The Libs can’t handle the disturbing Planned Parenthood videos

My internet was down yesterday, giving me the opportunity to spend my day watching C-Span and the Planned Parenthood hearing rather than disturbing myself with the latest world news which I will only find out more of by scouring the internet.

But alas. It was a debacle. No videos were available since apparently the Liberal 9th circuit court has put a hold on them. So why then the hearing? The argument seemed to be unfocused, with the chopping up of baby parts for money getting scant attention. More important to the argument were the cuts made to the clips due to bathroom breaks. Thus, the theory was the videos were pre-fabbed to make PP look bad.

But next time, let’s show the videos? Huh? Bonus time– an earlier post whose info did not come up in the discussion.

Hillary Clinton: ‘It’s just those old conspiracy guys sticking the fork into me again’

Spin, spin, spin. Telling Chuck Todd how the State Department and her E-mail worked. Chuck being the patsy that he is doesn’t bear down. Still, Hillary managed to dig into her vault of blame the other guy, pulls it out one more time. Hillary we are really getting sick of this. (Original clip was removed, this is a replacement)- Full interview.

Facing a barrage of questions Sunday morning from Meet The Press anchor Chuck Todd, Hillary Clinton brought back an old tactic from the Clinton playbook: blame the messenger.

The Democrat facing an onslaught of investigations into her use of private email during her tenure as secretary of state referred to concerns she tried to avoid oversight and may have compromised the security of classified information as a “conspiracy theory.”

“Another conspiracy theory?” Clinton said, exasperated by Todd’s repeated inquiries into why she felt the need to go around the government system for record-keeping.

Clinton referred to the notion as “totally ridiculous,” then turned to portray the scandal, which the FBI is currently investigating, as a partisan attack on her.

“You might remember during the ’90s, there was a bunch of them and, you know, all of them turned out to be not true,” Clinton said.

Clinton took it a step further, asserting she has taken steps no other government figure ever has in an effort to be open with the American people.

“There’s only so much I can control,” she said, claiming she has been “as transparent as possible” regarding her private server.

Clinton boasted that despite a “barrage of attacks” on her character from Republicans, she still won her race to become senator in New York. She made the case that Americans will still vote for her despite the Republican machine working against her. More at the Free Beacon

Kerry says Russian buildup in Syria is just to protect its forces UPDATE:

UPDATE:

Syria Uses New Russian Jets To Strike Islamic State…

So maybe maybe not to protect its forces?

Is Kerry really this stupid? Why yes. And I heard on the news that Russia is making its way into Iraq, so of course there is nothing to see, move right along. And the better part? Pay back is swell. Recall we kicked the old Soviets out of Afghanistan because we wanted to support the soon to be al-Qaeda. Round and round we go:

Russia’s recent military buildup in Syria is consistent with protecting its own forces in the country, Secretary of State John Kerry said during a press conference on Tuesday.

“It is the judgment of our military and most experts,” Kerry said, “that the level and type represents basically force protection.”

Kerry’s remarks came after reports that Russia had added aerial support — including drones, attack helicopters and aircraft — to its forces in Syria’s Latakia province.

Moscow and Washington disagree on how to solve Syria’s four-year civil war, which has killed more than 200,000 people and displaced millions. While Russia has supported Syrian President Bashar Assad for years, the U.S. believes Assad’s abnegation of power is critical to peace.

“If they are there to shore up Assad and to simply stand there in a way that provides Assad with continued sense that he doesn’t have to negotiate,” Kerry said about Russia, “then I think it’s a problem for Syria and it’s a problem for everybody who wants to bring an end to this conflict which has gone on for too long now.”

Kerry said Moscow’s long-term plans in Syria are still unclear, but he added the U.S. is prepared to work with them on diplomatic solutions. The two nations share some goals. More at Time

Obama touts religious freedom, meanwhile forces abortion support

Recall the thousands of waivers that were given to the administration’s cronies when Obamacare first came along? The Catholics were not so lucky. One thing is for sure. The Obama team is relentless with their thousands of lawyers.

(CNSNews.com) – “So we stand with you in defense of religious freedom and interfaith dialogue, knowing that people everywhere must be able to live out their faith free from fear and free from intimidation.”

That is part of what President Barack Obama said—in touting his administration’s commitment to religious liberty—when he greeted Pope Francis at the White House today.

Among the religious institutions involved in these lawsuits with the administration are 15 Catholic dioceses and archdioceses, and multiple Catholic universities, schools and religious orders.

“The Obama administration has just told the Catholics of the United States, ‘To Hell with you!’” the bishop wrote in the column. “There is no other way to put it.”At the same time, according to a count maintained by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, Obama’s Justice Department is actively fighting 56 separate federal court cases aimed at forcing 140 religious ministries and institutions to cooperate with an Obamacare regulation that requires virtually all health care plans in the United States to cover contraceptives, sterilizations and abortion-inducing drugs and devices.

The Catholic Church teaches that contraceptives, sterilization and abortion are morally wrong.

Mohamed’s Clock Was ‘Purposeful Hoax’? Another Balloon boy?

So we have another balloon boy. It had been reported that the little Muslim boy had been uncooperative with the police regarding his “invention,” but the media was more than happy to disregard that information. Up up and away little Muslim boy. Enjoy the White House, and the scholarship and all the goodies coming your way as one of the newly oppressed. Oh and the Police suit you will be bringing should enrich your families lives just perfectly. You know what? This is really getting old

On “The Kelly File,” last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted to allegations that Texas teenager Ahmed Mohamed did not create a clock and instead simply took apart an existing clock and transplanted the guts into a pencil box.

Hillary Clinton ‘I am a real person’ – three words

I am just finishing a long road trip, so offering up this as a short reminder of my trip. I caught this as I listened to Fox on Sirius radio. Lucky me. Some people collect nick knacks as vacation reminders, I chose this one. Yes, a real person. Enjoy. Especially her cackle which is the “tell” that she is lying.

Chris Dickerson just inadvertently got Hillary Clinton to have another in a growing list of awful movements. The Potemkin campaign continues. She’s a gaffe machine. She can’t help but come across as plastic.

Obama and Biden’s plan for Iran and Syria since 2007

As we peer out the kaleidoscope of the Looking Glass and consider what 100,000 or more Syrians will do to the United States, lets review how we got here. It was all spelled out in earlier statements of Biden and Obama of the intention, especially during the first primary, of Iran becoming a “stabilizing force.” And good old Joe did just that. This has been the plan from the beginning. Iraq to become a failure. Check. Turn to Iran to become a stabilizing force. Check. Below the clip are the notes. Just for a refresher. And we are surprised at where we are?

During the Presidential debate on Monday, Barack Obama resorted to his usual style of rhetoric to evade scrutiny of his disastrous policies on Iran and Syria. However, he can’t hide the fact, that from day one, ever since he rose to national prominence, he has sought to befriend the Syrian and Iranian regimes, despite their atrocious and despicable nature.

The President’s voice was nowhere to be heard, in 2009, during the post-election demonstrations in Iran, much to the chagrin of the Iranian protesters. And, despite his claims to the contrary, Obama sent two letters to the Supreme leader of Iran, in which he made some shocking concessions and also offered to conduct negotiations with the despotic regime.

In 2010, Obama returned the U.S. ambassador to Syria; the ambassador had been recalled by President Bush after the assassination of Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Harri.

Moreover, in July of 2009, the Obama administration announced a decision to ease sanctions on Syria.

And who can forget Obama’s incredibly ridiculous statement, during the Democratic Presidential debate, in 2007, when he was asked if he’d be willing to negotiate with the leaders of Iran, Syria etc.

Obama replied: “I think that it is a disgrace that we have not spoken to them. We’ve been talking about Iraq — one of the first things that I would do in terms of moving a diplomatic effort in the region forward is to send a signal that we need to talk to Iran and Syria because they’re going to have responsibilities if Iraq collapses. They have been acting irresponsibly up until this point. But if we tell them that we are not going to be a permanent occupying force, we are in a position to say that they are going to have to carry some weight, in terms of stabilizing the region.”

The Iranian and Syrian regimes “are going to have to carry some weight, in terms of stabilizing” Iraq and the region??? Are you kidding me?

Unbelievable!

And, let’s not forget some of Joe Biden’s preposterous statements on Iran.

In October 2001, shortly after the 9/11 attacks, Biden was quoted as telling committee staffers, during a meeting, “Seems to me this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran.”

[Biden] looks around the table with raised eyebrows, a How do ya like that? look on his face.

The staffers sit in stunned silence. Finally somebody ventures a response: “I think they’d send it back.” Then another aide speaks up delicately: “The thing I would worry about is that it would almost look like a publicity stunt.”

World Net Daily reported in 2005:

Last year, Biden held a high-level, 90-minute meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi, which took place in a lounge in full view of reporters during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The U.S. has had no official relations with Iran since the 1979 Islamic Revolution…

Biden reportedly told Kharrazi he is… urging his own government to rethink its positions [towards Iran].

Newsmax reported in 2008:

Sen. Barack Obama and his newly-picked running mate, Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware, may have sparred during the primaries. But on one issue they are firmly united: the need to forge closer ties to the government of Iran.

Kaveh Mohseni, a spokesman for the Student Movement Coordination Committee for Democracy in Iran, calls Biden “a great friend of the mullahs.”

He notes that Biden’s election campaigns “have been financed by Islamic charities of the Iranian regime based in California and by the Silicon Iran network,” a loosely-knit group of wealthy Iranian-American businessmen and women seeking to end the U.S. trade embargo on Iran.

“In exchange, the senator does his best to aid the mullahs,” Mohseni argues.

Biden’s ties to pro-Tehran lobbying groups are no secret. But so far, the elite media has avoided even mentioning the subject….

At a March 2002 conference in Washington, D.C., sponsored by the American-Iranian Council (AIC), Biden made the case for closer U.S. ties to the government of Iran. “I believe than an improved relationship with Iran is in the naked self-interest of the United States of America,” Biden said…

[Biden’s] decision to address the American-Iranian Council and other pro-Tehran groups has angered many Iranian-Americans.

“Biden has been too cozy with the supporters of the Iranian regime, which is anti-American, anti-Iranian, and has a horrendous human rights record,” said Sardar Haddad, an Iranian pro-democracy activist based in Texas.

The American-Iranian Council was founded by Hoosang Amirahmadi, a Rutgers University professor of urban studies who tried to run for president of the Islamic Republic in 2005.

Funded in part by oil giant CONOCO, which hoped to secure lucrative oil contracts, AIC has lobbied consistently to get U.S. trade sanctions on Iran eliminated…

Sunday Respite- ‘Tight Rope’

Here are my sentiments for today.

I’m up on the tightwire
One side’s ice and one is fire
Its a circus game with you and me
I’m up on the tightrope
One side’s hate and one is hope
But the tophat on my head is all you see
And the wire seems to be
The only place for me
A comedy of errors
And I’m falling

**Chorus**
Like a rubber-neck giraffe
You look into my past
Well maybe you’re just to blind to – see
I’m up in the spotlight
Ohh does it feel right
Ohh the altitude
Seems to get to me

I’m up on the tightwire
Flanked by life and the funeral pyre
Putting on a show
For you to see

**Chorus**
Like a rubber-neck giraffe
You look into my past
Well maybe you’re just too blind to – see
I’m up in the spotlight
Ohh does it feel right
Ohh the altitude
Really gets to get to me

I’m up on the tightwire
Flanked by life and the funeral pyre
Putting on a show for you to see

Hillary Clinton? E-Mail smoking gun found

Kudos to Judicial Watch and their tireless FOIA requests that are having much more success than any Congressional Committee in getting to the truth of the matter regarding the corrupt Clinton machine. Do read the link to the full truth. Why is this not on the news? Here we go:

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released Obama administration correspondence containing a letter from Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick F. Kennedy asking Hillary Clinton’s lawyer to destroy all electronic copies of a classified email found in records Clinton decided to turn over to the State Department six months before.  Clinton’s attorney, David Kendall, rejected the request as Congress and other investigators had demanded electronic records be preserved.  The correspondence also shows Hillary Clinton has ignored a demand to turn over all electronic copies of the approximately 55,000 pages of emails she previously returned in paper form.  The correspondence was disclosed by the State and Justice Departments in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in which Judicial Watch is asking a court to issue a preservation order to protect any emails Clinton has yet to turn over, including those emails in which she and her lawyers unilaterally determined to be personal. (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (1:12-cv-02034))

The Kennedy letter shows that the State Department knew that Clinton had classified material on her email system two months before it was disclosed publicly onJuly 23, when Congress was alerted to the issue by the inspector general of the intelligence community.

Once you have made the electronic copy of the documents for the Department, please locate any electronic copies of the above-referenced classified document in your possession. If you locate any electronic copies, please delete them. Additionally, once you have done that, please empty your “Deleted Items” folder. The Kennedy letter shows that the State Department knew that Clinton had classified material on her email system two months before it was disclosed publicly onJuly 23, when Congress was alerted to the issue by the inspector general of the intelligence community.

Clinton’s attorney responds several weeks later, on June 15 – saying it would not be “prudent” to delete the email.  David Kendall writes:

This will also confirm that, pursuant to your request, we have deleted all electronic copies of this document, with the following exception. I have received document preservation requests pertaining to the 55,000 pages of e-mails from the House of Representatives Select Committee on Benghazi, the Inspector General of the State Department, and the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (DNI). I have responded to each preservation request by confirming to the requestor that I would take reasonable steps to preserve these 55,000 pages of former Secretary Clinton’s e-mails in their present electronic form. I therefore do not believe it would be prudent to delete, as you request, the above-referenced e-mail from the master copies or the PST file that we are preserving.
