Kamela Harris’s friend Jussie Smollett and a anti-lynching bill

Let’s see if we can “tie up” a few loose ends with Harris and Smollett as we go down memory lane. Smollett worked on Harris’s campaign. It is curious how she responds when asked a question about a Jussie Smollett lynching Tweet she posted . She is going to have to do a lot better when questioned. Let’s follow the dates:

Senate Judiciary Committee Advances Anti-Lynching Legislation Introduced by Harris, Booker, and Scott

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously voted to advance the bipartisan Justice for Victims of Lynching Act of 2018, historic legislation that would criminalize lynching, attempts to lynch, and conspiracy to lynch for the first time in American history.

The legislation was originally introduced in June 2018 by U.S. Senators Kamala D. Harris (D-CA), Cory Booker (D-NJ), and Tim Scott (R-SC).

“Lynching is a dark and despicable part of our country’s history. These were acts of violence, needless and horrendous acts of violence that were motivated by racism. And we must acknowledge that, lest we repeat it,” said Senator Harris, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. “These were crimes that were committed against innocent people. These are crimes that should have been prosecuted. There are victims and their families that should have received justice and did not. With this bill, we have a chance to speak the truth about our past make clear that these hateful acts should never happen again.”

It’s finally official: Kamala Harris is running for president.

Enter one Jussie Smollett:  Jan 29, 2019 –

The Chicago Police Department said it is investigating 36-year-old Empire star Jussie Smollett’s report to authorities that he was assaulted early Tuesday morning by two suspects who yelled out “racial and homophobic slurs.” Included was a rope placed around his neck.

The claim by now has fallen apart. No need to rehash the details.

Here’s the story:

she (Harris) said Smollett was the victim of “an attempted modern-day lynching” and called the actor “one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know.” Harris has also used the Smollett attack to push legislation that would make lynching a federal hate crime.

Reports are that Smollett supported Harris and worked on her behalf. During an appearance at a bookstore in Concord, N.H., a female reporter asked the senator from California if she wanted to amend a tweet from Jan. 29, in which she said Smollett was the victim of “an attempted modern-day lynching” and called the actor “one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know.”

Senators Kamala Harris and Cory Booker did jump on the hoax first, claiming it’s a “modern-day lynching,” just as they were trying to pass their propaganda bill, The Anti-Lynching Act.

Monica Showalter at American Thinker points to a series of tweets by film producer Tariq Nasheed in which he postulates that the two senators were possibly part of the setup. His tweets are available here.

Nasheed believes it goes beyond the two brothers Ola and Abel and Jussie. As he says in his first two tweets, Harris has campaigned with Jussie. He also says the Lynching Act is a favor to certain groups — white LGBTs — and these two senators are funded by them. More Independent sentinel

“Which tweet? What tweet?” Harris asked. As the reporter specified the tweet in question, Harris appeared to look around for a campaign staffer before responding.

Jussie Smollett attack: Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx recuses herself from investigation

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx has recused herself from the investigation surrounding the alleged attack on “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, her office told ABC News on Tuesday.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the decision to recuse herself was made to address potential questions of impartiality based upon familiarity with potential witnesses in the case,” a spokeswoman told ABC News via email.

Fox News suggested that the reason may be Kim Foxx knows Kamala Harris. (Does Foxx know Smollett?)

Kim Foxx wants to tell you a story   Dec 10 2018

But more than any of that, it is arguably Foxx’s zest for storytelling — or more particularly, for telling her story — that has captured the attention of both her constituents and celebrities.

She now counts the rapper Common and singer John Legend as friends, and a while back, when she saw the superstar U.S. senator Kamala Harris across the room at an Emily’s List event and went over to introduce herself, Foxx had barely gotten a word out before Harris interrupted and said, “You’re Kim Foxx! I’ve been watching you.”

Now isn’t that something? The coup de gras

Senate passes anti-lynching bill in renewed effort to make it a federal hate crime

Washington (CNN)Two competitors for the 2020 Democratic nomination joined forces Thursday in a renewed effort to pass their anti-lynching legislation.

The Senate passed the legislation from California Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris, New Jersey Democratic Sen. Cory Booker and South Carolina GOP Sen. Tim Scott last year, but the House never took up the measure. On Thursday, the Senate again passed the bill via unanimous consent.
If signed into law, the Justice for Victims of Lynching Act would outline the specific killing of lynching, noting its violent and racist legacy, and add it to the federal list of hate crimes. As Booker’s office noted Thursday, the vote followed more than a century of efforts to outlaw lynching that have failed to pass.
Following Thursday’s unanimous vote in the Senate, the bill would then go to the House before President Donald Trump can sign it into law.
,,,Booker said they had been working on the bill “quite a bit,” and when asked if he felt dynamics had changed in the Senate with himself and other Democrats running against each other, Booker said his colleagues were “sisters and brothers.”
Conspiracy theories are just that. A theory. I have serious reservations that Harris was complicit in the plan. But she does know Jussie Smollett. He knew she wanted/needed a racially charged bill to pass congress to give a lift to her campaign. What better to rile the troops as she charges forth with her campaign?

    How about this:
Negroes killing Negroes, innocent victims or otherwise, in the hood-the “community”- are acts of violence, needless and horrendous acts of violence that were motivated by ignorance, greed and gang culture and we must acknowledge that, lest we repeat it,”

The sheer hypocrisy smacks you right in the face. Here in the US long after we are gone Diogenes will continue his search in the black of night (pun intended) for that rarest of individuals “The Statesman,” Until then the Bidens and Harris’ will reign as the best and brightest the country will have to offer.

Well done Peter. Yet not one word from either of them and no doubt at the ready to embrace all that Black Lives Matters and its anarchy has to offer. What a sad sad despicable day. After the Flynn hearing yesterday, our judiciary apparently is on the same sad road…. nothing but political hacks.

Lynching is the “illegal” hanging of someone. Of course, when the state did it, it was legal. The only difference I see between the two is that in the first, some number of people got together, decided that someone had committed a crime worthy of death, and strung them up. In the second, some number of people were empaneled in a courtroom, decided that someone had committed a crime worthy of death, or ordered them strung up. Most of these swingers were thoroughly bad hombre, and while we may all agree that being hung isn’t the best exit strategy, Sam Ketchum never murdered anyone else after he was strung up.

In 2014, a teenager was found hanging from a children’s swing set in the back yard of his home. The boy had been dating a white girl. His parents claim that he was lynched. FBI investigated the death and said there was no evidence that he was lynched at all. A few months earlier, someone placed a noose around the neck of a statue of James Meredith, but since James is still alive, presumably no actual lynching occurred. A couple of years later, some numbskull politician in Mississippi opined that anyone removing statues of confederate officers ‘oughtta be lynched,’ but this was no more than an example of a politician flapping his lips. The politician, Karl Oliver, also a funeral director, retains his seat in the state legislature. No violation of law occurred.

Lynching someone was against the law before 2018 when Harris and others introduced their idiotic bill. Since laws don’t prevent crime, they only punish it … what was the reason for the “Justice for Victims of Lynching Act” or the “Emmett Till Antilynching Act” if not to draw attention to an unsavory period of our history, or draw attention to Barack Obama’s demand for fundamental change in America, or to draw attention to politicians who want to keep their jobs? The last time white people assaulted any black person was in 1998, more than 20 years ago. All three men perpetrating the crime received maximum sentences: two death sentences and one life in prison. None of the prison sentences brought the victim back from the dead. All three of the accused were in-prison gangsters released in order that they could re-terrorize society.

Before this incident, the only record of whites lynching blacks was in June 1964 … 56 years ago. MEANWHILE, as my friend Peter pointed out, 75% of all murdered people in Chicago are black; 71% of all murderers are black. Maybe we need a “Justice for Black Victims of Black Perpetrators Act.” What we don’t know is the percentage of murdered blacks who were themselves involved in the Greater Chicago Domestic Terror Campaign. Maybe a large number of these people (even, most) were thugs whose murder was the likely consequence of their chosen lifestyle.

The whole fake lynching of that gay caballero mommy’s boy and Kameltoe Harris’ involvement in the fraud is nothing more than a “next” moment for democrat voters; Biden’s inability to spell tomato soup is of no consequence to democrat voters. What is important to them is why did Trump travel to Hunan Province, China, bring back the COV-19 Virus that he had paid the Chi-com lab to formulate and then single handily and responsively launch the pandemic.

While the photos and videos are historically accurate, how are today’s mind-numbed Democrat voters going to associate these bits of information to the current running mate of Joe Biden? That woman looks nothing like the woman in those videos and photos.

They will never touch that subject, Bunk. I have a feeling all her past stuff will be scrubbed. Did you see Tucker last night? One of his guests had the nerve to correct him about calling out her name wrong and saying that will not be tolerated. It was one attack about Trump after another with this guest. I’m telling you, grab the popcorn. This is going to get good.
