Obama pines over death of his muse, sports Stuart Scott

How novel. The funeral yesterday of murdered New York City Police Officer Wenjian Liu received no notice of a statement from the President for the Nation. But the passing of an ESPN sports muse of his was worthy of a public statement. As the man said…..

“I spend most of my time watching ESPN in the morning,” Obama said. “I get so much politics, I don’t, you know, want to be inundated with a bunch of chatter about politics during the day.”

The admission is consistent with a speech the president gave this past summer during which he admitted that he does not watch the news.

“Sometimes when you’re watching the news — which I generally don’t do because I — whatever they’re reporting on I usually know about,” Obama remarked during a DNC event in Seattle, Washington. “But it can get depressing, right?”

President Barack Obama shared his condolences about Scott’s passing.

“I will miss Stuart Scott,” President Obama said in a statement. “Twenty years ago, Stu helped usher in a new way to talk about our favorite teams and the day’s best plays. For much of those twenty years, public service and campaigns have kept me from my family – but wherever I went, I could flip on the TV and Stu and his colleagues on SportsCenter were there. Over the years, he entertained us, and in the end, he inspired us – with courage and love. Michelle and I offer our thoughts and prayers to his family, friends, and colleagues.”

I used to spend my mornings watching Soupy Sales. White fang and Black Tooth helped usher in a whole new way for people with no teeth and sore throats to be heard.

Sometimes to ‘care less’ what he thinks makes healthy sense! Esp. when the schools and media are teaching “sociopathic and psychopathic’ modes of thinking – of which he is one … or both. “Both a psychopath and a sociopath have a complete disregard for the feelings and rights of others.” “Sociopaths are masters at weaving elaborate fictional explanations to justify their actions.” “Most sociopaths will become angry or aggressive when their integrity is questioned, whereas a sane person would simply be happy to help clear up any misinformation or misunderstanding.” Plus Narcissism.
