The United States coup d’é·tat is well underway

The vultures are circling. Flynn’s demise is only the beginning. The coup is underway. Make no mistake. Morning Joe is over the top this morning. Hysterical. The drums are beating. Reality has been lost. The coup is underway. Bloomberg has this:

…He was also a fat target for Democrats. Remember Flynn’s breakout national moment last summer was when he joined the crowd at the Republican National Convention from the dais calling for Hillary Clinton to be jailed.

In normal times, the idea that U.S. officials entrusted with our most sensitive secrets would selectively disclose them to undermine the White House would alarm those worried about creeping authoritarianism. Imagine if intercepts of a call between Obama’s incoming national security adviser and Iran’s foreign minister leaked to the press before the nuclear negotiations began? The howls of indignation would be deafening.

In the end, it was Trump’s decision to cut Flynn loose. In doing this he caved in to his political and bureaucratic opposition. Nunes told me Monday night that this will not end well. “First it’s Flynn, next it will be Kellyanne Conway, then it will be Steve Bannon, then it will be Reince Priebus,” he said. Put another way, Flynn is only the appetizer. Trump is the entree. Read the whole thing at Bloomberg

Kristol’s tweet is quite telling, there is an effort to take Trump down from within the government and this is going to get ugly. Trump needs to clean house and fast.

I can’t get rid of the picture in my mind of Schumer with a smile from ear to ear while eating the morning’s free bagel and coffee. He’s making a list he’s checking it twice he’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice…

Flynn earned his right to be fired by his disloyalty to Trump

Flynn a DemocRat should have told Pence the whole situation with his Russian phone calls

Trump is a man of integrity

If you’re loyal to him he is loyal in return and will have your back fight for you and go any distance for you

You “lie” to Trump and your done

    Time to move on…󾓦

I would like to see the transcript of what was Flynn said. We shall see. We may disagree on this one. Was it an off hand remark a few weeks before the Trump admin took over? And why did Obama start this whole thing with Russia a couple of weeks before he left. I don;t trust the so called deep state one bit.

I don’t think Flynn said anything wrong. The FBI said they found nothing ‘troubling’ in the transcript. The problem is that it’s ‘confidential.’ The accusation is enough because they don’t have to prove that accusation and no one else can disprove it without revealing confidential info. It’s diabolical and damn serious to have one intelligence agency blatantly working against the president. They will continue to do this until they are removed. President Trump will not continue to allow his people to be targeted.

Purge them all and eliminate the CIA – no Constitutional authority for it anyway.

I’m not concerned about Flynn because I never liked him as part of President Trump’s administration. I don’t trust him, he has too much baggage, and he was too great of a target for President Trump’s enemies.

I never thought Flynn should have been part of President Trump’s administration. I just couldn’t bring myself to believe the guy.

Loyalty is key with President Trump.

I do believe you are correct, 100%…the knives are sharpened. He better start getting a backbone and soon…I’m not sure if I trust Pence at this point in time…I think KellyAnne will resign—due to the fact she just cant handle it….she is looking rough….as for Priebus, he’s next…I think he’s a leak-part of the problem…Bannon—no…Bannon knows where the bodies are buried…and surprised no on has killed him yet. (like the conspiracy of Breitbart himself)
