I watched more Kennedy questioning of other applicants that followed the end of Doesn’t Know the Constitution. One seemed to make an effort to run out his time and limit questions. “You Want to Take Another Crack at That?” about Rule 10B5.

Pretty sad what Biden is putting on the court as judges.. Thanks for your thoughts.. this too shall pass.. :). I sure wish there were more like Kennedy… do you remember Dirksen? He reminds me of him,, and I was very young…a billion here and billion there…

When I saw that Spokane Superior Court Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren did not know what Article 5 or Article 2 of the Constitution were, I wondered two things:
1. How can she be a Superior Court Judge and not know that?
2. Will the Senate confirm her?
I have not yet heard anything of her confirmation and hope not to do so.
