We get a little more insight into who U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara really is. I had forgotten that he was the man who went after D’Souza, a conservative film maker. A good clip that brings us up to speed is included:
Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza is not among those angered by the firing of former U.S. attorney Preet Bharara.
That’s because Bharara was the prosecutor that was responsible for helping make D’Souza a convicted felon and serving 8 months in prison on charges of election fraud.
And D’Souza did appear on “Fox & Friends” on Monday where he lambasted Bharara as “ruthless and very deceitful.”
“No American has ever been convicted for prosecuted, let alone locked up, for doing what I did,” D’Souza said before explaining how Bharara did it. “He took a series of cases, all involving corruption, and altered the facts of those cases to conceal the corruption to try to con the judge into sending me to federal prison.
“It didn’t really work but it is a window into the soul of Preet Bharara.”
D’Souza said Bharara is a “media darling” because of grandstanding as he did this week when he forced President Donald Trump to fire him.
“When I was in confinement Bharara was kind of laughing (and) now that he’s unemployed I’m kind of laughing,” he said.

I think D’Souza is brilliant, his books on Obama reveal a deep understanding – and good riddance to Bharara

Da Souza disappoints me. He should know better than anyone that this fiend isn’t fired; he’ll be back sucking the communist teat in an upcoming cycle. Best not to go out of one’s way to create a greater threat to himself; there are other ways to expose the rat other than to ‘laugh’ during a few seconds of prime time television. What Da Souza should be considering is a law suit alleging malicious prosecution. Unhappily, Da Souza did break the law, which are ridiculous as it might have been, does open the door exposing himself to legal jeopardy. Bottom line: conservatives have to be smarter than the other side. So far, they have not demonstrated this capacity. On the other hand, what do I know?

I say you are on target. I am sympathetic since getting sent to the pokey was a bit over the top. I thought his film was a good one. Trump is out there on the tight rope right now, and no body but himself can he trust. Ryan is a despicable man in my book.

Bharara is a nasty man…he hasn’t investigated Hillary—but sure had gone after Trump…I knew his goose was cooked when I read he was Schumer’s “boy”. Bharara is the guy went after the Ponzi scheme/ Bernie Madoff.
