LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) – You know a situation is bad when a pope or his envoy calls for an armed response. Pope Francis, widely appreciated as a practical and realistic man, is not just calling for a cease-fire or negotiations. Instead, he is inviting an armed response to the terrorism of the Islamic State.
One hears precious little from Christian Churches regarding the absolute horror that is befalling our Sisters and Brothers around the world. Barbarians are perpetrating unimaginable horror and are marching across the Middle East with little if any obstacle.

The Muslims have always spread Islam by lies and violence, and Islam has not changed since it’s inception. Where persuasion fails, the sword is always at the ready to either force the conversion or murder the infidel. Anyone who says that Islam is a religion of peace does not know what they are talking about. I have seen young boys cutting the heads off of prisoners with a butcher knife. They hack and hew and the victim screams all the while. I have witnessed stonings. I have seen women executed with a bullet in the head on trumped up charges by the Taliban in soccer stadiums. I have seen a teen aged girl chased down and beaten to death in the streets just on a rumor that she was dating a Christian. And I saw the body of a Coptic man that was doused in gasoline and burned alive for the false tale that he had kissed a Muslim woman in Egypt. Where is the peace of Islam in any of that? Where was the peace of Islam when approximately 40 school girls were burned alive because the authorities wouldn’t allow them out of the burning building because they had no veils? Where was Islamic peace at the Beslan school?
There is only one peace that Islam knows and that is the peace of the grave. It is a religion of death and hatred. The first fifty years after the death of the Prophet was a bloodbath where Muslim fell upon Muslim. They have not changed in the intervening years. The truth is that the Muslim is a barbarian. A throwback to the Middle Ages who does not understand the laws of the modern world and has no wish to live by them. That is why they cry for Sharia law. Islam is a virulent infection of mankind. It espouses hatred and violence. I would refer you to Theo Van Gogh for an explanation of the “peace” of Islam, but he was murdered by a Jihadist on the streets.
Familiarize yourself with the history of Lebanon and you will learn what Islam has waiting for you in Europe and the United States.

There is only one sure solution. Evacuate all Christian and other minorities and then create a number of very large glass parking lots.

Priorities: In my granddaughter’s school peanut butter not allowed on sandwiches brought from home because one-thats 1- child is allergic to peanuts. Arrest the parents!!!! Beheaded children in Iraq, that ain’t nutting’ but a thang. Obama, where were you a month ago? We know where you are today don’t we?
