DHS confirms bad hombres from many countries in ‘migrant caravan’

This is looking like we are in for a real showdown. Anyone wonder just how these thousands of people  are making it this way without any organization? Food? Water?- among other things? Follow the money…as if we needed to investigate it to know. Meanwhile our congress remains mute.

How will this end?

DHS spox Tyler Houlton said Tuesday in a tweetstorm:

“The DHS can confirm that there are individuals within the caravan who are gang members or have significant criminal histories,” Tyler Houlton said.

The DHS then confirmed Judicial Watch’s reporting that people from Bangladesh, Congo, South Asia and the Middle East are also traveling with the caravan.

“Citizens of countries outside Central America, including countries in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and elsewhere are currently traveling through Mexico toward the U.S.,” Tyler Houlton added.

It takes a willing suspension of disbelief to think with this many people coming across the border there are not some bad apples in there and the Democrats know there are but they don’t care. It is also impossible to believe this is happening right before the election and these people are not being funded by Soros. This whole thing is a setup.

Um … one of the morons on the back of the truck was shouting, “Viva Mexico.” LOL … here’s an idea that just occurred to me. Shouldn’t people like that stay IN Mexico?

The same as the rest of the clowns who are waving their countries flags…..fix your own cesspool first before you come our way.

It is beyond belief and rational thinking for people from other countries to demand to be allowed into our Country — at will — for whatever reason, in whatever numbers – begin receiving benefits from the government immediately, and be given all the Rights, privileges, freedoms, liberties, and benefits of being a citizen…all the while waving their country’s flag and saying how awful the US is. That is literally insane behavior, yet….

I’ve been writing a series of “Old West Tales” at one of my blogs. These historic stories tell us that Central America has never been a friend to the United States. Since the Texas Revolution, Mexicans and Tejanos (often referred to as hyphenated Mexicans) have intentionally resisted Texians, Texans, and the American people. They don’t mind coming here to take advantage of our liberally applied free resources, while at the same time, never hesitate to use every opportunity to shove it up our collective butts. Examples of “shoving it” include sending drugs into the USA, cross border murder, rape, and theft, knowingly, willingly, and fraudulently receiving welfare and medical benefits, coming here to birth their children, aiding and abetting the infiltration of Middle Eastern terrorists, and helping to facilitate caravans of thousands of people. It’s been going on since around 1836 … and it won’t stop until we construct the Trump Wall.

By the way … the discussion about sending the US military to the border to prevent caravanners from entering the US is almost laughable. Think about this: the US-Mexican border (Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California) is 1,954 miles long. There are sections along this border that are almost inaccessible. Does anyone think that we can plug every inch of that distance with our military? So I say again, build the Trump Wall.

Excellent points as usual. As I said elsewhere…any action Trump attempts will end up in court… unless I am mistaken, the invasion is headed toward California as opposed to Texas… longer but they will have the 9th circuit and sanctuary cities.

You are correct, Bunks … but I think my Old West Tales (https://thoughtsfromafar.blog) posts present a balanced narrative of actual events. The US-Central American relationships are far too complex for short commentaries. At Fix Bayonets (https://fixbayonetsusmc.blog), I offer what I think is a sophisticated understanding of American intervention in Mexico, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Manifest destiny was a successful strategy from Atlantic to Pacific; it failed miserably in South and Central America. The Spanish DNA was irretrievably destroyed by the infusion of Arab blood.

“I am sure one of the NGO’s who receive millions for resettlements will find a way to collect them and find a place near us. A migrant on every street.”

I was shocked to find out this morning the number of young children and college students who are homeless without families in our states. That was never heard of in my local schools growing up in the late 60s and 70s. At the same time the federal government continues to open its doors to illegal immigrants and asylum refugees. It’s no wonder we have people living in the streets. We are looking more and more like a third world country every day.
Articles below are a small taster of the growing homeless students in our states.

Anyone read this Breitbart article Exclusive–Ken Cuccinelli: States Can Stop Migrant Caravan ‘Invasion’ with Constitutional ‘War Powers’

Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution, third paragraph, lists some things that the states can do under some certain circumstances. And [the Constutition] says that no state shall enter into war without the permission of Congress unless they are actually invaded.

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/10/23/exclusive-ken-cuccinelli-states-can-stop-migrant-caravan-invasion-with-constitutional-war-powers/

People seeking asylum follow the laws, they present themselves at embassies or legitimate border crossings. Everyone else is an invader and states have the Constitutional authority to stop all of them by whatever means necessary.

Thanks…. I had heard something about it..but not the details. Of course any action will be taken to court… but this is Texas so who knows… but it will tear the country apart. That is for sure.

But few will accept this as an invasion but simply the “give me your poor huddled masses yearning to be free.” The wretched refuse of your teeming shore as the song goes. It will end in court and all hell will break lose. But heck, I am game. What are the options?
