Trump digging up dirt on Mueller’s 15 Attorneys, new offensive

Finally it looks like Trump is getting the dogs out and going after Mueller. Where is Sessions and his going after Comey and Hillary? Gateway Pundit has a look at the 15 Attorneys that Mueller has put together at the Gateway link below:

As TGP previously reported, The Washington Post claimed that President Trump’s legal team are exploring ways to “scale back” Mueller’s investigation. This is great news, considering many believe Mueller is not an independent arbiter of the investigation and is abusing his power by investigating trivial business transactions.

Not only is Trump asking his advisers about his power to pardon family members and even himself in connection with the probe, The New York Times is reporting that President Trump is also going on the offensive. FINALLY!

Trump’s aides are seeking leverage as they investigate Mueller’s investigators.

Per The New York Times:

President Trump’s lawyers and aides are scouring the professional and political backgrounds of investigators hired by the special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, looking for conflicts of interest they could use to discredit the investigation — or even build a case to fire Mr. Mueller or get some members of his team recused, according to three people with knowledge of the research effort.

The search for potential conflicts is wide-ranging. It includes scrutinizing donations to Democratic candidates, investigators’ past clients and Mr. Mueller’s relationship with James B. Comey, whose firing as F.B.I. director is part of the special counsel’s investigation.

Most of us have known this for a while…where was the White House? We were shocked at the Hillary-lovin’ jerks Mueller’s selected..DNC contributors, etc.
SO….the media’s painting this as “Trump is scared of what Mueller’s finding so he needs to get rid of them”
This MUST be combated articulately from the WH (good luck with that…why start now?) …name by name. TO THE PUBLIC..NAME by NAME?”
Joe Schmo. Attorney. Hillary backer. Gave $4000 to the DNC
Anna Jackson Attorney Hillary Consultant Worked for Clintons for 10 years.
    Etc etc

Instead, it’ll be a nightmare of rumors and Trump will continue to look horrid because the truth isn’t clearly relayed..
    HELP!!

Pat Buchanan isn’t very optimistic. Doesn’t think it will end well. I heard him last night on Fox.. Clinton’s guy went on for 7 years I think I heard…. Trump won;t stand for it. No doubt a saturday night massacre.. We shall see where that leads… why not attack the Dems? Change the topic.. Sessions should start it.

There is no doubt in my mind Mueller is not acting independently and this has become a witch hunt. I also wonder it he is expanding the investigation into Trump’s private finances is because there is nothing there to show collusion. He seems hell-bent on finding something, even if it is not related to the election. I am glad to see Trump fighting back, hopefully he will find something but even if he does will Mueller be as honorable as Sessions and recuse himself from the investigation? I doubt it…

The fact that there are no leaks of any other investigations indicate that everyone is single focused. Where is Sessions looking into Obama and his henchmen? Why are all the hearings closed such as Rice et al? Where is the Clinton investigation that would get the heat off of TRUMP??

It seems reasonable for rational people to think along the same line…but for those who just want to destroy Trump nothing is reasonable.

Political donations are an expression of free speech; people can give to whomever they wish. I do think, however, that once they contribute, it is fair to evaluate their political behavior based on that stated preference. Fact: Donald Trump donated considerable money to Hillary Clinton’s senatorial campaigns in the past, and from what I understand, has also contributed to the Clinton Cartel Foundation.

I do like to see a president pushing back against the Clinton Cartel, but I hardly see where Trump occupies the moral high-ground on this issue. If Trump or any of his henchmen have not broken laws, or have not acted inappropriately with respect to (fill in the blank), then Trump + Henchmen have nothing to fear. All that said, I’m still wondering who the mental midget was who picked Mueller in the first place.

Note: the terms “special prosecutor, special counsel, and independent counsel” are synonymous. I do not see Mueller as an “independent” counsel, and if he is in fact stacking the deck against Trump with RINOS or other worthless critters, then I think Trump has a right to take this matter before the US Supreme Court.

I disagree with you on this one. This is simply a “gotcha” moment. The intent is not honorable. A couple of these lawyers worked for the Clinton foundation. I know that the law firm i chose to handle my case could not take it because someone in the office had done a case for the other side years before. What did Bill Clinton’s blue dress have anything to do with with the special prosecutor’s original mission?
If I were Trump I would stick it to them. Sainthood is not required for the position.

I meant to ask you, what is the method that he has to take this to the Supreme Court?

I agree that if Mueller is stacking the deck, then it is a gotcha moment … which led me to think that Trump could petition the high court to halt a malicious prosecution. On second thought, however, this wouldn’t fly if the federal government grants immunity to prosecutors and judges. It is amazing to me that our only check on the abuses of a court is another court.

Trump has the option to firing them. Which seems absurd. But my understanding is that the intent was for the Congress to take care of this sort of thing. Impeachment. We got rid of the special prosecutor thing because of all of the abuses that occurred in the past. How did we get to this again? When Mueller goes after Clinton then I will be a believer in his objectivity. Much more concrete evidence of wrong doing.

The only way to go offensive is to fire Rosenstein and Mueller. Oh, it might hurt him in the short run, but honestly, we all know its a witch hunt. No matter the outcome, folks aren’t going to be happy. I sure like to take the President to task for publicly rebuking Sessions. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Mr. President. You/Trump seem to be loosing control, just saying. NEVER EVER rebuke your employee(s) in public, you got issues, take it up personally. PERIOD. He really ticked me off, I might be biased because personally speaking, Sessions is one of the good guys, but never ever do that, rightly so or not. Take it up personally. AND for petes sake, get rid of Ivanka and Jared, enough. 🙂

Sessions didn’t handle his recusal well at all. First, he should have waited at least until Trump got his own head of the FBI in place, not some leftover lackey. He gave Trump 15 minutes notice. He had to know how this was going to go and where it would lead.
Sessions is doing a great job, but it burns Trump no end to see this nonsense consuming their time. We disagree on this one.

Oh…no, you mistaken me…I agree about Sessions…All I am saying is Trump should of never ever put rebuked him in public. Sessions is a real good guy who made a horrible mistake—Trump needs to get a handle on things, but it is hard to do when his staff isn’t in place. Someone in his circle is leaking stuff……I wish he would realize that.
