Just in case anyone thinks this regime has let its foot off the neck of those who might reveal anything negative about this regime, I bring you this.
It has been quite awhile since I have written anything about the Veterans Affairs scandal but today we heard a new, and quite disturbing, accusation: Veterans Affairs officials have been illegally accessing the medical records of whistleblowers in an attempt to discredit them.
Here is more:
An official at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel said Monday that Department of Veterans Affairs officials are known to be retaliating against VA whistleblowers by illegally going through their medical records, in an apparent attempt to harass and discredit these whistleblowers.
This surprising testimony from Special Counsel Carolyn Lerner was delivered at a House Veterans Affairs subcommittee hearing, which was called to discuss the problems whistleblowers face when they try to expose the ongoing failure of the VA to provide medical care to veterans.
In Lerner’s prepared testimony, she explained that many VA officials who try to reveal these problems are veterans…

Thank you so much for reblogging this! This has slipped from the minds of the American people and that is sad.

The VA along with the depot’s of energy and education should be shut down. As it is so private charities are helping veterans who are not given the complete long term care they need and deserve. And the disgrace engendered by the government and this and past administrations seems to be endless. Fuck the veterans. how about another $50 million for an overseas Mooch vacation with 60 of her closest friends?

Not like but agree with comment. The “fuck the vets” will be the Clinton stance too.

Well it started with the degenerate Clinton draft dodger and hippy generation with spiting on returning soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen after Viet Nam, even before Slick and Hillary came into office.
As for outrage, they, the above degenerates, in charge now and all else who were parents are gone now and others to young to remember. I read though, in comments, that Chelsea Clinton spit on military assigned to the White House back in the day. I don’t really know however. I’ve also read comments from vets back in the day who were spat upon when coming home don’t want to hear the “thank you for your service” remark. There should be a medal for being spat upon by your own country people.
Outrage is called for, for sure. Maybe with Cotton and if West can get back in some position to do something, it may come about. Slowly I guess though, but who cares (except us) now?
