While the calls for the lynching of Police Officer Darren Wilson continue without concern for the truth of the matter, this little part of the story slowly comes out. Apparently Michael Brown was not rising to Sainthood as has been portrayed by the unrelenting media and Governor of the great state of Missouri.

Remember, you saw it and heard it here first. We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.
The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

This comes after St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter tweeted out last night that a dozen local witnesses confirmed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s version of the Brown shooting story.

This eye socket information is only important if TRUTH was what most people wanted to hear. That someone above is saying FOX is reporting the officer was beaten is scary: WHY wouldn’t THAT be included in the witness statements?
They are ANGRY, they are DEMANDING, they are only interested in frying that cop.
BUT, I WILL say that we mustn’t make the mistake of thinking all the marchers are looters……..all marchers are just anti real justice and “innocent until proven guilty”!!!

Fox News is also now reporting that Brown beat the hell out of the police officer, and with his partner in crime now telling the truth this destroys the narrative the MSM has been forwarding. The governor’s remarks are very troubling and while the story you provided says he will not be charged I have to think the fix is in. If he is not charged the violence is going to get much worse and they may make him the scapegoat in order to try to stem the violence.

I think there is no doubt the Officer will be charged, if not at the local level– which I think he will, then Holder will for sure. The Grand Jury has been set up to bring a “True” verdict. To do otherwise will cause the city and themselves to be in a big hoopla. The thugs will arrive in droves.

I was once a police firearms instructor. I taught at the Academy and I supervised officers in the field. I have seen this trend starting way back in the 1990’s. The people in Ferguson don’t care about the evidence, all they want is revenge. The politicians like Governor Nixon and State Senator Nasheed don’t care about evidence either, all they want is peace and quiet, and if that means that they have to toss this guy under the bus to get it, then so be it. I have seen many cops go down in flames because of crap like this. This is why I left the job. When you have to worry about this kind of crap happening to you, the job just isn’t worth it anymore.
It begins with the officer, but extends back to the those who trained him and his entire chain of command. Because the inevitable lawsuit will charge both improper training and lack of supervision on the part of the shooter. They do this because if they can catch more fish, they can get a bigger check. So it’s really just a boiler plate process. They will dig through your training records, they will question your training methods, and they will dig into your personal life. They will go through everything looking for ammunition to use against you. Not because they want justice, mind you, but because they want a large payday. My employer paid a couple hundred grand to pay off the family of a man who shot a friend of mine.
He was in pursuit of a kidnapping suspect. The pursuit ended when they crashed and the suspect jumped out of his vehicle and up onto the hood of my friend’s cruiser and fired six rounds through the windshield from a .357 magnum. My friend took three rounds. One penetrated his shoulder, one was stopped by his trauma plate, and one went under his vest and exited through his scrotum taking his testicle with it. He returned fire and ended the threat. The County didn’t stand up to defend him. They just wanted the problems associated with the shooting to go away, so they paid so long as they didn’t have to admit any wrongdoing.
The events transpiring in Ferguson are the result of Democrats telling blacks that they are victims. The Democrat cries racism if you so much as disagree with the President. They are the ones that placed this community on a hair trigger. Now these same Democrats want to throw an innocent man under the bus so that they can look like they are doing something for their captured demographic. What happened to Themis being blindfolded? What happened to being innocent until proven guilty? What happened to right and wrong? What happened to justice for all? Have we sunk so low as a nation that we now adhere to only a justice for some policy? And here I thought that we were a nation of laws.
The victim mentality does not seek justice, but retribution. It seeks vengeance, and that is why it cares not about evidence. It only assigns blame to the one’s it perceives to be it’s enemies and tries to destroy them. The local police have been vilified, community businesses have been destroyed, more law officers have been injured, and a man cannot leave his house because of the hatred spat at him. Now Eric Holder is down there stirring the pot and riling up the crowd even more. He is attempting to find a way to charge the officer with civil rights violations so that he can be sacrificed to the mob.
If there really is such a thing as justice left in the United States, the Democrats will pay for their part in this.

Sadly, the players continue to act out their parts. The takedown of America is the end game, and the thin blue line gets thinner. Quite some story, and I don’t blame you for being cynical. As far as lawsuits, our family business was constantly under siege with someone wanting a payday. I blame Insurance companies early on for always wanting to settle no matter what the facts were.

Gov. Nixon sounds like he’s schooled in ‘Hosting’ commentary. The pauses, the looks … couldn’t watch it all. ‘Get to the point, already!’
At this point Bunker it’s like a kidnapping – if you don’t find the truth within 48 hours, it’s probably dead.
I agree w/ your sadness on this. The criminals feed ‘stupidity’ to the people, put up false front spokesmen, while pushing their agenda of corruption forward. But, History has proven when some godly motivated people get involved (with all their own flaws) there seems to be an Empowerment for Good that supersedes the darkness. If that was not the fact, we’d still be back at the tower of Babel or under the control of Babylon (oh yeah, that’s for another day to come).
I heard Officer Wilson will be charged before all the evidence is considered – to ‘supposedly’ appease the mob. Will the ‘bus in’s’ and ‘peace keeper’s’ (oxymoron) be bused out?

The Defense usually does not get a chance to present evidence, and since Holder is determined to make this a racial issue, I doubt that this will make a difference. There will be hell to pay if they don’t bring back a true bill.
