Here is a story that should put our teeth on edge. Not bad enough that we add scores to the so-called “Minorities” but better yet, let’s take away points away from Asians because you know, they are just brighter and that disadvantages others. Let mediocrity reign. Here we go:
In a totalitarian society, there are no objective measures. All data is distorted to reinforce the official ideology. Falsified temperature data meant to prop up the global warming hoax is one example. Adding points to SAT scores to reward persons of politically preferred pigmentation is another:
In a windowless classroom at an Arcadia tutoring center, parents crammed into child-sized desks and dug through their pockets and purses for pens as Ann Lee launches a PowerPoint presentation.
Her primer on college admissions begins with the basics: application deadlines, the relative virtues of the SAT versus the ACT and how many Advanced Placement tests to take.
Then she eases into a potentially incendiary topic — one that many counselors like her have learned they cannot avoid.
“Let’s talk about Asians,” she says.
Lee’s next slide shows three columns of numbers from a Princeton University study that tried to measure how race and ethnicity affect admissions by using SAT scores as a benchmark. It uses the term “bonus” to describe how many extra SAT points an applicant’s race is worth. She points to the first column.
African Americans received a “bonus” of 230 points, Lee says.
She points to the second column.
“Hispanics received a bonus of 185 points.”
The last column draws gasps.
Asian Americans, Lee says, are penalized by 50 points — in other words, they had to do that much better to win admission.

Such a shame children cant get ahead by their own merits, today. Or kept behind to catch up. Not to mention, its keeping racial tensions growing.

Nothing like disincentive work ethic and a desire to be the best you can be! But of course this is what it is all about, get people dumbed down and on the government dole so they can be controlled and manipulated.

One has to give them credit for creativity. No stone left unturned.

This morning, I sent this information to one of my Asian clients. She has two bright sons and needs to know that they are going to have to get a higher score on the SAT in order to get into the universities which the boys themselves have in mind.

Of course we won’t encourage more Asians to emigrate. Those whose work ethic and intellectual curiosity is at odds with the dumbing down of America.

P.S. I had a relative who married an Asian woman. It took 3 years and thousands of dollars in legal fees to get her over.

Surreal to say the least. Yet most Americans remain in bizarro land and it doesn’t een register.

And, if one gets enough bonus points, they can become President of these United States.
We’ve become a sick society, Bunker.

And even more bonus points if illegal no doubt, and more bonus free tuition.

It’s one county in CA. Take it easy. I’m sure they’ll work it out.

Wow, I’m apparently so stupid and out of touch! I thought the SAT’s were what measured your actual educational skills, not your race. I thought merit based on skills and mastery of them were what were supposed to get someone into university, not race.

Silly you. That particular factoid represents your racism no doubt. 😦

Why not? We know all testing is racist.
