Tucker Carlson blind sides Trey Gowdy on his conflicting Russiagate stories

Tucker flattens Gowdy last night and it was a beautiful thing. Yesterday I posted that Gaetz pulled the first string on Gowdy’s unraveling at the end of the Hannity program on Friday.Representative Gaetz blasts Gowdy, Ryan for not using subpoenas

Didn’t take the drums long to start to pound on Hannity’s program and he was quickly wisked off the air….. I will add a few portions of earlier posts just to tie the bow on the package.

Here we go with Tucker last night…….

Trey Gowdy, Judge Napalitano flip on Trump – ‘Mueller doing it by the book’

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) recently suggested the FBI did nothing wrong when it used at least one government informant to secretly collect information on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

Public reports indicate, however, that Gowdy never even reviewed the relevant documents on the matter subpoenaed by Congress. In fact, a spokeswoman for Gowdy told The Federalist that the congressman doesn’t even know what documents and records were subpoenaed by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).

The briefing Gowdy and other lawmakers attended was scheduled at the behest of the White House after the Department of Justice (DOJ) obstructed the subpoena.

Activists and journalists were thrilled with Gowdy’s comments exonerating the FBI, claiming they “debunked” any concerns that people have about FBI behavior. CNN’s Manu Raju claimed, without providing evidence, that Gowdy had “seen the intel.”

Here we have Napolitano on Gowdy’s disputing of Trump’s ‘spygate’ claims. Included clips from the field day the MSM is having with it.

I guess we knew this was coming. Earlier this year:

Many of us bloggers wondered why the story

Uranium One Informant spills the beans yesterday to congress, no recording taken

Guess who is chair of the Committee and the members? Guess who is retiring? The likely suspects?

  • Trey Gowdy, South Carolina, Chair.
  • Jimmy Duncan, Tennessee.
  • Darrell Issa, California.
  • Jim Jordan, Ohio.
  • Mark Sanford, South Carolina.
  • Justin Amash, Michigan.
  • Paul Gosar, Arizona.
  • Scott DesJarlais, Tennessee.

I will let you connect the dots….. Gowdy has been on Trump’s tail and throwing him under the bus all week, why?

Other than that all is well in the swamp.

Now we know why so many of them retired instead of running to reelection in 2018 and why they are retiring in 2020, they all want to get out while the getting is good.

Gosh … an official congressional inquiry into matters relating to treasonous corruption not recorded. Several years ago, former actor turned GOP US Senator from Tennessee Fred Thompson launched an investigation into Chinese money going into the pockets of members of the US Congress. I think the investigation lasted for about a month—maybe two—before dropping the inquiry and permanently abandoning the investigation. A mildly curious person would wonder why. Who really knows, but my guess is that Thompson discovered that politicians accepting money from foreign sources was so prevalent that it would do the country little good to disclose it to voters, and I also suppose that it involved members of Congress from both parties. So, I am not surprised to hear that Gowdy and others of the GOP are running interference for the deep state. As I said yesterday, it’s a club thing.

Better yet, the Senate remains totally mute…. I thought they had a majority?? Please Fox don’t trot out Graham with his bromides about how he is going to bring those to task who have corrupted our government. Is Thompson around? Don’t think so.

Couldn’t agree more, that I no longer want to hear “big talker, no walker” Graham on FOX, or the news, or anywhere. I’m tired of his feigned outrage and zero action.

      Thompson passed away in 2015.

Mustang, as always you’ve hit the nail on the head. China, Russians, Uranium, Mueller, FBI, State Dept., Biden, Ukraine, Obama? The same government bureaucracies with different brainiacs that subsidized the 72’ Russian Wheat Deal better known as The Great Grain Robbery that led to the collapse of world grain markets and a dramatic rise in world food prices is going to get to the bottom of which of the above. As of today, for lack of a better word, the “good guys” are on the Schneid (in the schoolyard lingo that means they’ve yet to score.)

We didn’t see Tucker last night; Watched a rerun of Maine Cabin Masters. I am not surprised by Gowdy, he sure has said some stupid stuff and conflicting things too.

Well, it was interesting seeing Gowdy answer Tucker.
    As for your committee allegations?
I’m not ready to respond yet.

The GOP was in control of the House and no one wanted a recording of the Uranium one? They could have met in closed door if they thought it could compromise any investigation…which by the way I first posted about Uranium one back in 2010 I believe…when it first went down…found the story in some energy rag and no GOPer had the least bit of interest?

One of the people that amazed me the most was

    Ellen Farkas

She went on TV around the time Trump was elected and just made it all up

Transcripts that have been released from her closed door intergation proves that

I do wonder who was pulling her strings…❓❓❓

    I have a question if I may ask…

We helped a few Senior Citizens in our neighborhood to find out about their stimulus check which they have not yet received

They are on SSI or Disability

We really couldn’t find much out on the IRS site

Does anyone have any information about when these checks will be received

I had read some on Farkas….interesting and will look.. I got my check on Saturday and was surprised it was a check… Maybe your congressman could tell you.. don’t laugh.. 🙂 Maybe someone out here has something.
Hope all is well with you in NJ… was starting to be concerned

It will be sad if Gowdy turns out to have allied with the Deep State during all of this. I had previously held him in some regard due to his ability to take Democrats down a notch. Due to that, I was somewhat surprised when he defended the FBI (I attributed it to hero worship and the inability to change long-held beliefs).

Like I say, I hope he did not fully go to the dark side.

Looking through my old posts, there was a complete turn around over a period of about a month… I was totally taken aback,,,,I think the Uranium one which I mention in the post says all we need to know about the dark side…. finis… as far as I am concerned.

      • peter3nj Says:

The Dems from Zero on down need not worry as the Teflon deflection shields are up as always and if what my pessimism tells me comes to pass this will all be water 💦 under the bridge come November.

Peter…. the slow walk is getting slowed to a crawl……by the time November election comes we will see the GOP moved to the dustbin of history… Now the Dems have everything on the line and will stop at nothing to win the election including House and Senate… thus the ending of all of this..

You ask who might have pulled strings for Farkas.

Do you think it might rhyme with Obama, considering the recent Obamagate tape that was recently released?

Dear leader seems to be infinitely concerned about how the framing of Flynn now has totally unraveled. But, of course, that has all been observed here before.

Everyone except my wife and daughter in law received their stimulus check. If you have/had a federal tax refund direct deposited to your checking account the stimulus check direct deposited into your checking account also. If you had no refund, as in my case, your stimulus check would be mailed to you. Hope this helps.

Yep, seems there is no information unless they have your direct deposit info, which I think lots of older folks may not have. You can give it at the IRA site and get stimulus about a week after. Reluctant? Of course, but think “they” can’t find it if they want it…and use it. Think…was it Greece or Cyprus that confiscated 25% of their “subjects” bank accounts a few years ago.
Anyway if you want to: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
P.S. They’ve had my number for years now at S.S., but I still had to respond at this website, and it came though a week later. See “they” can handle it whether or not you set up yourself with your bank. Both ways…in and out, I think. 🙂
