Holder: ‘Racist cops like those in Ferguson ‘Threaten the entire Nation’

Of course the Media is more than happy to oblige the Emperor and knock off any other story from gaining any traction. Forget Immigration, Forget the Planes that the Terrorists have in mind for us, forget the IRS scandal, forget ISIS. Let us beat the drum for race riots. There, that should do it. Holder’s remarks at a Black Church. Anyone recall this one?

WASHINGTON — The problems put on display after the death of Michael Brown in the small St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri, in August “are truly national in scope and that threaten the entire nation,” Attorney General Eric Holder said in a speech on Monday.Holder, speaking at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, said the nation needs to confront the broken relationship between many law enforcement agencies and the communities that they are supposed to serve.

“Broadly speaking, without mutual understanding between citizens — whose rights must be respected — and law enforcement officers — who make tremendous and often-unheralded personal sacrifices every day to preserve public safety — there can be no meaningful progress,” Holder said in prepared remarks. “Our police officers cannot be seen as an occupying force disconnected from the communities they serve. Bonds that have been broken must be restored. Bonds that never existed must now be created.”

If you white conservatives had to deal with the police state the way poor minorities do every day, you’d be striking a really different tone. A definition of conservative is a person who does not understand the adage, “there but for the Grace of God go I.”

Once again they have created a false crisis using erroneous information to push an agenda. Never let a good crisis go to waste even if you have to make it up! The sad part is they are going to get away with it because so many people seem to believe it. It makes me sick…

If you think about it it’s no different than our political ‘sheeple’. Just like the Sheeple who rely on word of mouth and propaganda to get their information about what is going on in our government, I submit it is the same in Ferguson…folks believing whatever they hear on the streets, or any other form of media, to come to their conclusions instead of relying of their own investigation of the facts. Sad really, in both situations…

If the police are “reined in” by the federal government, we should expect two consequences: (1) fewer being willing to become law enforcement officers and (2) a burgeoning of crime within certain communities.

Let’s face it: one element of respecting law enforcement is fear of the consequences.

Those who are so willing to excoriate the police should go on patrol a few times so as to see what law enforcement officers have to deal with.
