De Blasio tells wife Chirlane decide fate of NYC statues of Washington, Jefferson

This should work out. Recall just last year Chirlane was determining the look of the city with new statutes. See, they wanted to “equalize” the number of male statutes. Last year the sex of the statute was at issue. This year we have moved on. Anything to destroy our culture. I will include a bit of last years post:

First lady Chirlane McCray will put statues and structures honoring historic figures tainted by slavery — including George Washington and Thomas Jefferson — under the microscope as part of a new “Commission on Racial Justice and Reconciliation,” Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Friday.

Hizzoner’s move comes a day after five city lawmakers — including City Council Speaker Corey Johnson — sent a letter requesting the statue of Jefferson be removed from the council’s chamber, as leaders across the city and nation struggle to respond to weeks of protests over racism that followed the death of George Floyd….

De Blasio said that would include examining City Hall’s statue of Washington and the name of the mayoral residence, Gracie Mansion, which was built and owned by a slave owner, Archibald Gracie.

When pressed by reporters, de Blasio acknowledged he was not sure how far the review should go, but said it was time to examine the “profound contradictions” of the city and nation’s forefathers. More at  New York Post

Flashback… just last year….

NYC Mayor’s wife choses ‘Drag Queens’ for Statues over Saints

The real heroines for de Blasio’s wife are drag queens and abortion rights activists. How many tax payer bucks are going to supposedly ‘equalize’ the number of male statues to female statues in the city? Who is going to create these statues since the mayor’s wife doesn’t have exactly a good track record. De Blasio’s wife and the case of missing 850 million in taxpayers money

Francesca Xavier Cabrini and other female icons were denied honorary statues after a group controlled by First Lady Chirlane McCray tossed out the revered Catholic sister in favor of more women of color and a drag queen-turned-LGBTQ activist.

Drag Queen Marsha P. Johnson

Cabrini was America’s first saint, a tireless advocate who founded an upstate orphanage, a school for girls in Washington Heights and 67 organizations for the needy in the late 1880s.
But she wasn’t good enough to be named one of New York’s seven most important women.

This despite Cabrini getting the most votes in a poll of New Yorkers on who should be included.

Also denied were poll leaders Emily Warren Roebling, who led the completion of the Brooklyn Bridge, and Manhattan Music School founder Janet Schenck. Instead, they selected abortion rights activist Dr. Helen Rodriguez Trías and drag queens Sylvia Rivera and Marsha P. Johnson, among others, making clear what their criteria were.

Everything swell in the swamp. A-OK.

I don’t remember this story from last year but why am I not surprised she chose drag queens over saints? It shows how low the moral code has sunk. Bill deBlasio has no guts, he doesn’t want to make the decision so he is pawning it off on his wife

UNBELIEVABLE…I can barely read much more of this stuff!

ALSO, I found it absolutely LAUGHABLE that DeBlasio’s getting so tough on FIREWORKS….He actually SAID that the undercover cops will find anybody setting them off, and will find the jerk who threw one on a homeless person last night…BUT I had to laugh because DeBlasio just canceled all PLAIN CLOTHES COPS, remember? 600 aren’t working anymore.

When’s that jerk going to wake up and find YOU CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS…!! They’re THERE and you use them, or they’re not and you’re screwed!!??

The reason he is bearing down is because they landed outside his house and shot them off and blew their horns all night…. Good point..I bet the cops will not be in any rush to figure it out!

Unable to run for a third term in 2021 as New York City’s mayor Big Bird needs to destroy all he can before stepping down next year. Surely the misfit voters will toe the line and vote in the the most despicable democrat candidate whose platform will make any sane person leave the city for the hinterlands and spread the poison without living in the hell of the third world…for a time anyway.

Kennedy once said that, “A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces but also by the men it honors, the men it remembers.” We cannot change our nation’s history because history is always past tense. Yet, as we have seen, it is possible to erase history (and those who participated its creation) by removing statues and changing history books (this has been going on in the US now for a very long time). A nation that successfully destroys its history also destroys the fabric of national values. This is one of Barack Obama’s fundamental changes borrowed from the archives of communist revolutions in Russia and China.

What do Americans today value most? Through either commission or omission, they value the things they are willing to pay for, such as a welfare society that perpetuates the myth of white oppression. By the term welfare society, I include that aspect of it disguised as professional sports, which overwhelmingly hires thugs at enormous sums of money to “entertain” us and erecting costly statues of sexual and social deviants. It is difficult to imagine any society that is willing to pay millions of dollars to an athlete while happily sending their sons off to war at a minimum wage.

Who in their right mind votes for bottom feeders, such as Bill DeBlasio and Barack Obama? Answer: no one. Yet, both these squirrels were overwhelmingly elected (and re-elected) by the people whose bounty comes to them by the sacrifices of our forefathers, and in some cases by their tragic mistakes. The failure to repatriate blacks to their African homeland is but one example of past mistakes and if the preceding 160 years tells us anything at all, it is that one cannot get a square peg into a round hole. A large percent of our minority populations are culturally incompatible with mainstream white society. Increases in minority populations an escalating problem that we simply cannot fix. We are too far down this road for a change in direction. We must realize that our “United” States does not stand alone. Every western civilization today is in the same leaky boat. It isn’t a skin-color thing; it is purely cultural —and this cultural incompatibility poses a clear and present danger to the future of western society.

I would throw in Ted Kennedy and his “bill” that opened the floodgates to the huddled masses to flood our country without rhyme or reason…..until then we did have a responsible immigration policy.

Too bad JFK didn’t issue an executive order to have Teddy deported to anywhere outside the US or its territories. Mary Jo might still be alive today, and Obama might be running a stitching machine for NIKE foot ware in Indonesia.

Sadly it is only a matter of time until it comes to a city near us…towns….hamlets….because those who flee the diseased cities bring their filth with them…. it turned my wonderful rural oasis into another wasteland.

Awesome. Just… awesome. Just when I am beginning to think NYC leadership has pushed its collective behavior to the existing boundaries of rational thought, there is indisputable evidence I have simply underestimated the City’s ability ability to do so.

Oh, by the way, did you hear that BLM has taken down monuments to a Black Civil War regiment, a Quaker who volunteered as a Union officer (and, after the war, donated to Black colleges), and (among others) a statue of Stevie Ray Vaughan?

Where is this purported statue of “Marsha” Johnson? Not that I would hope that anyone might do to it the things that have been done to statues of our founding fathers.
