Jim Acosta proves again that intelligence is hard to come by sometimes. He actually makes the point that walls work.

“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.” “How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice. “You must be,” said the Cat, or you wouldn’t have come here.”

After being exposed for airing a doctored video of President Donald Trump – made to look as if he was sticking his tongue out at the American people in an address to the nation – a local Seattle, Washington television station has fired the editor it says is responsible.

I lived in Az. for a decade with open borders. Damages, stink from dead bodies of immigrants in the heat of the desert….theft, drugs, garbage….you name it. Then in Texas (near McAllen), partial wall….not a sane idea. Desperately needs completion. It may not work 100% but it’d be better than what I’ve experienced living near border towns & the river.

But you see, you have “no standing”… referring to Mustang’s post yesterday. We are just the little people who know nothing but have to live with all our Masters decree upon us,

No, we don’t. We just do, sadly. I wish we could stand up and fight…like my idea of literally suing the gov’t for having to pay for what illegals get free.

The federal government declared itself immune to law suits unless it has specifically waived its right to immunity according to the Eleventh Amendment to the United States Constitution. It has done this in the past, but under rare circumstances. To sue the federal government, or states in federal court, the sovereign (US government or state government), must unequivocally consent to being sued. In Price v. US we find, “It is an axiom of our jurisprudence where the government is not liable to suit unless it consents thereto, and its liability in suit cannot be extended beyond the plain language of the statute authorizing it.”

And that is that…. Having experienced Eminent Domain it really works out great for the for them as an aside.
Especially with re-development. But that is worthy of another day’s post.

I saw this early this morning and have been wanting to thank you for singling those nimrods (Navarro and Acosta) out.

Isn’t it great when you get the opposition to demonstrate the logical and moral superiority of your argument? Navarro couldn’t continue to screech against the wall without exposing her hardheartedness against the victims of illegals — so she files her nails. And Acosta — genius that he is — stands by the fence, proves that it works, and then acts like it is proof that it doesn’t work.

I had a very frustrating ‘conversation’ with someone who is for open borders. I stated that he was operating on feelings instead of logic and law because he said that illegally crossing the border is a misdemeanor — it’s like jaywalking.

I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t care that illegal aliens are breaking our laws by being in the Country because doing so is not ‘illegal enough.’

How can we combat this illogical thinking? How do we fight against insanity?
