Russian Cyber Attack on Wall Street. Obama wanted to give them our Missile Codes

Let’s enjoy our reset with Russia and recall how Obama planned to give away our Missile Defense codes. But shucks, Looks like our new best friend just commenced a cyber attack on Wall Street. I love showing Clinton and Obama as the jackasses they are.

Wouldn’t it have been nice for Europe to have a Missile Defense System?

FBI investigates alleged Russian cyber attack on Wall Street

Major US financial institutions reportedly targeted by sophisticated high-level cyber-attack amid suspicions that operation was launched in retaliation for sanctions over Ukraine.

The FBI is investigating whether Russian hackers staged a cyber-attack on major Wall Street businesses this month in retaliation for US sanctions imposed over Ukraine, Bloomberg News reported last night.

The Russian hackers allegedly stole large amounts of sensitive data from JP Morgan Chase and at least one other bank, according to sources familiar with the investigation. The FBI is also reportedly looking into possible links to recent hacking of large European financial institutions.

Just two short years ago, Obama cancels efforts for a missile Defense for Europe. Because, we had this restart thing that was working swell for Russia, not so much for the United States. Do we really want Clinton in the WH?

Why does The Obama Administration Want to Give Moscow our Missile Defense Codes?
The key is Obama has to make it look good that the  negotiations with Putin have paid off and that he has not been played for a fool.”
Reuters report on a Congressional hearing about the Obama Administration considering giving Putin’s Russia access to our Missile Defense Codes.

The Reuters report, “Obama mulls giving Moscow data on missile defense”  had these disturbing revelations from   testimony by   Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary  for Nuclear and Missile Defense Policy  Dr. Bradley H. Roberts at hearings before the House Armed Services Committee:

The Obama administration disclosed on Tuesday that it is considering sharing some classified U.S. data as part of an effort to allay Russian concerns about a controversial antimissile shield.

The administration is continuing negotiations begun under former President George W. Bush on a defense technical cooperation agreement with Moscow that could include limited classified data, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Brad Roberts told a House of Representatives’ Armed Services subcommittee.

He gave no details on the sort of data that might be shared under such an agreement.

Russia strongly opposes the U.S.-engineered bulwark being built in and around Europe against ballistic missiles that could be fired by countries like Iran.

We asked a missile defense analyst for his views on these revelations.  He wrote:

Bush never gave any data to the Russians–when will we learn that when the Russians complain and whine, they want something and they want stuff that is valuable……so caving to them always will hurt US security. This is the issue. Obama desperately wants a summit with the Russians in Chicago in May following the Seoul summit.  However, he has nothing to announce.  Reset doesn’t seem to be working.   There is no substance to this story unless it is a leak to see what might happen if the administration does pass such information to the Russians.  Congress appears opposed, but POTUS wants to have a photo op with  a communiqué and better video for the convention and campaign. The key is Obama has to make it look good that the  negotiations with Putin have paid off and that he has not been played for a fool.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — President Barack Obama told Russia’s leader Monday that he would have more flexibility after the November election to deal with the contentious issue of missile defense, a candid assessment of political reality that was picked up by a microphone without either leader apparently knowing.

“This is my last election,” Obama is heard telling outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. “After my election, I have more flexibility.”

With the news today coming out of Russia it does not appear that reset is working all that well, unless the endgame was to reset Russia back to the cold war days. Mitt Romney is looking smarter every day, to bad he was mocked for his comments because he seems to have a better grasp of world affairs than does Barack Obama.

Even Sarah Palin made Breibart today with her acumen:
Palin also predicted in 2008 that Russia could invade Ukraine if Obama became president. She was mocked for these prophetic remarks:
After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next.

Obama has already revealed far too much regarding our last line of defense to the Russians and the world. His revelations regarding our nuclear arms was more significant than the news media made it out to be. Our enemies now know exactly how many nukes we have and what kind they are. This allows them to design strategies to defend against our offensive capabilities. That is a huge win for our enemies.

We face more than just Russia and other hostile nuclear powers, such as Red China. That last being a nation that is famous for making nuclear threats against the United States. Then there is the problem of the Russian suitcase nukes that are missing, one of which was intercepted before leaving Europe by Spetsnaz. Was there any that actually did leave Europe? Nobody knows, not even the Russians.

Nerve agent has been used to attack civilian populations twice by terrorists and weaponized biological agents has been used against civilian populations as well. Everybody is currently waiting for either a dirty bomb or a nuke to be used to complete the triad. What has been the problem for terrorists has not been the lack of an agent to use, but the delivery of WMD’s that has been a blessing to their victims. Had the weaponized Anthrax been delivered effectively instead of as a powder, it would have been far more lethal. The nerve agent was delivered more effectively, but casualties were limited due to it’s poor dispersal.

None of what I have written here violates confidentiality or NDA’s and is all publically available information, if you have been paying attention. But by and large, the public does not pay attention. Compared to hijacking an airliner full of jet fuel and flying it into an occupied structure, the threat is not as great. Never the less, it is still a viable threat and must be taken seriously. The point is a simple one, our world is not safe and mass casualties and destruction is very much within the reach of terror.

It is well within the realm of possibility that a terror organization could accomplish a death toll that could reach into the millions. That is the world in which we live today. While true that it would take planning, cunning, and a lot of financing to pull off, it can still be accomplished. It was thought that when we entered the current century we would be experiencing a period of unprecedented peace. We have only gotten it’s opposite.

Obama and the left are fools if they believe that we no longer have enemies. They have spilled far too many secrets regarding our defenses as it is and reducing our military to pre-WWII levels is insane. We have already dropped the two front strategy in favor of the single front and cancelled our air superiority fighters. We will be weaker than when Carter was in power. But that is the trouble with the left is it not?

They weaken the individual by making him dependent upon government, they weaken the ability of the nation to defend itself by gutting the military, and they weaken foreign policy by trusting our enemies to a ridiculous extremes, like the ‘reset’ button. They are children playing at national policy and defense.

You are right on point. I didn’t get into the weeds regarding how many nukes we have already deactivated, and the types not in use. Let us not forget Bill Clinton who gave away our secrets to China. We are letting the mad men run amok without any policy whatsoever.

Yes, it sounds a bit ‘out there’. It does bring to mind the movie, “Time Machine” and the like. More going on then we even want to know! But, we do know, there’s an agenda and we’re not one of the ‘in’ people.
