She ends her career just as she ended the World Cup Quarterfinals last August. This time we get a bonus with her comment about God. How easy to forget her unpleasant life. Sadly she is revered in soccer circles regardless of that unpleasant life.
Rapinoe lamented her plight and said, “I mean, I don’t deserve this, I’ll tell you that much,” she told reporters. “I’m not a religious person or anything, but if there is a God, this is proof that there isn’t.”
Let’s take a look back.
Last August I posted the highlights of her vacuous life.
Megan Rapinoe had a chance to send the U.S. Women’s National Team to the World Cup quarterfinals, extending her final appearance in the tournament by at least one more game, but with a missed penalty kick it provided a sour ending to her storied career.
Rapinoe blasted the ball over the right corner of the net and three rounds later the USWNT was eliminated on penalty kicks — failing to reach the semifinals for the first time. (NY Post)
The narcissist speaks last August:
“I mean, this is like a sick joke. For me personally, this is like dark comedy that I missed a penalty,” Rapinoe said as she blinked back tears. “This is the balance to the beautiful side of the game. I think it can be cruel.” The only thing Rapinoe got right was when she said, “I mean, this is like a sick joke.” Correct, you and your team are indeed a sick joke.
So, when Megan Rapinoe was winning everything there was to win in the world of soccer, hosting awards shows, meeting heads of state, and generally enjoying fame and fortune far exceeding anyone who has ever played her sport, this was not proof of God’s existence. But as soon as she gets injured at the very tail end of her career, that is indisputable proof that God does not exist.
Everyone got that?
Seems like a healthy way of looking at the world. Of course, what it is, in fact, is the very thing Rapinoe and her leftist cohorts claim to hate the most: privilege. Megan Rapinoe has had one of the most storied careers in soccer history – male or female soccer – in addition to all other accolades she’s compiled by achieving favored jock status by the left. And yet, with her admittedly bizarre twist of fate in her final game, she says, “I don’t deserve this?”
It sounds like someone feels she has a “special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group.’ In other words, the dictionary definition of privilege.
It’s seems really convenient that on ‘her’ way out she welcomes in dudes pretending to be girls. She won’t have to shower with them, and she won’t have to be embarrassed by them on the field. Truly stunning and brave. Does anyone believe that she would let a tranny out shadow her on the playing field?
Somewhere there’s a little girl who plays at a Catholic school and idolized her. That sucks.
While we are involved in non-stop T.V. war coverage, life in the U.S. continues. Yellin’s interview was easy to miss as she opines on Joe, inflation and war and more war.
Now that sure is a relief. Because she has always been spot on wrong on most things. Inflation being one of them.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the country can “absolutely” afford to financially support both Israel and Ukraine in their respective war efforts.
Yellen said the need to release funds for both allies was a “priority” and called for Republicans in the House of Representatives to seat a speaker so that legislation can be passed, following the ousting of former Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
“We stand with Israel. America has also made clear to Israel, we’re working very closely with the Israelis, that they have a right to defend themselves,” Yellen told Sky News’ Wilfred Frost.
“But it’s important to try to spare innocent civilian lives to the maximum extent possible.”
“If we ended up with a slightly higher interest rate environment it would actually be a plus for society’s point of view and the Fed’s point of view,” Yellen said in an interview with Bloomberg. And yes, she really said that.
“We’ve been fighting inflation that’s too low and interest rates that are too low now for a decade,” the former Federal Reserve chair said, adding that “we want them to go back to” a normal interest rate environment, “and if this helps a little bit to alleviate things then that’s not a bad thing — that’s a good thing.”
It wasn’t immediately clear why rising rates, hence inflation and a drop in one’s purchasing power is “a plus for society’s point of view” but needless to say, this is the kind of idiotic drivel that Rudy von Havenstein and his cronies said some time in 1921, just around the time Weimer hyperinflation kicked in.
For those who have forgotten what groceries look like. More of a visual aid.
Another angle-
So let’s get back to the task at hand. Note she keeps shaking her head no as she says yes.
But of course all is well. Certainly.
Janet Yellen: “The American economy is doing extremely well.”
The social media influencer known as “Meatball” is back home after she was arrested and accused of instigating some of Tuesday night’s looting in Philadelphia. 21-year-old Dayjia Blackwell was bailed out of jail by her mother early Thursday morning and she told NBC10 that she never wants to go back to jail.
“I just prefer, you know, never loot again, stay out of trouble, never go to jail,” she said.
Blackwell is one of the dozens of people arrested following Tuesday night’s looting. She has garnered attention in the last 48 hours because of her social media livestream that captured the crime spree.
As the chaos unfolded across the city, Blackwell had livestreamed much of it, up until her arrest, to her more than 180,000 followers.
Blackwell was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, conspiracy, criminal mischief, riot with the intent to commit a felony and criminal use of a communication facility. Police also issued the influencer two misdemeanors — receiving stolen property and hazardous conditions/physically offensive.
Conservative talk radio hosts were having a field day with the charge “Physically Offensive” charge. I will let that one up to you.
It is simply amazing what an overnight stay in the pokey should do to get one’s head on straight.
Ah but the grift…she still has to have some action. Soon she will be on TV with her distressed life situation, and a “Go fund me” page I bet.
Shameless influencer caught during Philly riots begs fans for cash as a ‘welcome home’ gift.
Depopulation-obsessed US vice president, Kamala Harris: “Climate anxiety” is causing people to reconsider whether it makes sense to have children, or buy a home. The same Kamala Harris who said: “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles, and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water.”
Harris is out on the stump touring the colleges spinning her Marxist ideology. One would have to try hard to find an administration that has done more to effect the quality of life for young people than this one. This obsession with the climate has attempted to instill an almost psychotic level of anxiety within people, discounting any level of objective reality.
Maria Bartiromo, ‘Fox & Friends First’ discuss V.P. Kamala Harris saying ‘climate anxiety’ deters young people from having kids and buying homes.
Vice President Kamala Harris visited Berks County last week to celebrate National Voter Registration Day alongside students at Reading Area Community College.
‘Fight for Our Freedoms’ college tour.
Here’s the real source of that “anxiety”.
The coup de grâce –
“When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water.”
Bunk points out that Harris is not the brightest bulb…. just ending with a reality check from the stash of golden treasures.
Kamala Harris wonders how the electric car charges because there is no guzzling sound or fumes when plugged in. Well Kamala, it doesn’t make a guzzling sound like the old electricity did.
Harris asks “How do I know it’s charging?” Well, there is the old water test.
Gee Wiz Mr. Science, plugging something into an electrical outlet is nothing like filling it up with gas!!
Now you just stand there holding the plug, just like that, for a few more hours.
How are our neighbors to our North faring? Not much better and perhaps worse than the U.S. Trudeau throws up a “hail Mary” going after large grocery stores and telling them its time for them to pony up and solve his problem with food costs. Since it may be not enough to save his precarious sinking political fortunes, he throws in the oft quoted “affordable housing” and has additional offerings in that department to sure up is sagging poll numbers.
It’s classic communism Price controls for businesses Then state seizure when the business fails The state then owns the business.
The old price controls… sound familiar? The grocery stores argue that they are not making record profits.
Here is an idea what could be causing some of Canada’s problem. Add the high energy costs as Canada too moves to the Green economy and this is what you get,
Canadian dairy farmer says he’s forced to dump 30,000 litres of milk.
Sylvain Charlebois, director of Agri-Food Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss PM Trudeau announcing he will be asking grocery companies to come up with a plan by Thanksgiving to stabilize food prices in Canada.
Take heart fellow citizens….
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has rejected the notion of stepping down amid plummeting poll numbers when asked whether he would resign as the Liberal leader during a news conference on Wednesday afternoon. Speaking in English and French to reporters in London, Ont., to address housing affordability, Trudeau said he had “more work to do” as head of the Liberal party.
OTTAWA, Sept 13 (Reuters) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday brushed aside the idea he might quit due to poor polling numbers, saying he still had plenty of work to do, but acknowledged public grumbling about the cost of living.
Polls show that after nine years in power, the left-leaning Liberals are badly trailing the official opposition Conservatives and would lose power if an election were held now.
Although Trudeau has a deal with the smaller left-of-center New Democrats that will allow them to govern until October 2025, the agreement is non-binding, and could collapse earlier.
We know that Bill Gates is an expert on Covid. Blocking the sun is another expertise of his. Now forestry is his forte.
MIT Technology Review reported that Kodama Systems had raised around $6.6 million, a hefty sum, from Breakthrough Energy Ventures, billionaire Bill Gates’s climate fund. Trees will be cut down in California and buried in Nevada for this “stealth effort,” which Kodama characterizes as “biomass burial.” The Epoch Times posted a video clip on August 30 explaining Kodama’s plan to cut down and bury trees on millions of acres and how Gates is involved if you want a less credulous account than what MIT Technology Review provided. Yale researchers and payment company Stripe are also reportedly involved in funding or supporting the plan.
The first irony about this plan is that climate alarmists have spent many years hysterically insisting that no brush thinning or logging can occur, to the point where forests turned into tinderboxes just waiting for massive wildfires to happen. Yet now suddenly trees are “fire hazards,” and logging isn’t bad for the environment. It’s the only thing that can save us?
But the second point is that none of this wood will be used for anything. We know the globe isn’t warming but rather cooling and that the fearmongering about emissions and climate change has been just empty words founded on unscientific ideology for more than 50 years.
We learned in school, apparently very different schools from todays, that living trees scrub carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and give us oxygen.
In order to bury the trees, open land has to be acquired and held, and heavy equipment brought in to excavate the pits for the tree funerals. I’ll bet the heavy equipment is not solar powered.
In this video, a dive deep into the controversial initiative backed by billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates. They unpack the startling plan to chop down and bury trees as a strategy to combat climate change. Is this a groundbreaking solution or an environmental disaster in the making?
So the largest landowner in America owning more farmland than anyone else, wants to control our forests as well. In this case, destroying the environment in the process.
Bill Gates is best-known for cofounding Microsoft, but he’s also a major US landowner, having bought 275,000 acres of farmland.
In his annual Reddit AMA Wednesday, Gates was asked why he has bought so much farmland.
He said he did so to make the farms “more productive” and “create more jobs,” adding that it was his investment team that made the decision.
George Floyd strikes. This time taking out a Nascar Driver. Look, I haven’t seen the meme he apparently “liked” but I for one am done with George Floyd. Just look at his autopsy report.
How does someone (Floyd) die of traumatic asphyxia when at the time of death they have a 97 percent oxygen arterial gas level? How does one kill someone with twice a fatal level of fentanyl? No areas of subcutaneous hemorrhage, soft tissue contusion, or other occult injury are found in the posterior neck, right and left lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, or buttocks.
First a refresher:
What did we learn? That counterfeiting money is not a crime. Maybe a misdemeanor but nothing that the police should/would bother themselves over.
That twice a lethal dose of Fentanyl with assorted accessory drugs on board a man dying means nothing.
That substantial heart disease including a 90 percent blockage could not have played a roll.
That the police officer charged named Derek Chauven never was offered a defense. At most a forensic pathologist. The Medical Examiner who actually was a defense witness in truth. The prosecutor who brought in outside forensic pathologists to discount their own Medical Examiner.
The dream team prosecutors were not from the prosecutor’s office but outside attorneys offering their services pro-bono with what appears to have been unlimited support resources. All save one who played a bit part so was reported.
NASCAR has suspended driver Noah Gragson indefinitely, the company said Saturday, after he appeared to have liked an insensitive meme with a photo of George Floyd on social media.
Gragson, 25, was in his first full season as a driver in the Cup Series, NASCAR’s top league, when Josh Berry replaced him in the No. 42 car Saturday, his team said in a statement.
Legacy Motor Club announced Gragson’s suspension, saying his actions “do not represent the values of our team.”
NASCAR said Gragson violated the stock car racing member conduct section of its rules, which says, in part, that members should not publicly disparage people based on their backgrounds, NBC Sports reported.
NASCAR said the suspension would be “indefinite.” Drivers sidelined with indefinite suspensions in the past have had opportunities to rejoin NASCAR.
Gragson, in a statement on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter, did not directly address the alleged meme but acknowledged his actions.
He doesn’t make that exact connection, but his statement on X Saturday appears to support the narrative that his suspension is the result of approval for the George Floyd meme.
Ex-Minneapolis Officer Receives Nearly 5 Years on State Charge for Role in Floyd Killing
Tou Thao has denied wrongdoing, saying he served as a ‘human traffic cone’ when he held back concerned bystanders.
(See link to Bunks’s previous post below)
Here are Bunk’s previous post’s highlights of the Trial of the police officers. Unfortunately several of the YouTube videos that I had included have been removed that provided exculpatory evidence.
I watched the trial gavel to gavel via HLN which happened to have an excellent panel of experts from which most of this information has be taken.
The autopsy report from Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office concludes the cause of death was “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” That conclusion, death due to heart failure, differs from the one reached by an independent examiner hired by the Floyd family; that report listed the cause of death as “asphyxiation from sustained pressure.”
For more of the details including the complete autopsy report that is a stunner, check out:
How does someone (Floyd) die of traumatic asphyxia when at the time of death they have a 97 percent oxygen arterial gas level? How does one kill someone with twice a fatal level of fentanyl? Just two questions I have been asking in several posts I have done on this “whodunnit” that is filled with emotion and few facts that show Chauvin was the cause of Floyd’s death.
If guilty of anything it was what he did not do for Floyd rather than what he did do. Most importantly this case has corrupted our legal system demanding that the blood lust of the public be obtained at whatever cost. Meanwhile we as a society watch as the mob takes out another one of the foundations of our society. Our legal system.
The fickle finger of fate award regarding the owner of the White House cocaine seems to be moving toward the Vice President. News reports now include that her car is right outside the entrance where the blow was found. So place your bets. Did Giggles Harris forget to pick up her stuff at the drop zone? The latest version as to where it was found:
The cocaine was found in an entrance area between the foyer and a lower-level lobby, the sources said. The entrance is near where some vehicles, like the vice president’s limo or SUV, park. It is one floor below the main West Wing offices and on the same floor as the Situation Room and a dining area.
My guess? Who ever was suppose to pick it up, in true addict style, “forget.”
BONGINO: “There’s absolutely ZERO chance anyone other than a family member brought that cocaine inside the White House complex. No chance that would make it past the mag/security checkpoints. Family bypasses those.”
“Bongino, who was an NYPD officer in the late 1990s before beginning a 12-year stint in the Secret Service that ended in 2011, is well-versed in the inner workings of the White House. He served on the presidential detail under both presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Since leaving the service, he has authored several books, hosted a Fox News television show and both a daily podcast and radio show,” The Daily Wire reports.
Christina Push, who works for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, agreed with Bongino, saying that explanation makes the most sense.
“Makes sense. I cannot imagine a staffer bringing drugs into the White House, even in the Biden Admin. That would be beyond idiotic.
Place your bets!
Hunter Biden Leads White House Cocaine Odds For Suspected Owner
BetOnline, an offshore iGaming platform and internet sportsbook that rarely shies away from offering controversial odds, is taking bets on the owner of the White House cocaine. The book operates out of Antigua and Barbuda, an island nation in the West Indies that’s friendly to offshore gaming businesses.
Hunter is the betting front-runner at +170, or implied odds of 37%. NFL Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, who was at the White House last month, is next at +800. The Jonas Brothers, who also recently visited 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, are third at +1000.
Oddsmakers think there’s little chance that the president himself misplaced the cocaine. Biden’s odds of being responsible for the cocaine are at +15000, or implied odds of just 0.66%.
The market stipulates that all action will be refunded if the owner is not publicly identified by Aug. 1, 2023.
Officials now say the small bag of cocaine found at the White House was located at a cubby in the West Executive entrance. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports on the new details and location it was found.
For the more cerebral here is Turley’s take including Eric Clapton.
So thats the best of the swamp. Please note Word Press is apparently having problems at some sites for those who leave comments. Right now the number 1 shows up instead of the owner of the comment. Please leave the name of your moniker in your comment right now. Thanks.
Five cases of malaria have been confirmed in Florida and Texas on Monday, the first time the potentially fatal mosquito-borne disease has been locally acquired in the United States in 20 years, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday. We learn at the same time that Bill Gates has released genetically modified mosquitos mainly in Texas and Florida.
It must be a coincidence that from 2003-2023 there wasn’t one case of Malaria spread by mosquitos…and along comes a company funded by Bill Gates…to solve a problem that didn’t exist…and suddenly in the exact places where he releases mosquitos…there’s an outbreak of Malaria?
Even better, a vaccine is undergoing trials in Ghana. What a relief. R21/Matrix-M from Oxford University. One has to ask since Florida and Texas didn’t have Malaria, what benefit does this trial have???
The state of Florida said that its first case was diagnosed on May 26 in Sarasota County, while officials in Texas said on June 23 that a Texas resident who worked outdoors in Cameron County had been diagnosed with the disease.
The CDC said in an alert released Monday that malaria is considered a medical emergency, and that anyone with symptoms should be “urgently evaluated.”
The state of Texas has also issued a health alert, advising clinicians to routinely obtain a travel history to determine if a patient with symptoms of malaria has spent time outdoors and been bitten by mosquitoes in an area with malaria activity.
Health officials are also warning doctors, especially those in southern states where the weather is more friendly to the tropical mosquito that spreads malaria, to be aware of the possibility of infection. They also should think about how to access the IV drug that is the first-line treatment for severe malaria in the United States, the CDC said.
The agency said that the people who were diagnosed received treatment and “are improving.”
Sounds great, bet we will need a shot every year along with our Covid shot.
Should Bill Gates be releasing 30 million genetically modified mosquitoes into the wild? Part of the mentality of earth-as-engineering-object. What could possibly go wrong? (Kennedy posted this June 10, the CDC released this info June 26.)
Oxitec, a firm based in Abingdon, UK has already tested these mosquitoes in Brazil, Malaysia, Panama and the Cayman Islands but hadn’t received regulatory approval for the US, but it has finally received it now. (2021)
Oxitec plans to present the results to the US Environmental Protection Agency — the agency that permitted this trial. This data will help EPA understand if Oxitech’s approach can be extended to other mosquito-prone areas of the nation. BUT WE DIDN’T HAVE MOSQUITO BORNE DISEASES. How dumb to you think we are????
Guess what? There is a vaccine!!

About World Mosquito Program | Gateways
Following years of laboratory research, independent risk analysis and successful field trials, WMP has undertaken deployments in 11 countries around the world, protecting more than 8.6 million people as at December 2021. We have widespread support from communities, governments and public health regulators, and are now undergoing rapid organisational growth. Scale-up plans for national deployments in existing countries are in preparation in addition to groundwork for potential expansion to new countries.
Releases of Wolbachia-carrying mosquitoes receive regulatory approval from relevant government bodies in every country where they take place. We only release mosquitoes with community endorsement. Did you ask Florida Governor DeSantis?
A new malaria vaccine developed by scientists at Oxford University could reduce deaths 70 per cent by 2030, and plans to manufacture it are already in the works.
Ghana is the first country in the world to approve the R21/Matrix-M from Oxford University, which could be a game-changer in the fight against malaria. Matt Galloway speaks with Adrian Hill, who led the design and clinical development of the vaccine; and Dr. Fred Aboagye-Antwi, a medical entomologist and parasitologist who works with the NGO Target Malaria.
Bill Gates who apparently is willing to risk life on earth as we know it, and is apparently all set to spend his gazillion buckeroos in an elaborate scheme to change life or otherwise eliminate it all together for the sake of the earth. Anyway, he has been complaining that there are far far too many humans here anyway so what the heck. Who cares if there is a disaster? Here tis:
The plan sounds like science fiction — but could be fact within a decade; every day more than 800 giant aircraft would lift millions of tonnes of chalk dust to a height of 12 miles above the Earth’s surface and then sprinkle the lot high around the stratosphere.
In theory, the airborne dust would create a gigantic sunshade, reflecting some of the Sun’s rays and heat back into space, dimming those that get through and so protecting Earth from the worsening ravages of climate warming.
This is not the crackpot plan of a garden-shed inventor. The project is being funded by billionaire and Microsoft founder Bill Gates and pioneered by scientists at Harvard University. Read More
Come one come all and help yourself to all that is in the California stores without fear or worries. So goes the bill before the California State government. As if giving a free pass to helping oneself to anything under $950 bucks without a consequence wasn’t enough, let us up the anti with the sky is the limit, just help yourself.
California lawmakers are hoping to push through controversial legislation that would ban retail staff from stopping thieves stealing from their stores.
Senate Bill 553, which was submitted by State Senator Dave Cortese, has been passed by the State Senate and will now progress to policy committees in the State Assembly. Cortese hopes the proposed law will prevent workplace violence and protect staff from being forced by their employers to step-in during robberies. But some store bosses are furious about the plans, with the California Retailers Association mocking the move as an open invitation for thieves “to come in and steal.”
The proposed new laws come as stores have blamed shoplifting for hitting their businesses, with Target issuing a statement in November blaming “organized retail crime” for an eye-watering $400 million loss in its profits in 2022.
The State Senate passed a new bill this week that supporters say would help keep employees safer from workplace violence.
