Obama gives King Abdullah 5 minutes, treats him as badly as Netanyahu

Obama treats our only true Muslim friend in the Middle East as trash. Five minutes at the airport? But anyone who disagrees with our King is not worthy of hearing a few words that oppose his righteous thought.

King Abdullah is the war time leader I wish we had. Obama was blowing off a meeting with him until there was such an outcry, that he spent less than 5 minutes with him in the airport as the King was leaving. Abdullah really understands what is happening, has no problem calling it a ‘civil war within Islam’.

Addressing members of Congress that evening, Obama emphasized, “As we focus on destroying [IS], over-the-top claims that this is World War III just play into their hands.” The American leader’s assertion that such dire warnings about IS are misguided directly contradict one of Abdullah’s main talking points when traveling overseas.

Over and over — whether at the United Nations General Assembly podium, during an interview with PBS’ Charlie Rose or even in Kosovo — the Jordanian monarch has declared that the battle against IS is “a third world war, and I believe we must respond with equal intensity.”

After IS kidnapped Jordanian pilot Lt. Muath Al-Kaseasbeh and burned him alive in a cage in February of last year, the Jordanian air force launched a series of strikes against IS targets in Syria and Iraq. Jordan claimed to have killed 7,000 fighters in the days following Kaseasbeh’s execution.

Obama’s minimizing of the IS campaign speaks to a fundamental divergence with Abdullah and has led many leading thinkers in Amman to question America’s determination and willingness to, in the president’s own words, “degrade and ultimately destroy [IS].” If the world’s strongest and most advanced military cannot defeat a far inferior and less organized group, what are Obama’s true intentions?

Well, I did counsel King Abdullah to kick Barack’s ass … too much of a gentleman, I guess.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, its about as surprising as the state-run infotainment media sweeping this under the rug, along with the story of the Iranian mullahs humiliating us and scoring a gigantic propaganda coup.

Civil war in Islam? Yes, but that’s what it’s always been since the beginning. The group that says the leader since Muhammed must be a blood relative and the group that says non-family can take over the lead (I think relative: Shia vs Sunni). Both plan to lead in the tenets of the Quran. No civil war to change the basic tenets of Islam, i.e. still is subjugation of all on earth. That’s the way I’ve understood it. And by lies and anyway possible, including terror, invasion, rape, and killing.
    Seems to be working.
