Lollapalooza! Wowie! What a long nose you have Mr Schiff!

Michael Atkinson

Are you curious to know more about the fellow who is the 18th witness? Whose testimony is missing from the impeachment process. Guess who? He goes by the name Atkinson – The intelligence IG Inspector.  Someone I had my eye on. Part of an earlier post of mine.

The Intelligence I.G. Atkinson – another plant by the Deep State

The former prosecutor’s resume is touted as proof that the long-time public servant only is acting in the best interest of the country; his motives are not to be questioned, we are chastised. (This description follows a pattern similar to the way the media portrayed dossier author Christopher Steele and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.) Oh but yes his motives are to be questioned!

……….In July 2016, the exact month that former FBI Director James Comey officially opened a case against the Trump campaign, Atkinson was named senior counsel to John Carlin, the head of the National Security Division. Carlin was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff when he ran the FBI and was appointed NSD chief by President Obama in 2013.

Carlin’s name has surfaced numerous times in the congressional inquiry into the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. According to closed-door testimony by former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, Carlin regularly was briefed by former deputy FBI Director Andy McCabe on the Trump-Russia collusion probe.Keep Reading

Recall it was Atkinson who changed the rule so that a whistleblower did not have to have direct knowledge. Hearsay was now allowed. That is just how it got started.

What a shock……

Short, sweet and to the point… Trump 1, Schiff 0.

Looking forward to today and more wowie!

(May have to click twice to play.)

Bonus: Guess who else has a Lollapalooza?

Other than that, all is well in the swamp.

More Lollapaloozas tomorrow!

Whistleblower, Whistleblower Who Art Thou?

In an Aug. 26 letter, the Intelligence Community’s inspector general, Michael Atkinson, wrote that the anonymous whistleblower who set off the Trump-Ukraine impeachment fight showed “some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate.”

Ed: (Well. Atkinson was a little less than candid shall we say?)

A few weeks later, news reports said the whistleblower’s possible bias was that he is a registered Democrat. That was all. Incredulous commentary suggested that Republicans who were pushing the bias talking point were so blinded by their own partisanship that they saw simple registration with the Democratic Party as evidence of wrongdoing.

“Give me a break!” tweeted whistleblower lawyer Mark Zaid. “Bias? Seriously?”

Now there is word of more evidence of possible bias on the whistleblower’s part. Under questioning from Republicans during last Friday’s impeachment inquiry interview with Atkinson, the inspector general revealed that the whistleblower’s possible bias was not that he was simply a registered Democrat. It was that he had a significant tie to one of the Democratic presidential candidates currently vying to challenge President Trump in next year’s election.

The Intelligence I.G. Atkinson – another plant by the Deep State

The “Tell” that all was not right with the Intelligence I.G. Michael Atkinson were the rave reviews being handed out by Trump’s foes. An interesting factoid: He assumed office on May 17, 2018.  Approved by a voice vote. Therefore no record of the vote. Nominated in November 2017. Thus a modicum of investigation of this man would have revealed major red flags with this fellow. The Mueller probe was well under way.

On May 17, 2017, Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as special counsel overseeing an investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and related matters.

So much for the vetting of one of the most important positions.

Only the second Intelligence I.G. Keep all that in mind. But I digress-

The media has been fawning over him with the P.S. “an appointment by Trump.” Attorney’s Di Genova and wife have been giving out hints that all was not well with him. The shoe now drops with this excellent post by American Greatness

Do read the whole thing… it reads like a spy novel. But it’s for real. A few highlights that don’t do it justice:

Michael Atkinson

The former prosecutor’s resume is touted as proof that the long-time public servant only is acting in the best interest of the country; his motives are not to be questioned, we are chastised. (This description follows a pattern similar to the way the media portrayed dossier author Christopher Steele and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.)

In July 2016, the exact month that former FBI Director James Comey officially opened a case against the Trump campaign, Atkinson was named senior counsel to John Carlin, the head of the National Security Division. Carlin was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff when he ran the FBI and was appointed NSD chief by President Obama in 2013.

Carlin’s name has surfaced numerous times in the congressional inquiry into the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. According to closed-door testimony by former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, Carlin regularly was briefed by former deputy FBI Director Andy McCabe on the Trump-Russia collusion probe.

Under questioning by Rep. James Jordan (R-Ohio) last year, one of Carlin’s top aides confirmed that Carlin notified him in August 2016 that the FBI had opened an investigation into the Trump campaign and that a team of NSD officials worked with the FBI on the case.

…That means Carlin’s shop was involved in handling the FISA warrant on Trump campaign associate Carter Page. The original FISA warrant, signed by former FBI Director James Comey and Carlin’s colleague, former deputy attorney general Sally Yates, used the bogus Steele dossier as evidence to obtain the FISA court’s permission to spy on Page for one year. The warrant accused Page of being a foreign agent yet he has never been charged with a crime.

Another red flag is that Atkinson sent two letters about the “whistleblower” to the House Intelligence committee instead of its Senate counterpart. During his January 2018 public testimony to the Senate Intelligence committee prior to his confirmation, Atkinson said if there was a dispute with the Director of National Intelligence about the veracity of a claim, he would “talk to this Committee if that situation arose to that level, to keep you informed about those events.”

But Atkinson instead notified the highly-partisan House Intelligence committee led by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the same lawmaker who has lied to the American people for three years about evidence of Russian collusion. In a letter dated September 9 addressed to Schiff and Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), Atkinson alerted the committee that the acting Director of National Intelligence did not agree with Atkinson’s judgment that the claim was an “urgent concern.” (An assessment somewhat laughable now that the call’s transcript is public.)

Continue..American Greatness

Find out who it was that suggested Trump appoint this mole and you will find the traitor within. Ask who and why he was not vetted and you will find more of the deep state. Was this just another of the so called “insurance policy?”
Yes, all is well in the swamp.

IG Horowitz congressional hearing that no one knew about or covered

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Reform on Wednesday morning. Comments made:

Why is the room virtually empty where are all the demon rats what’s the matter can’t they handle the truth?

Where did this hearing come from? There was absolutely zero coverage about it.

@57:43 Horowitz lets it slip that he knows about an upcoming criminal referral of a head of a federal agency.

You would have never known it. C-Span 1,2 or 3 did not cover it. No cable. All afternoon I waited for Fox to report on it but nothing. C-span 3 was covering a hearing on the mental health of the “migrant kids” mental health. After about an hour after the supposed start time of 11 am I finally scurried around the internet and found it being covered live.

The story isn’t the hearing itself but the lack of coverage by anyone. Maybe because there weren’t any Democrats involved? Maybe because we know where this is going to end.

Horowitz covers his referral of the AG over Comey’s lack of candor and it is worthy of a headline. Good stuff. If you care to work through it, I have included the full thing. While it’s still up:

“Regarding US Attorney Durham, are ya’ll in any discussions about what he’s finding or what you have found?” Congressman Hice (R-GA) asked Horowitz.

Horowitz also revealed to lawmakers that he criminally referred former FBI Director James Comey for prosecution.

The Justice Department ultimately declined prosecution and despite Comey bragging about this, the IG indeed concluded he criminally acted.

At the time there were about 12K of us watching…

For whatever reason the full hearing starts about half way into it… it’s the full thing- start from the beginning if you so chose. Will update the post if need be.

Other than that the swamp is very happy.

Inspector General Summary/Conclusion report written by FBI and DOJ?

One puzzle to the IG report that remains is why does Horowitz conclude no political bias. Conservative Tree House has done some outstanding work on the topic and makes an interesting comment:

Important note.  Read, but don’t focus on, the “executive summary” or “conclusions”; those two sections were written by political administrators in FBI and DOJ leadership.  Focus on the substance of the documented facts within the IG report.  You’ll note the specific facts don’t support the “summary/conclusion”.

It really is the only way to make sense of it as the report is riddled with hatred and worse for Donald Trump. I’ll let you wander over to their place for the review with a number of posts on the highlights.

IG Report: “We do not have confidence that Strzok’s decision was free from bias”… The Conservative Treehouse

And of course, how could I do this post without something from the one who caused all of this mayhem.

James Woods Retweeted Hillary Clinton

Yes. Your emails. They destroyed you. Now go back to bed.

DOJ OIG McCabe Report: FBI and DOJ Corrupt, Dishonest, Coordinated and Conspiring .. List of Points

If you need some reading on a rainy Monday, here it is. Of course the IG report is now knocked off the radar with the Comey interview last night. What is clear is that the FBI sure was in the tank for Hillary. What is clear is that those who contributed to McCabe’s GO FUND ME page should stop payment.

The IG’s report related to terminated and humiliated former FBI Head Andrew McCabe is 39 pages in length. (See report here

Below is a list of the most significant points in the report –

1. In the second paragraph of the introduction of the IG’s report, now infamous cheater and Peter Strzok mistress, and McCabe’s former Special Counsel, Lisa Page, is implicated as being involved in McCabe’s crimes. (p.1)

2. Clinton Foundation was under investigation in 2016 but the FBI decided not to release this information to the public. This information was finally leaked just before the election to the Wall Street Journal and confirmed in a second leak instigated by McCabe. (p. 1)

4. The FBI hid the Clinton Foundation investigation from the public and it was not confirmed until the McCabe leak on October 30th, 2016.  The FBI decided that it was in the public interest not to share this information with Americans before the 2016 election.  The reasonableness of the decision to not report to the public the Clinton Foundation investigation is not addressed by the IG. (p. 3)

5. McCabe told Comey he didn’t know who leaked and therefore Comey claims he didn’t know about McCabe’s leak. (p. 2)

6. McCabe lied numerous times to either investigators or inspectors and said he didn’t know why Lisa Page leaked information to the Wall Street Journal. He even lied and said that he was outside of Washington D.C when the leak occurred which was not true. (p. 2) More points at  Gateway Pundit

Thousands of ‘Green Cards’ missing Inspector General reports

The swamp is more like a cesspool with who knows what will be found after these thieves move out come January. If it wasn’t for the Inspectors General we would know none of this. How much more is out there one can only surmise, but I am sure it is deep. How much were these cards worth on the black market for the terrorists to be?

Thousands of green cards are missing because U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officials apparently sent them to the wrong addresses, jeopardizing national security, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Inspector General (IG) report made public Monday.

“It appears that thousands of green cards have simply gone missing,” DHS Inspector General John Roth said in a news release. “In the wrong hands, green cards may enable terrorists, criminals, and undocumented aliens to remain in the United States. It is vital that USCIS ensure better tools and procedures are in place to mitigate such risks.”

The USCIS in the last three years received more than 200,000 reports from approved applicants claiming their cards were never delivered, the IG found. Monday’s audit — a follow-up to a March IG report saying USCIS officials sent hundreds of green cards to the wrong addresses — revealed “the problem was far worse than originally thought,” the IG said.

But the actual number of missing cards is unknown, as USCIS relies on reports from applicants, the IG said.

Acorn Spin-off Corrupt says Inspector General

It seems with all the news out there, it’s hard to keep up with the shenanigans of Acorn. And it’s a tired and worn story. Isn’t that the way they want it? Overload the circuits. Let us not forget the voter fraud they had their nasty fingers into that helped bring us this corrupt administration. The only thing to look forward to is the hearings the Republicans will get a chance to hold, once they take back at least one side of the aisle. Both sides? Now that would be sweet revenge. Big Government is not letting it rest:

According to Fox News:

An official report released [last] week says an ACORN offshoot group cannot properly account for how it has spent millions of federal dollars and recommends that the group repay the government and be put on standby mode until it cleans up its act.

The report from the inspector general for the Department of Housing and Urban Development reviewed how ACORN Housing Corporation — now called Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA) — has spent federal grant money over the past two decades. The report described the group’s book-keeping as “problematic and unsupported,” and claimed that more than $65,000 in “ineligible” salary expenses were charged to a federal grant last year, including costs for six employees after they were terminated.

(You can read the inspector general’s report in its entirety here.)

Overall, 80% of taxpayer funds distributed to ACORN in 2008 and 2009 were used to pay salaries — even for employees who no longer worked for the organization! That’s right, in a response letter to the inspector general’s office, a representative of the new ACORN spin-off said the organization “does not dispute” the fact that it “erroneously charged” the federal government (read: taxpayers) for employees who had been terminated.

Obama, the Chicago Boys, and their 30 Billion Dollar Slush Fund

So this Hopey Changey thingy is not so swell. One year out and now the Chicago Thugs are starting to bear down. Soon enough it will be a bridge too far. No doubt much of it will find its way to Acorn, You Betcha! Yesterday, Obama’s final shot at the meeting was, “Thats why we have elections”. November cannot come fast enough. H/T: American Thinker

The Obama administration is seeking to exclude from federal oversight its new $30 billion dollar small-business lending program. Obama’s rhetoric about transparency during the campaign was as phony as his vow to end the era of lobbying (last year was that industry’s best year ever in Washington).

Only the presence on the media landscape of new media outlets serves to deter — to the extent they can — the Obama agenda. They serve as channels to inform the American people about the corruption crew in charge, and they are thriving, while the old media outlets are shriveling on the vine. Hence the need to shroud the 30 billion dollar program in a cloak of secrecy.

David Cho writes in the Washington Post

:
Senior Treasury officials have told the financial bailout program’s inspector general that they are considering excluding a new $30 billion small-business lending initiative from the watchdog office’s oversight. The message, delivered at a meeting last week, sparked outrage from Republicans, who accused the Treasury of taking revenge on the watchdog for writing a series of scathing reports.

Neil M. Barofsky, the special inspector general for the bailout, urged the Treasury to reconsider, arguing in a letter that the department was acting “contrary to the best interests of the taxpayer.”

From the Americam Thinker:
In 2009, the Obama team fired and then insulted Inspector General Gerald Walpin, who had the temerity to point out irregularities in the spending of federal funds by the Sacramento Mayor and Obama political ally Kevin Johnson. Federal money that was supposed to go to help students and fund theatre and art programs instead had been diverted to” pad salaries, meddle politically in a school-board election, and have recipients perform personal services for Mr. Johnson, including washing his car”. Walpin dutifully performed his job and reported this fraud on the federal taxpayer. Then all hell broke loose and the Obama team dumped tons of bricks and ran Walpin through the mud. Recall, Barack Obama’s statement, “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.” That is the modus operandi of a criminal. Evidently that is also the governing philosophy of our President.

Homeland Security’s National Operations Center ‘Unable’ to Do Its Job, Inspector General Finds

Well, isn’t this a revelation! As if we had not quessed. I think as long as we have a flying dutchman who is willing to risk his life in putting  out bombs  by grabbing someone’s crotch at 5 miles above the earth, everything will continue to work as it should. Just as Janet said it did.

The Homeland Security Department’s National Operations Center (NOC) is “unable” to do its job of ensuring coordination among the 22 federal agencies that make up the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and focuses too much on disaster management rather than terrorism prevention, according to its own inspector general.
These assessments are presented in a redacted report from the DHS Office of Inspector General released in November and entitled “Information Sharing at the National Operations Center.”

“The overall focus of the NOC shifts between emergency management, terrorism prevention, and law enforcement,” the report said.

“However, following Hurricane Katrina, the NOC began to dedicate most of its resources to emergency management rather than terrorism prevention. Many NOC staff contend that this shift in focus is detrimental to NOC intelligence and law enforcement functions,” the report added.
