ripple so far from the media. I gleaned a couple of points of interest. Bilderberg Meetings | The official website  is a place to start. I add this clip from the History Channel just for a refresher done in 2009.

BILDERBERG 2017 AGENDA, PARTICIPANTS REVEALED

Secretive globalist confab set to kick off Thursday

Then we get this positive spin:

“The White House is taking no chances, sending along some big hitters from Team Trump to defend their boss: the national security adviser, HR McMaster; the commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross; and Trump’s new strategist, Chris Liddell. Could the president himself show up to receive his report card in person?

Henry Kissinger, the gravel-throated kingpin of Bilderberg, visited the White House a few weeks ago to discuss “Russia and other things”, and certainly, the Bilderberg conference would be the perfect opportunity for the most powerful man in the world to discuss important global issues with Trump.” More The Guardian

Then we have BILDERBERG ’17: WAR ON INFORMATION…    Russia’s take on it.

NY Time’s David Carr: “Middle Places” Home Of “Low-Sloping Foreheads”

Tucker Carlson interviewed the NY Times Public Editor on the biased Trump stories last night. It was a good interview, and I include it here. A number of the Time’s reporters were covered including their tweets. One reporter that came to mind was Time’s reporter, David Carr. As I write this post today, as a deplorable, irredeemable, who clings to God and Guns, complete with a low forehead from Middle Earth according to David Carr, I went back to my way back post.

What liberal elites really think of the average America

”If it’s Kansas, if it’s Missouri, no big deal. You know, that’s the dance of the low-sloping foreheads. The middle places, right? [pause] Did I just say that aloud?”

The liberal elitists who used their control of the media establishment to install Barack Hussein Obama in power. pride themselves on being too full of nuance to express coherent opinions. Yet when it comes to their attitudes toward normal Americans, they speak plainly enough. Here columnist David Carr of the odious New York Times sums up the ruling class’s attitude toward the denizens of Flyover Country.

Writer’s comment 12/2/16: We showed them, didn’t we? We got the House, Senate, President. They are not laughing now are they?

Will the real Edward Snowden please stand up and who are your handlers?

The Free Beacon has a story today regarding the NSA and the so called “gaps” that the agency can not or is not willing to address. While they bemoan the P.C. correctness that has infiltrated the organization, I submit the issue is far more serious. I will give you a post I did several years ago. I will let you draw your own conclusions. First from the Beacon:

Until Snowden, the NSA had a reputation as one of the intelligence organizations most dedicated to protecting secrets. But the case exposed gaping holes at the agency, and a House intelligence report says gaps persist years after Snowden fled the country and holed up in Moscow . More at Free Beacon.

We have a guy who never got it together. High School drop out, military failure, three months on the job. William Binney, one of the original whistle-blowers, worked for the NSA for over thirty years before he resigned more than ten years ago over this very same story. Much of the same information about the NSA. For the Binney interview and the development of the Utah spy Center: NSA Utah spy center holds ribbon cutting ceremony-videos .

Hot Air  Even the intel guys can’t figure it out:

Among the questions is how a contract employee at a distant NSA satellite office was able to obtain a copy of an order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a highly classified document that would presumably be sealed from most employees and of little use to someone in his position.

A former senior NSA official said that the number of agency officials with access to such court orders is “maybe 30 or maybe 40. Not large numbers.”…

Here is NSA Gov Site with their spin on the Spy Center.

And the girl friend?   From the WH Dossier   Snowden Left Beautiful Girlfriend in the Lurch

Yes, that’s Lindsay Mills, the gal Ed Snowden ditched so he could become the hero of telephone records. Apparently she’s a ballet trained, pole dancing fountain of pulchritude who blogs about her life at “L’s Journey,” was still up the last I looked.

Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit got a glimpse of the website before it went off-line for awhile, finding the latest post in which she says she’s now “without a compass.”

I gather Snowden took the compass so he could find his way to Hong Kong. (Alert: sound is very loud when playing clip)

Lindsay Mills

Warning- Sound is very loud in the clip. Here she is doing her dance thing.

The Guardian on Monday shares more about the young man who it says was behind last week’s leaks concerning National Security Agency programs that sweep up data on phone calls and Internet activity. It paints a portrait of a mediocre student with a GED degree who joined the Army in 2003, but was discharged after breaking his legs in a training accident. Snowden says he later wound up working with the CIA and then a contractor because he’s skilled at computer programming.

The Washington Post, which along with the Guardian published a report last week based on documents allegedly leaked by Snowden, adds that:

“With wire glasses, short, dark hair and a thin goatee, he maintains an academic look. Yet he never completed his coursework at a community college in Maryland, only later obtaining his GED — an unusually light education for someone who would advance in the intelligence ranks.

Supreme Court slaps Obama down again, 23 unanimous decisions against him

With the Brexit passage, little is being said about the latest loss of Obama with the Supremes. After his petulant pouting yesterday, he had to admit his immigration bonanza is on hold. This latest loss doesn’t count all of the cases of Obama over reaching that never makes it to the top court. Stunning the number of unanimous decisions that went against him. That includes his two picks now on the court. Info below is from two Cato posts:

It has the worst record of any modern presidency, whether you count in absolute won-loss..

In the first 6.5 years of Obama’s presidency (January 2009 to June 2015), the government lost unanimously at the Supreme Court 23 times, an average of 3.62 cases per year.

And that record has only grown in the last few months. This week the government suffered its fifth unanimous loss of the year – matching its dubious achievement in 2013 with 25 cases still left to be decided – in a property-rights case in which Cato filed an amicus briefU.S. Army Corps of Engineers v. Hawkes Co.

Earlier this year, I documented the Obama administration’s abysmal results before the Supreme Court (the two Obamacare cases excepted). Not only is its overall winning percentage much worse than any other modern presidency, but its spate of unanimous losses is truly record-breaking.

These cases have nothing in common, other than the government’s view that federal power is virtually unlimited: Citizens must subsume their liberty to whatever the experts in a given field determine the best or most useful policy to be. If the government can’t get even one justice to agree with it on any of these unrelated cases, it should realize there’s something seriously wrong with its constitutional vision.
