Saturday’s Passel of Potpourri

Let’s see what mischief our fellow earthlings have gotten themselves into this week. It’s Saturday and time for a break and maybe a smile or two.

Animals and driving problems and general mayhem. Karl and Karen are back at it with their usual missteps.

First some good news and fun.

The President has met with leaders of the Amish community. They see what is going on and many of them will be voting for the first time ever! I am sure you will do well with registrations. This is absolutely incredible! Come visit our Amish community in Indiana as well!

Lots of signs here in Amish country in Pennsylvania

Feel good moment of the day. Man with a gun meets men with guns.

Welcome to rural America.

That’s it folks. Have a wonderful day with much peace.

The bath doggie?? That’s my my little Frankie minus the digging (and size.) We’ve been having to put ointment in his ears. Even the tech at the vet’s office was like, “Good luck.” Frankie screams if I try to wipe yogurt off his face after his morning teaspoon of yogurt treat. Soooooooo, after working up the nerve for two solid days, I said, “Okay, lets put his little treat dish on the counter with some of his food and see if that distracts him enough. You put him up there, hang on so his doesn’t throw himself off and we’ll see how it goes.” Holy carp! Not a peep. He gobbles, slobbers, and spews food all over the counter, I quickly squeeze in some ointment. scrunch his ears, and everyone is happy. So now we ask him, “How about a little treat with a side of ear ointment?” Heh

P.S. I could have done without the linemen, but I understand that some peeps are okay with it, so I’ll let it go (this time.)

Yikes on the linemen job, no way. I have been seeing a lot of Mennonite and Amish farms with Trump flags here too. At first, I thought it was some kind of joke, nope. Oh and Great Pyrennes are known to be great animals, smiles.

Another day in the life of the Liberal Police. Yesterday a radio station in Cleveland fired a news anchor this week after her referred to Democrat Kamala Harris as the nation’s “first colored vice presidential candidate,” according to reports.
Sports New Anchor Kyle Cornell, 26, used the description of Harris in a news spot that aired during WTAM radio’s broadcast of a Cleveland Indians baseball game, reported.
Some baseball fans quickly posted negative reactions on social media, Cleveland’s WKYC-TV reported.

“The U.S. officially has its first “COLORED” vice presidential candidate. More coming up after the game on Newsradio WTAM 1100 Cleveland,” Kyle Cornell announced, according to the news site.

“Colored” is considered an outdated term because many people associate it with slavery and the Jim Crow era of racial segregation and disenfranchisement.
After his firing, Cornell told WKYC that he meant no disrespect to Harris in using the word.
His phrasing “WASN’T meant to be malicious or in any sort of way trying to defame the character of anyone,” Cornell told the station, according to

The Liberal thought police are at it again. The New Liberal Cultural Communism Police in this country is running rampant. Maybe he should have called her “Comrade” and maybe that would have been MORE acceptable. Guess using word “Colored” instead of “color” was an effort to put Black people…. And maybe when Joe Biden said “BACK IN CHAINS.” That was more acceptable?

To this day I can’t figure the difference “Colored People” and “People of Color”
