Lawless Planned Parenthood continues its wicked ways

Ripping off the SBA of late is just the tip of the iceberg. Let’s take a walk back and look at a just few of the illegal moves Planned Parenthood has made over the last years. Some old posts of mine. The latest:

Did Planned Parenthood knowingly defraud the Small Business Administration by having 37 affiliates acquire $80 million in loans from the Paycheck Protection ProgramA letter from 27 Senate Republicans to the Department of Justice lay out a case against the abortion chain, arguing that not only did the PPP disqualify Planned Parenthood from the program, the company complained publicly about the exclusion. That makes a prima facie case for criminal fraud, they argue, in a letter first published by National Review’s Alexandra de Sanctis:

According to this letter, a copy of which was provided exclusively to National Review, more than two dozen GOP senators want Barr to investigate and prosecute “those who would fraudulently steal millions of dollars in taxpayer funds during this pandemic.”

Lawless Planned Parenthood failed to report expenditures to Clinton and Feingold

So we give a 500 million dollars to Planned Parenthood and the “political arm” contributes to the golden arm of the Democratic party and one Hillary Clinton and this case tries to unseat Sen. Ron Johnson. This from 2016 Planned Parenthood gets over $500 million annually in public funds …

Of course the latest spending bill did nothing to slow Planned Parenthood down. Just how and why do they need a “political arm?” And why are they allowed to remain above the law?

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) says the political arm of Planned Parenthood in Wisconsin has been fined for failing to report nearly $120,000 in expenditures to support Hillary Clinton in her failed presidential bid and Russ Feingold’s failed attempt to unseat Sen. Ron Johnson (R).

The FEC report states, “Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin Political Fund failed to file two 48-Hour Reports to support independent expenditures totaling $116,898.08 disclosed on the 2016 October Quarterly Report.”

In a letter to Barnes, the FEC notes a negotiated penalty of $5,850 is due April 6 from the Planned Parenthood group. H/T: Breitbart

Planned Parenthood paid millions in Medicaid fraud settlements

Alliance Defending Freedom’s recent analysis of state and federal audits of family planning programs suggests that in 12 states, Planned Parenthood affiliates overbilled Medicaid for more than $8 million. One federal audit of New York’s Medicaid family planning program reported that certain providers, “especially Planned Parenthoods,” had engaged in improper practices resulting in overpayment.

There’s a whopping four-paragraph story headlined:

“Planned Parenthood finalizes $4.3 million lawsuit settlement.” That was an update of the earlier story they ran — the seven-sentence AP story that said the settlement was $1.3 million.

Hemingway summarized it perfectly:

Isn’t it just fascinating, though, that a private breast cancer charity (Susan B. Komen foundation) choosing to not give money to a massively federally funded group (that provides 300,000 abortions a year but zero mammograms) is top of the news for weeks — complete with breathless advocacy from reporters and anchors — but Medicaid fraud in the millions of dollars barely registers even the tiniest of blips in the news cycle? What’s the journalistic defense, if any?

Planned Parenthood lies, does not provide Mammograms

Just a few weeks ago, on national television, Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards said this about Rep. Mike Pence’s amendment to defund Planned Parenthood:

“If this bill ever becomes law, millions of women in this country are gonna lose their health care access–not to abortion services–to basic family planning, you know, mammograms.”

Yet this is blatantly false.

We got a tip from former Planned Parenthood director, Abby Johnson, that Planned Parenthood does not provide any mammogram services. Just to be sure, our investigative team called up 30 Planned Parenthood clinics in many major metropolitan areas. Every single one of the clinics told our actor that no, they do not provide mammograms. “We don’t provide those services whatsoever,” one staffer in Arizona said.

Finally this gruesome story about Planned Parenthood:

DOJ indicts 15 in ‘Chop Chop’ for eagles, fails to charge against sale of baby parts

DOJ indicts 15 in ‘Chop Shop’ for eagles, fails to charge against sale of baby parts

In this grisly story, we learn that the DOJ apparently is more concerned about the sale of illegal bird body parts than parts of aborted babies even thought they are ten times more valuable:

The Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has yet to respond to letters from the chairs of congressional committees that made criminal referrals regarding allegations that Planned Parenthood and its partners in the biomedical procurement industry profited from the sale of the body parts of aborted babies.

In a stunning contrast, however, the DOJ has indicted 15 individuals for illegally trafficking the body parts of eagles and other migratory birds.

In April, following a two-year undercover operation known as Project Dakota Flyer, the U.S. Attorney’s office in South Dakota announced the indictments of 15 individuals for illegally trafficking eagle body parts.

The indictments in the eagle body parts trafficking cases are based on “the sale and purchase of wildlife with a market value in excess of $350,” while the CMP videos and the congressional committees showed StemExpress to be selling the body parts of aborted babies from Planned Parenthood for prices in excess of $500.

In one exhibit, the House Select Panel’s investigation highlighted the fees paid for the baby body parts by the procurement businesses to the abortion clinics, and then the fees charged by the procurement businesses to their customers for those same parts.

“The records subpoenaed by Congress show Planned Parenthood making ten times more money off of baby body parts than the amounts that got the eagle traffickers indicted, and companies like StemExpress sell aborted baby body parts from Planned Parenthood at prices far higher than the eagle body parts traffickers are charged with,” Daleiden explains to Breitbart News.

In the illegal eagle trafficking cases, U.S. Attorney Seiler accused the defendants of a lack of reverence for the eagles – a national symbol.

‘‘There was no cultural sensitivity,” he said. “There was no spirituality.’

Other than this all is well in the swamp.

I have not seen this anywhere else, good find. First PP was allowed to continue providing abortions while hospitals were not allowed to perform elective surgeries and now it looks like they were basically getting bailed out through fraud at the same time. Absolutely sickening.

Right on Markone. While Bill Gates and company stay up nights coming up with technology to depopulate the West our Muslim friends continue pooping out eight future terrorists per family with the blessings of the One World plutocratic technocrats. Let all Amerikan infidels purchase their prayer rug on QVC in preparation for Eid-al-Fitr (End of Ramadanadingdong) this Sunday or feel the razor edged scimitar on their unholy necks. تصحبك السلامة

I fully realize that I’m preaching to the choir, but in what ways does any Middle Eastern person fit into American society? My guess is NO way. That being the case, why are they here? It must be the worst case of stupidity that prompts our government to admit people who publicly and continually call for the murder and mayhem of our people and society. This being true, then we can only lay blame on the US government for what happened at Corpus Christi. It would not have happened were it not for the pea-brained decision to admit Syrians and/or those from any other desert shit hole, including Somalia.

A few decades ago, a couple of low life’s with university level teaching credentials, billing themselves as social activists, came up with an idea that, at least so far, has worked out just great for the Democratic Party. The idea was to so overwhelm the welfare system to make it unable to respond to a myriad of attacks directed against it. The two disgusting sorts were Richard Cloward and Francis Fox-Piven. No one did more to create and expand the myth of white oppression than these two yokels. Cloward is dead now, but his wife Fox-Piven lives in Alberta, Canada … no doubt snorting every time she see’s a case like this. I believe, also, they were behind the now-infamous motor-voter act of 1993.

So where are we today? I can’t tell you how many, but I assume the numbers are large, of social activists who became state and federal bureaucrats since the Clinton Era. Today, they would be highly placed at various federal agencies and offices. I have little doubt that they lay awake at night and conger up all kinds of ways to circumvent the law. It doesn’t matter who the president is, or even which party controls congress … they are running the show. The shadow government. As demonstrated in earlier comments, these people, communists all, are mid-to-high level bureaucrats, lawyers, and judges who “know better” than the rest of us. No doubt some of these people have fooled themselves into believing that they are social warriors, and none of them would ever admit that they ARE the swamp or what they are doing is harmful to the Republic.

Who at IRS decides to prosecute anyone? Bureaucrats. Who singled out conservatives for tax audits? Bureaucrats. Who decides whether to prosecute tax fraud cases? Bureaucrats. The Cloward-Fox-Piven duo were low life scum, but they were brilliant in their efforts to destroy America. We continue feel these effects today. They, with the help of Lyndon Johnson, created the swamp. All that is required today to finish their work is to maintain the swamp. With some deference to AG Barr, the thousands of social-activist bureaucrats have so overwhelmed the DOJ and agency IGs (some of whom are themselves social warriors) that I seriously doubt that it can ever be fixed without extreme measures.

    It’s depressing.

“We the people” is one of those great lies, like George Washington cutting down a Cherry Tree. “We the people” only count once every two years, on election day. After that, “We the people” don’t matter to our political masters.

No longer Mustang do they have my vote every two years… Since they closed down our voting location for the June PA election we were told we had to send for a mail in ballot. They would not take us off the “prison yard.” Thus, I requested one… the hitch is that the option was a “forever” request. Thus long after I am “gone” the ballots will keep on coming…. just like Florida…. I do check to see if my vote turns up in Floria because one can check… 007 here.

So who’s complaining? Carrying a baby in one’s belly for nine months before a government paid abortion is less hassle than an unmarried ghetto rat taking a $10 p/month pill along with her ciggie and line while waiting for the boyfriend to return with BBQ chicken wings and $6 Starbucks coffee paid for with her SNAP card. Ain’t nuttin’ but a thang yo.

You know, and I know, and the governments know, that Moslems come here with all their little cultural doodahs, which includes polygamy, as if they were living back in the sandbox. But since plural marriages aren’t allowed here (except for Sanctuary Cities), the modern American Mossie keeps his stash in different apartments and they are pumping out babies like Chevy is Malibu’s … and since here’s no father of record, all the little Moslem chicks are drawing welfare benefits as multiple single mothers. It really can’t get better than that … if you’re a Mossie immigrant. I don’t fault the Mossies … I fault the government that is too stupid to close that loophole.

      The swamp really does stink.

I’ve seen similar stories in the past on selling parts. It makes me ill. It makes me wonder what “character” is lacking in anyone who involves themselves in such despicable atrocities. It’s sick. They will answer to a Higher Power some day – – and they will have no satisfactory or acceptable answer or explanation. They will have decided their fate while alive. Their afterlife will be based on their decisions. I would not want to be them on judgment day.

I don’t remember where I saw it, but ages ago I saw a cartoon, very minimally drawn. A man looking up to the clouds and sky, talking to God. He asked, “Why didn’t you give us the cure for cancer, so many other diseases, the answers to solving world hunger, the answers to no more wars?”

The dialogue balloon from the sky, God, said, ” I did. You aborted them all.” I will never forget that cartoon.

        Sorry to write so much.
