Where are the Knights Templars?

Where are our Knights Templar? Sunday’s sad day of respite, as we pray for the persecuted throughout the world. The Barbarians rise again.

I thought I’d commented about this but it’s not showing (please check your spam folder – or I forgot??). Thanks Bunker!
Along w/ the dumbing down of this society so is the false teachings or wrong Doctrine of religious Christian-dumb. Just like we don’t do animal sacrifices – God required the Jews under the Law/Covenant – we are under the Age of Grace, Christ gave to Paul {Romans – Philemon} which is a different Program of God’s Timeline. But most ‘christian religions’ mix law and grace together, confusing the Word of God (for their own ends) and nullifying God’s Word in their lives (ignorance is not bliss!). Constantine thought he could ‘force’ people to ‘believe in the One and True God’ but that’s not how God works. Having ‘faith’ can be a ‘flesh thing’, which we’re told is like dung, because it’s of the sin nature.
‘Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.’ Galatians2:16 Notice it’s not our faith but His – He is Faithful.
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: Philippians 3:9 Again, “faith ‘of ‘ Christ”.
If the ungodly rule, what are the godly to do?

Nothing in the spam filter. My comment regarding your link dismisses the horrific treatment the Muslims were doing to those they were conquering. To say that most of the Crusaders were non-christian is questionable, and denies the fact that many were called upon to help save Constantinople from the Muslim hordes that were bearing down on the region. The focus is too often on Jerusalem, but it was the East that was under attack as well as Christians in Jerusalem and the surounding area. IMO. Of course, all of this is debated.

        Thanks for checking Bunker.
We’re seeing ‘horrific treatment’ today with the beheading’s of children and how they’re displayed. At least back then there were leaders who ask for help to squash the hordes, today the usurpers in our Gov. encourage & enable them.

Unfortunately most get their sanitized history from Hollywood productions. A great example for those of us who lived through the days of JFK ‘s assination is our disgust with Oliver Stone ‘s revision of that history. Long before the caliphate finally makes its way to the White House the public school districts will be falling over themselves to teach the merits of Islam. Just as America’s prisons are today’s incubators for those who will fight the good fight and spread the word so will our schools be in the not too distant future.
I watched yesterday’s video on my 60 incher with Apple TV and today’s video in order to supplement what I thought I already knew. Ones education should be a lifelong activity.

Agreed. There are numerous theories about what the Crusades were all about., and why they occurred. One thing is for sure. Islam was on the march, moving Westward. Slaughtering and mayhem as is today On the move, Just as they are doing today. Paladin makes a cogent argument. Let us not get lost in the weeds.
Wow, 60 inch tv would make it impressive.
Education is a life long project. I more or less am a perpetual student.

If you will forgive the audacity, I have a link to the true reasons for the Crusades:

Many people are illiterate when it comes to history. This is particularly true of the Crusades and the Crusaders. Islam ran roughshod over the Christians and Christian lands then as they do today in the Middle East. They tore down the churches and executed men, women, and children for being infidels then as they do now. Europe entered the Dark Ages because of Islam. In fact, if you came from Western Europe you likely have blood relatives living in the Middle East today because the Muslim stole so many of the daughters of Europe as slaves and concubines. This was the Islamic “Golden Age” that many describe of the “tolerant” and “peaceful” Muslims.

I do not say that the Crusaders were perfect or that they were all pure, but neither was the Muslim, and atrocities were committed on both sides. Like so many other things, the story of the Crusades and the men who fought them are gotten wrong nearly every time by those who think that they know the truth, but in actuality do not. The Muslim heart still burns for vengeance when he thinks about the Crusades, not because they were unjust, but because Islam was opposed. It is that example which must be destroyed and today’s left is more than happy to do the dirty work to stain the honor of the men who fought and died for Christ.

Would that we had men of the same character today.

Indeed you are correct. The Crusades video as covered in my previous post presented a balanced view on the wholeIMO and from what I have read. Character. That is what we are missing indeed. Thanks for the link. I love primary sources. It makes History come so much more alive.
