True story. After I discovered the Progressive Movement deep in the stacks of the San Francisco State University library I found the center of gravity of American Fascism. I used to giggle to myself as professors and impressionable undergraduates parroted the long debunked theory that Christian Nationalists like me were the precursors of American Fascism. Of course, they had a hard time explaining why American Evangelicals were the first to call out the National Socialist and the Progressives were actually the source of many ideas for the ethnic cleansers of Hitler’s German. Odd world, this.

Indescribable sickness darkens a once free nation. Still while Diogenes is searching for a statesman to step forward should he be found he will share a cell with those who dare buck the system.
