Supreme Court slaps Obama down unanimously once again

Once again the entire Supreme Court knocks down the Obama administration. Funny, this didn’t seem to make the news. This adds up to over 20 unanimous decisions that went against him. His two Supreme picks apparently are not so ready to move to a totalitarian government.
Back to the good news:
A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against President Obama’s new deportation in a ruling Tuesday that marks the second major legal setback for an administration that had insisted its actions were legal.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Texas, which had sued to stop the amnesty, on all key points, finding that Mr. Obama’s amnesty likely broke the law governing how big policies are to be written.
“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion.

This is great news and it means amnesty is on hold until SCOTUS rules on it. Unless Obama ignores the ruling because after all he has ignored the first ruling once already.

Is that worded wrong? I’d LOVE to see any of OBAMA’s “DEPORTATION!” That, I don’t think would be shot down except maybe by the 9th circuit, which never met an illegal it didn’t love and treat like an endangered species.
You are so right; who’s heard he got smacked down by TX? Conservatives, no libs; they just can’t TAKE the truth….and if it happens to their master, they’re REALLY upset.

Just Higginson also said the fight was a political battle, not a legal one…”
No, no, no, no and absolutely not!!!
The power delegated to the president by the Constitution is that:
“…he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…”
Nothing in there gives any discretion to the president regarding executing the laws passed by Congress…nothing!
The fight is absolutely a legal one — it’s about our Supreme Law – the Constitution – and the president’s outright refusal to carry out his Constitutional duties and fulfill his oath of office.
