AG Garland Show Down at the AZ OK Corral Voter Audit

The Arizona audit of the Presidential election results plods along. Unless one makes the effort of checking out a few blogs here and there one would never know it. AG Garland and his minions have been doing their best to stymie the process. Now a marker has been thrown down by Garland and this is not going to end well.

An Arizona state Senator has warned US Attorney General Merrick Garland that he’ll ‘spend time in prison’ if he interferes with the 2020 post-election audit, after Garland announced on Friday that the Justice Department will look into whether any federal laws were broken – and claimed the state was employing ‘abnormal’ methods.

According to Garland, audits like Arizona’s will face federal scrutiny, “to ensure they abide by federal statutory requirements to protect election records and avoid the intimidation of voters.”

Garland also said the DOJ would “publish guidance explaining the civil and criminal statutes that apply to post-election audits.”

Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward reacted to Garland’s warning, tweeting: “Seems Merrick either wants to ignore or forgot all about the US Constitution.”

In another-words if they find anything the DOJ will say it is false information and untrue. Then MSM will log in with the DOJ analysis. Finally Big Tech will cancel anyone who posts the findings. This is the vicious circle we find ourselves in.

Keep your eye on this story. The swamp is getting antsy on this one.

I was just speaking yesterday with Pat Colbeck (interview at my blog) and Matt DePerno (attorney) who are prime movers in the Antrim County Michigan audit.
They fully intend to decertify the Michigan vote.
And it’s likely to happen. The evidence is available.
That will call into question Constitutional issues which must be addressed.
When you hear of a threat from Dominion to sue, pray for it to happen.
Dominion want to silence Lindell, Colbeck, DePerno, et al, but if they sue, then discovery comes in to play.
That’s when the cards go on the table for everyone to see.

Problems with voting could be Easily fixed if the government wanted them fixed. D’s, R’s and I’s included.

Watch how fast they’d fix a problem with tax collection, state, local, or fed…..

As elections are the purview of the states, I would like to see the socialists in the Supreme Court step in to save Biden since they would not hear the Texas case against the four states who broke their own election law. Because the Supreme Court is supposed to be the forum for states (rather than having to go to war), they failed us once. It would be ripe if they failed us again.

Voting is a human activity, which I suppose explains its corruption. My reading of history is that Election Fraud and Election Day go hand-in-hand. The question, or so it seems, is not so much whether there are examples of election fraud (in almost every election), but whether they were/are serious enough to affect the outcome of the election. Arizona, sadly, does not have a pristine electoral history. I seem to recall that when Johnny Behan (Cochise County) was running for sheriff, he managed to garner 130 votes from a town where only 80 people lived — some people claiming that the infamous Cowboys guaranteed him a win. Democrats, of course. Although I’m sure there was nothing to these allegations … just sour grapes among the Republicans.

Seems to me that if folks are worried about election integrity, an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. Since the issue is always D’s against R’s, each one accusing the other of misdeeds, maybe it’s time to think outside the box.

For example, why not hire independent “observers” to attend all pre-election meetings in county offices? What are the county supervisor’s instructions to the precinct managers and workers? What happens when a busload of voters suddenly show up who “lost their Voter ID,” or when hundreds of mail-in votes suddenly appear from the Twilight Zone? What happens when there are more voters from zip code 12345 than actually live there, according to county records?

What if the county commission assigned independent observers (non-county residents) to every voting precinct? For as long as voters ignore the pre-election activities of county voting commissions, these questions will never be satisfactorily resolved. Most corruption takes place at the local level, right? Also, what if county commissions hired independent/bonded IT companies to validate the precinct’s own tally? Any discrepancy would immediately place the entire precinct’s ballots into a “hold status” for further scrutiny. Wouldn’t something like this restore voter confidence in election integrity? How hard would it be? Would it cost any more money than the never-ending recounts?

Seems like rational ideas..Perhaps going back to how it was done in my early voting days. You showed up on voting day. There was a poll watcher on both sides of the aisle. The signature was checked by both sides – I would add I,.D. now…. and the count was done that evening with both sides as witnesses… absentee ballots were rare, required a hoop to go through and so it should. No early voting, drop boxes, mail in ballots….it is where we went off the rails… add Covid with anyone doing whatever they wished and we had this scenario.

There were so many gaffes I didn’t even know where to begin. Yet Fox nor anyone of consequence has reported on them. One has to chug along to find them…The worse was he kept saying he was going to get into trouble for doing this or that… The world runs on Machismo… what must the male dominated cultures think?
