Cranking up the record player as we were putting up our Christmas tree was a family tradition when we were kids. This song was at the top of the list to play and sure to put us in the holiday mood. We all waited to hear the “crack of the whip” with much anticipation.
This is a much loved orchestral piece composed by Leroy Anderson in 1948. Beautiful photographs go along with the music. This should help getting us in the holiday mood. I enjoy posting this every year and it has gotten to be my tradition here at Bunkerville. Do watch it in full screen.
Wishing you a wonderful day!
