Biden limits to 16 entities Putin cannot hack

Biden needed time to prepare his teleprompter to read his comments about the meeting with Putin. He managed to stumble through it. Who on his team of prompter writers decided to include Biden talking about the limit on what Putin could cyber attack? 16 entities? How about the whole of the USA? Then of course he repeats again how he is “told who he can call on for questions.” The so called “I’m going to get in trouble” default position “if I don’t do what I am told” must be really appealing to the male dominated  societies of the world with his lack of  machismo. Can you imagine Putin saying something like that? It may be appealing to those who have empathy toward senility but it doesn’t play well in the world. It sure looked to me that he had an ear piece as well with certain camera levels.

President Biden told reporters Wednesday he gave President Vladimir Putin a list of 16 critical infrastructure entities that are “off limits” to a Russian cyberattack.

Those entities include energy, water, health care, emergency, chemical, nuclear, communications, government, defense, food, commercial facilities, IT, transportation, dams, manufacturing and financial services.

“We’ll find out whether we have a cybersecurity arrangement that begins to bring some order,” Biden said. Putin, for his part, denied any involvement in a recent spate of cyberattacks that have hit major industries across the U.S.

“I looked at him. I said, ‘How would you feel if ransomware took on the pipelines from your oil fields?’ He said, ‘It would matter.’ This is not about just our self-interest.” the president said.

Biden refused to say if military action was on the table if Russia was found to be responsible for a ransomware attack.

“In terms of the red line you laid down is military response an option for a ransomware attack?” a reporter asked.

Biden mocked for his ’embarrassing’ admission

A high point – No, actually no police officer was killed on January 6.

Another funny

That’s the best of the swamp today.

It’s nice to know Biden does think there are some acceptable areas that Putin can cyber attack, what a fool this man is!

I think it was an outstanding idea to give the leader of a hostile nation a list of 16 places we are most vulnerable and telling him he shouldn’t attack them because it would cause quite a mess for us if he did. Like when I give known thieves the combination to my safe and warn them they better not use it to open it and steal my stuff.

…Biden’s wife leading him around by the nose so he didn’t get lost….

Getting lost like that is a very clear indication of dementia.

Biden’s mental infirmity appears to be in high gear and accelerating. Probably a mental infirmity that is neither Alzheimer’s nor Lewy Body. Parkinson’s, perhaps, as he often has such a blank look and sometimes has a hard time initiating walking, both of which symptoms are common manifestations of Parkinson’s, which is also noted for inappropriate outbursts.

His compromised cognitive ability was displayed several times on the international stage. His failings are apparent to all the world leaders, and they stand at the ready to take advantage of the United States.

Add to that his ability to filter what he says is even more concerning. We are starting to see him “fly off” the handle a bit and suspect we shall see more. It has been reported he goes off with the staff. The point you have mentioned. It is interesting that he has some moments when he seems more together which obscures the diagnosis for me. Either way, he is not running the show and we have a bunch of war mongers behind the scene. I know Rice wants back into Libya. They said he keeps confusing Syria with Libya but I doubt its accidental. I am sure they are talking about it.

Biden: I’ve been looking forward to meeting you WIndermere !
    Putin: Vladimir.

B: You have 16 young nieces here? Maybe I can meet them on my visit.
    P: Unlikely.

It went down hill from there.

Well, yes … disgraceful and pathetic, but also consistent with the Democrat Party/Communist mindset. There are two sets of rules, as you know. There are rules for their political elite, and then there are rules for everyone else. There are also rules/laws that the communists intend to enforce (the so-called hate crimes, and manufactured accusations against a Republican president, for example) and rules/laws that the communists will not enforce (border security, illegal immigration, and burning down cities if you’re a person of color). This is known as “selective prosecution.”

So, to inform the Russian oligarchs that there are sixteen areas that they must not hack into simply leaves the door open to (a) a host of other areas that are “okay” to hack into, and (b) the original sixteen areas that Russia will hack into anyway on account of the fact that Putin doesn’t give a rat’s ass what Biden says. I mean, what will Biden really do about it, anyway? Nothing, of course.

But I do wonder … why should we elect someone (such as Obama/Biden and Biden/Harris) knowing full well that no world leader respects them … and what does the US gain, as a world power, by choosing people to “lead” who aren’t leaders, and who do not command the respect of their peers (other world leaders)?

We should consider ourselves lucky that Putin doesn’t have an interest in invading the United States because, with a weak willie like Biden in the White House, now would be a perfect time. On the other hand, we may not be quite so lucky with the nut-job running North Korea or any number of Mullah’s whacked out on hashish. If they do attack, I fervently hope it’s against Washington DC while Congress is in session. Starting over is probably our future’s only hope.

You summed up the sad state of affairs… sadly, Taiwan is toast. Just the beginning of China and their next move. I had not considered North Korea…. there goes S. Korea… It will be interesting to see how it goes with Trump getting back into action. I doubt they will let him rattle around causing trouble. I expect Fauci to have a sudden depression with a self inflicted something or other…..

No wonder Putin said he felt no pressure from Biden.

Now that Putin has Biden’s “Hands Off List of 16” is everything else fair game? Is this for real? Where is the outrage? Where are the men in white coats?
