Is it Daytime or Nighttime in America?

A reminder of where we were once upon a time. Ronald Reagan, always optimistic  and hopeful. Then Mark Levin’s take on the ad with an Obama spin. “It’s nighttime in America”. One has to wonder why Obama even ran for office in 2012 as he appears so disinterested.

It’s Nighttime in America

MARK LEVIN: “It’s nighttime in America. Just think where we were four short years ago. Today, we have 15% actual unemployment, foreclosures are at a historic high, gasoline is 70% higher than before and the debt is over $15 trillion. It’s nighttime in America. Today, Americans are divided race, class warfare replaces capitalism and the Constitution is all but ignored. It’s nighttime in America.”

I don’t know how America will ever recover from 8 years under the Obama regime. Worse, I don’t know if the voters will recognize what he’s done and, again, vote in a Democrat in 2016. **sigh**

I don’t know if it is because of Hillary or something else that is causing at least some of the MSM to question a bit.

Mark Levin is brilliant, I just wish he was wrong this time. This reminds me of the story of Franklin after the Constitutional convention was over. He said the chair in front of him had a sun on the back of it and as the debate raged on he wondered if it was a rising or setting sun. He said the new Constitution was proof the sun was rising. I guess when the sun rises it eventually has to set, and sadly that seems to be where we are today.

Hearing words from Reagan are a poignant reminder of what was once. To think we are throwing it all away over this nothing man.

Keep in mind Franklin was opposed to having a president. More than once he has been proven to have it right. It took this manchurian to re-open that debate

Barry is anywhere but where he should be. We should not expect much out of a community organizer. They only know how to yap and shout…think Al Sharpton. Not much action, just a lot of yammering.

Good point Bunker. It brought to mind a verse that deals w/ the corrupt soul of a person.
” … But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!” (Matt 6:23)
Remember the ‘dark lights’ that were popular for growing certain ‘things’? … if the light is darkness, there’s degrees of that darkness.
    That’s what we’re witnessing.

Observation: With George Bush Jr’s 5+% unemployment rate pretty much everyone was working
With Barry Obama’s 6.1% unemployment rate the jobless have a better chance of catching the emboli virus than finding employment. Who says numbers don’t lie?

Indeed. Grime numbers. Same with the so called cost of living. Inflation? Check the price of gas and food. Oh, That ‘s right, they don’t count that.
