Sunday respite ‘Smiling faces someimes’

I give you this for a Sunday respite. Dedicated to Barack Hussein Obama, John Kerry and the rest of this absurd administration. I guess I am feeling a bit dark this morning.

Something tells me Obama was not what these guys had in mind with this song, but rather, quite specifically, the kinds of people you guys like, I hate to tell ya’.

The world is one giant cesspool of lies for the most part. Other than that, it is a grand place to live.

It is one of those songs some of us grew up with and it brings good memories back. Thanks, Bunkerville for the memories of the song brings back. Screw Obama and Kerry, they can’t have the song, lol.

Thanks. I seem to be hooked on the 70’s right now! I guess just feeling silly. We have to have at least a few good memories 🙂

Dr. Owens wrote a piece at Hyscience – about hope. He ends –

“Without hope you’re hopeless and I refuse to allow the unbelievable changes currently assaulting our economy and our political system to bring about my own personal Great Depression. Those who believe in the Devil believe he comes to steal, kill and destroy. I believe if he can’t steal your joy he can’t keep your stuff and weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Don’t despair pray. Don’t give up, give it up to God. Let me ask you, “Do you have hope?” I hope so. Personally as for me and my house we will trust the Lord for our hope is in Christ.”

Thanks for the words of encouragement. It was some week. A week of the absurd.

        A good distraction
Some five years ago when I was running a site dedicated to removing terrorist videos from youtube, Jester was an ally.
        He IS a good guy.
When Dr. Owens said trust in the Lord – well, it is so hard sometimes to see outside of our own particular battles, but there are others working simultaneously. We can’t actually know who the winner will be…..
