They call the Tea Party folks wacko birds? Conservatives don’t want an alcoholic foul mouth for Speaker of the House. Throw in a cry baby. For the back story I give you a link from an earlier post: Boehner threatens purge of member’s Committee seats if not supported

Rep. John Boehner narrowly survived a tense vote to win a third term as House Speaker, winning the support of 216 of his colleagues.

Boehner, R-Ohio, was elected with 216 votes, but 24 Republicans voted for someone else while one voted present.

Well we came close but Boehner held on. There simply are not enough conservative there yet. They claim to be conservative but yet they vote for a big government RINO so they are no longer credible in my mind.

This was the house I know. But song applies still.
Your 99 has to go, but not mine (hundredth senator).
Lyrics of the song 99 Bottles of Beer
99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer.
Take one down and pass it around, 98 bottles of beer on the wall….
    You know the rest.

Such an old song and dance. Anyone holding their breath/hope – we’ve see it every election cycle forever – hey – by a squeek, by narrow margin, by blah blah blah.

Do you ever think at times we should pull a Jesus, grab a whip, and chase these bums out of congress?

“The Incredible Folding Man” (apropos characterization from http://redstatements.co/will-the-democrats-save-boehner). Seems that the very people that need to be in positions of leadership that are PRO America & the Constitution, are the very ones that aren’t. Rather the ‘Empire’ lords and serfs system is the ‘in thing’. Good for the few … not so for the many – but many are sold into the ‘world domination’ Agenda, enslaved without even realizing it (brainwashed to think it’s cool, ‘so radical’! – ‘good and obedient’ little world expendable citizens).

Speaker need a majority of those present and voting. 10 Dems from NY not there ’cause attending Mario’s funeral. So not even 218 needed for winner.
I wouldn’t even be surprised to see Dems voting for Boehner to off set any Reps going against.

GOP winning the congressional majority means nothing if Boehner stays.
