It is said there are more than 14000 hours of tape covering the happenings of the January 6, 2021 incident at the Capitol in D.C. Here is one of the poor fellow Chansley AKA Q Shaman who is still in solitary confinement for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Yet they are still rounding up hundreds who at the most will be charged with trespassing. Maybe the FBI could find better things to do at this point.
In this short clip, Capitol Police officer Keith Robishaw warns protesters—including “Q shaman” Jacob Chansley—inside the Capitol Building on January 6 against using violence. Chansley and another protester are then seen instructing other protesters to be nonviolent as they exercise their right to assemble.
A newly-obtained video shows United States Capitol Police officers speaking with several January 6 protestors—including Jacob Chansley, the so-called “Q shaman”—inside the Capitol that afternoon.
One officer, identified in the video and confirmed by charging documents as Officer Keith Robishaw, appears to tell Chansely’s group they won’t stop them from entering the building. “We’re not against . . . you need to show us . . . no attacking, no assault, remain calm,” Robishaw warns. Chansley and another protestor instruct the crowd to act peacefully. “This has to be peaceful,” Chansley yelled. “We have the right to peacefully assemble.”

The video directly contradicts what government prosecutors allege in a complaint filed January 8 against Chansley: “Robishaw and other officers calmed the protestors somewhat and directed them to leave the area from the same way they had entered. Chansley approached Officer Robishaw and screamed, among other things, that this was their house, and that they were there to take the Capitol, and to get Congressional leaders.”
Chansley is not charged with assaulting an officer; he faces several counts for trespassing and disorderly conduct. He has been incarcerated since January, denied bail awaiting trial. He has no criminal record.

Federal prosecutors will not charge a police officer who shot and killed a woman as she climbed through the broken part of a door during the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Authorities had considered for months whether criminal charges were appropriate for the Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt, 35, an Air Force veteran from San Diego. The Justice Department’s decision, though expected, officially closes out the investigation.
That is the best of the swamp today.

I don’t know why anyone expected anything else from Congress. In 2006 Democrats were elected to a majority in both houses of Congress based on promises to “end the war in Iraq” and to “reverse the Bush tax cuts.” They never passed a bill to even attempt either thing, never even brought such a bill to the floor. When given control of the White House in 2008, they continued inaction on both fronts, and in fact the Bush tax cuts essentially remain in place to this day. Meanwhile the House members have been continuously reelected at a 92% rate.
We cannot get them out at the polling place, because they control that process and have done so for decades. We will have to throw them out by force. They know that and are reacting violently at any hint that such a process bight be pending..

Going back to Chicago and the Nixon election, the GOP has known about and have done nothing about the voting corruption. The dems only have gotten more brazen. Now with a corrupt DOJ nothing can be done.

Let me be more specific here. Congress people, both parties, know very well what they are doing. They know that they are lying to the people who elected them. They know that they are serving their own personal interest, enriching themselves, and are working AGAINST the interests of the people who elected them. (Well, the people who supposedly elected them.) They know they are serving as dictators.
They know that dictators can only be removed by force, and that is the one thing they fear. So when anything happens that borders on a forceful removal they are going to react in an extreme manner to be sure it is put down so severely that it cannot recur. To make sure that no seed is planted in the minds of the minds of those they rule. (“Hey, they aren’t invulnerable.”) This is what we are seeing here. They are making sure we don’t think we can get away with it.

While I agree that we may need to resort to force, I am not going to go on record as stating that we must do that. That would be grounds for prosecution.
Just today, driving home, I once again thought of the coup that occurred and still occurs.
A just reaction to that would include force, because our nation has been stolen and is being looted.
I posted recently concerning this and said as much on my radio show.
If the administration is indeed illegitimate (and it is) than any means to remove it and restore the proper authority would be legitimate.

On a personal level, I’ve given up any expectation of seeing justice emerge from our legal system — not since the “Patriot Act” and secret courts, and federal agents who manufacture bogus evidence and then use it to secure warrants against their political enemies and also to offer false testimony to the Congress that is based on conspiratorially invented allegations.
With that out of the way, all I can manage to say about the Capital Hill insurrection is this: who do we blame most, the prostitute or her John? Who shall we blame for a banana-Republic-styled “insurrection,” the people who demonstrated their unhappiness with Congress, or the members of Congress who caused the insurrection?
There are disturbing similarities between what happened in Washington on 6 January and similar events in third-world crap holes, when “thousands” demonstrate their anger and their frustration with a House of Representatives who’ve forgotten that that body is the “People’s House.” And, I imagine that members of the House should fear the people when Congress refuses to listen to what the people have to say.
Another even more disturbing similarity, as if I need to say it, is that rather than listening to the people, and acting according to their advice, members of Congress acted in a manner nearly identical to the governors of third-world republics — Venezuela comes to mind. Nancy Pelosi and others demanded that the city be cordoned off, barriers erected, and the assignment of armed security for members of congress (while demanding an end to the people’s right to bear arms). There can be nothing “more telling” about America’s future than this. And I keep wondering … why is any of this “okay” with most Americans?

Everyone who attended the rally regardless if they were anywhere near the Capitol itself will now be in a data base…Watch the IRS for starters begin on them…anyone with any connection to the military….and so 1984 marches on. No one paid any price for lying to get the President, why should be expect anything else for ourselves.

I read a recent article about a general of the Space Corps who was put on hold due to his comments about the promotion of Marxism in the ranks. This was classified as “partisan comments;” however, the liberal reporter did not specify which party was involved (since the general did not mention Republican or Democrat in his book).

Years ago, following the Korean War, the DoD wondered, given that so many Americans died in that war, how many of them really knew what communism was. So, DoD laid out a goodly sum of money to conduct a survey. As it turned out, hardly anyone in the enlisted ranks knew what communism was, and no more than 40% of those serving as junior officers. It would be interesting to see the results of an updated survey, especially since nearly all public schools now emphasize that Marxism is “just another political point of view.”
Initially, the officer rank structure was limited to “major general” of land forces, and “commodore” in the navy, and both were “temporary” ranks, relinquished when an officer serving as either assumed other duties that did not require a general or commodore. Today, there are more generals in the U.S. Army and U. S. Air Force than there are lance corporals in the Marine Corps — and there is nothing a major general won’t do to become a lieutenant general or full (four star) general. And I do mean “nothing.” He will sully his oath to the Constitution, he will roll over for congressional/civilian idiocy, he will happily endorse policies that result in high numbers of dead and wounded “in the ranks.” They don’t matter.
Why don’t they matter? Because, if you take a good look at the official photographs of three-and-four star officers, you will find very few of them who ever served in front line combat units. They have lots of medals, of course — all for achievement in one form or another, but there are few recipients of medals for valorous conduct in combat. What this means is that somewhere in the neighborhood of 85-90% of our most senior officers are only three-and-four star officers because they kiss the asses of their political masters, which must include agreeing to commit our young men and women to conflicts that can’t be won. So, I ask you, how does this benefit America?
